We drove down 45 minutes to come here because they do the best work. My wifes iPhone was having issues and weve been to other shops before after moving so far away but this place has the best service and repair. Her phone was finished within 30 minutes and looks brand new. We would recommend this place for anyone looking for a trusted shop that does quality repair.

They never pick up the phones, my husband has gotten his phone SCREEN fixed here and they put in a bad batteryin his perfectly working phone to try and get more money from us! I’ve personally have gotten my screen fixed here and they put some cheap glass on my phone that wasn’t even put on all the way! And I’ve been calling back to back no one will pick up! When I pushed a button on my screen lightly the whole thing shattered TWO DAYS AFTER!! This place is a horrible scam!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!

Excellent service. Both times Ive been here, I get a quick assessment of my hardware issue, a fair price and an accurate quote for when itll get fixed. Best of all, they were honest. They let me know when the problem wasnt as bad as initially thought, only charged me for the quick labor and didnt try to take advantage knowing that I wouldnt know the difference. Thats how you earn life long customers.

I decided to come here after reading the good reviews so I called them 2 days ago and talked to a Vietnamese guy asking the price to reset and remove the google account. He said it costs $40 each. Well, we figured it out to reset the phone so we just came here to get the account removed. A guy at the store told me it costs $60 and the wait was 5 hours. I said a guy told me on the phone that it’s only $40 so he said no one said that but he could do $40. We came back after 5 hours and he told us that the guy didn’t show up. Well, what about giving us a call instead of letting us waiting around. Such a terrible service!!!Updated: They tried to contact us after that, and they really seem like they wanted to make it up to us. Probably all comes down to bad timing. Anyways, I came back today and met Jason - the technician, he not only got the account removed but also offered to put our network provider software in for a better use with free of charge in less than an hour. Thank you so much! We do appreciate your work and effort.

I brought my phone to get my glass screen fixed and left with a messed up lcd screen and when I went back so they can try and fix it they said they see the problem but they couldn’t do anything about it? And that we would still have to pay for it? Don’t come here unless you want to loose your money and leave with a much worse phone!EDIT: My wife spoke to the manager and explained what happened with one of his employees and that same day they fixed my phone with no hesitation! They where sorry from there behalf, turns out they fired the guy who gave me the bad service.

Unlike the 4 other places that I called, they KEEP PARTS IN STOCK SO THEY CAN FIX THE PHONE THE SAME DAY. They have a great sense of humor and the guy was extremely helpful as I had 3 small kids with me. He did the transaction fast, put my phones in the cases, and was very friendly with me kids as they...acted like kids. They have a life-long customer.

Found this place on google. I had previously tried another company and it was not good. When i dropped my iPhone 6s in water I called they told me what to do until I could bring it in! I ended up taking it in they got it all fixed up quickly and efficiently for an affordable cost! I also just had to take my iPad to them and had another wonderful experience! I took my husband to them for his iPhone 6s Plus his screen was busted to pieces they had it fixed and had us out of there in under and hour!! I cant tell you how awesome this place is! They fixed my Galaxy Note 5 screen in an hour. Only $14 more than the Samsung place - where I had to wait an HOUR just for them to tell me they didnt have the part in stock. I was quoted much more at other places I called, so Cellular Zone is a bargain. These guys rock and they are so nice. I cant recommend highly enough, I would give them 10 stars if I could.

First off I was looking for a place to repair my phone and I came across this place. To be honest and fair they are really hard workers. I had lot being my device back 3 times to them for them to fix the issues they made during the repairs. They took my phone back without any hesitation and thankfully fixed it on the 3 try. Im super detail oriented so I notice anything wrong with my device. Thank you guys so much again. I do recommend this place if you have patience.

Be careful with your phone. My s4 Samsung all its need was replace the clear glass( not the led screen) do to this job it no more than 20 minutes, it took them 2:30pm to 8:05 pm.The guy told me that, my led screen was bad, or maybe the mother board something went wrong. I told him look ! Dude Im not stupid ! When I brought the phone where, it working find and you did tried it. After you replaced the clear glass no it doesnt work. He said, well.. Well replace the new Led screen for you. No charge. But still believed that, they stole my original led screen and put it to same other needed phone sell them for Damn price, and BS me that some thing wrong with my phone.

Horrible. I was trying to get my screen replace for my sony z1s and theyve done just that. The problem: horrible job. The screen cracked out of no where and i can see light coming off the sides of the screen. They tried to solve the problem by putting glue on the phone which made it even worse. i want a refund or get the screen replace again.Update: i got an refunded. and the phone is now trash now. Given extra 2 stars for taking responsibility. Thanks. And I know that sony phone are hard to fix.

Don’t ever bring your phone to get the phone fix, these people switch out your phone, my son brought the phone here to get the screen fix, for what reason they gave him a difference phone, the only way I found out was bcuz I had to get my phone restore from T-Mobile and they said my IMEI was not match to the that I’m using and the one that I bought from them. And the same thing was happened to my friend phone, she brought her phone in to them replace her cracked screen, but when she went to picked up her phone and brought it home she couldn’t plug in to charge, so she brought it back to them and asked them what happen to her phone? Their answer was they’re not sure and they don’t know why either, I told her what happen to my phone, so now she think her phone got switch too, This is terrible, bcuz since the phone they switched out the IMEI is not match to the phone they gave me is not warranty under Apple care, and I’m still making payment, I will call BBB to report this issue. This is FRAUD!

My daughters iPad 4 broke after being fixed here and could not be fixed. They replaced it with an iPad 2 for free and even added a screen protector.
