Purchased a 2017 Mustang and Sam communicated very well.The vehicle was not a salvage title but was a total loss from insurance with a clean title. I was very hesitant and asked a lot of questions. Sam was very patient and answered/explained them all.There are a couple of things that still need to be fixed on the vehicle and Sam is going to ensure those are fixed properly.As of right now, I would recommend Sam as a reputable business that follows through on agreements.I will come back and update if for some reason that is not the case. If no update, assume everything was taken care of.

If I could give no stars I would. Other than that everyone else was rude, I couldnt understand what they were saying at some point, specially the owner, a man called Allen, he seem to not like me asking questions about the type of cars and mileage, things like that which are obvious to ask when buying a vehicle. I was willing to spend my saved money there, thank God I made the right decision and left.Some people dont understand they work there and is their job to give the right information no matter what. Even if youre the owner you are still working to feed your family, stay humble for once in your life. Thats why this world is the way it is.There was a Hispanic guy in the front desk months ago and he was completely different but no longer works there. I also remember a mechanic who fixed my car about a year ago but he is no longer there either. A coworker had refereed me to him and he explained my issue very well. In fact he told me my car would only last me about a year if well maintained and here I am looking for a new one.I usually dont give any bad reviews but this place definitely deserves it and customers deserve to get informed about what theyre buying, as well as be treated respectfully. There are a lot of other places where you can buy decent used cars from, save yourself a headache that could cost you $500 a month.

I felt like I was in the right place at the right time. I enjoyed my time there. The workers were in and out of the office and was working the whole time and were just as pleasant and helpful as Jaime and Allen. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They sold me a bad vehicle. It needs everything from brakes to a rebuilt transmission. I lost thousands with them. The seller turned of the check engine light in order to sell the car. When I asked them to take it back, they completely ignored my calls after promising to get back with me. You will regret your purchase here. Some of the profiles that gave them good reviews may be fakes.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! SCAM ARTISTI just bought a Car from here for a little over 4,000. I have not been able to drive the car for more than 1 week without it breaking down! I bought this car in January and it is now May and the everytime they return the car it’s something new wrong with it!! Total defective car and when I asked for a refund he told me that it was to bad I bought a used car & to take legal action!! Please go to another dealership and do NOT spend your money here because they will sale you anything and give u the run around in return! We are currently taking legal action against this company! My car still won’t make it 10 Miles before crapping out. THESE ARE SCAM ARTIST!! You Will Regret Shopping With These People.

I told him what I wanted and he showed me exactly what I requested. He did not pressure sell me and when I told him I had to leave, he did not try any other tactics.
