Unprofessional & dishonest.I brought in my husbands phone to fix as the phone has water damage. The lady there said she can fix it but she also said it will need a new battery and screen. I said ok because my husband really wanted the pictures that he had saved from many years ago. After a few hours she called me to pick up the phone as it’s fixed. She told me to hook it up to a computer so I can retrieve everything. Unfortunately, we tried and tried but nothing. The phone wasn’t even turning on the main screen. I went back to her to tell her I couldn’t get it to work. She said oh, you should go to the apple store, for sure they’d get it to work since it’s now a software issue. Or they’ll trade it in for you. Well, I made an appointment with apple but Unfortunately, not even apple could get it to turn on. The gentleman at apple told me that place just ripped you off. There’s nothing we can do here. It’s in fact a hardware issue, not software. I’ll be taking this to court for the dishonesty this woman displayed. She charged me $300 for absolutely nothing.

The lady at the front logs into your phone and leaves a 5 star review of her own store instead of fixing your phone. This place is a scam and I will NEVER recommend it to anyone.

Hello, just beware of this place not standing behind their work or the product they sell. I paid $150 for a new screen for my sons i IPhone. 2 weeks later the screen malfunctions. They claim he dropped it (there is no damage, it was not dropped) and it isnt covered by the warranty. They will however be happy to take another $150 to fix it! She basically described a warranty situation that precludes them from ever standing behind their work.

If I could leave zero starts I would. Lady working there charged my boyfriend $140 for a back screen repair for his iPhone 11. Job was done poorly, glue was sticking out, back glass was popping off, and back camera wasn’t working. She even agreed of how bad she did. Save your money, don’t come here.

I come by to this place it was my 2 time well the first time I dont lie they do a good job, But the 2 time there was a lady who offer a bad and trash service honestly I dont recommend this place very unprofessional people who dont care about your property, and they dont know what to do with your things. Wonder why??? I have a $700 dollars phone that the screen wasnt working so I bring it there, and they make me come for more than ones for the same thing problem on my phone, so it means they dont do a professional work they honestly ruin my phone more than what it was before and they didnt give me at least my money back and I lose those $700 hundred dollars just because they didnt say they couldnt repair it. Dont ever think on coming to this place think twice... Owner be aware who do you hire??? This people you have working in the store will make you lose all the clients not just me a lot more specifically a lady who laugh when she give me back the ruin phone come on. This place is great! The tech, Eric, was super helpful. He looked my phone over, gave me a professional diagnosis and told me it would take 30 minutes to replace my broken charging port. In less than 30 minutes, it was finished up and works better than ever. Their prices are great too! I highly recommend taking your phones to these guys for repairs.

Horrible customer service. I repaired my iPhone XR and iPad Mini 4 here and will never go back. The XR was replaced with a very low quality screen where I can distinctly see color differences from that of an original screen. Should be that stark of a difference. The iPad mini was replaced with the wrong screen. They put a white screen on space grey iPad and claim they didn’t know what I wanted. Pretty simple if, I bring you my blue truck to fix dents on its safe to safe I want a blue truck returned. I am now getting the run around on them putting the correct screen in my iPad. Horrible experience.

Sold me wrong screen protector went back and told me it was the right one...Installed it and it had a giant sticky circle in the middle and did not cover the edges... screen protector cracked right after install. Just save your time and money and buy on Amazon
