This staff needs the Basic Customer Service Training. They appear to run a store based off of non Verizon Policies. I wont ever go back again. One of the employees is disconnected from a customers complaints & NONCHALANT. This guywill not go the extra step to resolve a issue that he created. Heck he didnt realize that the Verzion Corporate Warehouse needed the Tracking Number for my device he π³ π€ couldnt figure out what to do for that device charge to come off my Bill $210.00 extra. I went to that store 4x NO Resolution!!!!
Very impressed with the customer service at this store! Dre and Isiah were top notch!! They were helpful and very knowledgeable about getting my new phone set up. Jimmy is nice guy he seems to be experienced in setting up my new iPhone 13 Pro and he even told me I needed a block for the phone charger cable and I didnβt know it didnβt come with one thanks Jimmy for pointing that out and so I bought one from Verizon and the process of setting everything up was fast. I needed a new phone and stopped by the Verizon store yesterday. I am not very experienced with using the phones, but Sarai was very helpful and took the time to walk me through everything. When I left the store I felt confident about using my phone and have no problems using my phone. The entire transaction from start to finish was great.
Theyre out of everything! No reasonably priced phones, no sim cards and no personalitys.. just stone cold walking dead millennials with theyre nose stuck in phone,,,why does this store exist??

Met with Jimmy today at the Garland Verizon store and he was able to help me replace my lost phone under my employers business phone plan. All we had to do to get me the phone was call my administrator of the business plan and get the PIN number to the account and his authorization. Jimmy helped me restore my settings to the new phone from the cloud.Prior to visiting this location today I stopped by the Verizon store in Plano by Collin Creek and met wit Terrance! Terrance told me he could not help with a business line without our administrator live and in person for the transaction. I knew this was incorrect, but didnβt want to argue. So, I left and went to the Garland Verizon store and was taken care of.
Joe was phenomenal!!! Patient, kind, and super friendly! Listened to my questions and offered the best solution for me.
Well he was the only representative there and I had to wait a while before being helped. Once helped we ran into some snags with trying to get the appropriate service for my phone. Long story. But he stayed with it until it was done. Joe is a very nice guy and very helpful

No problems at all with the service. Had to do a quick phone upgrade and he took good care of us. But we got to talking about burgers while smart switch was syncing the old and new phones, and he made the claim that Hat Creek was better than Whataburger. I went and tried it and no.... no no no. In summary, phone advice, good. Burger advice, not as good.

Terrible customer svce. Very understaffed and I waited for 1.25 hrs. for a simple charger. The reps at this store dont use their time mgmt. properly and they waste a lot of time in small talk when they should be helping customers. If you run across a Russell Cellular Retail/Verizon then walk out or have a seat and waste your whole day. I would rate this location a 1 . Verizon needs a full assessment of their retailers or they too will suffer the consequences because it reflects on them as well.HORRIBLE !!!

My mom and I went to this location on a wednesday morning to trade in/upgrade an Apple Watch. We walked in and was greeted my the manger at the door. After that we walked in a was helped my Matt Turbin. However, we never saw the manager again... Initially, we felt that Matt had an attitude but decided to look past it. Carrying on, he was like unhelpful person we have ever encountered. We need a charger to turn the watch on and he kept telling us we were out of luck because they donβt have a watch charger in store... (why not???) Matt turned around and asked two other people if they had a charger in store, they both said no, then Matt turned around to and said βSee!!β ... how condescending. When my mom and I finally decided to leave, Matt stormed off, with our watch!!!!!... and didnβt say anything. Thatβs when two other Verizon guys met us at the door to try and resolve our issue... A little too late for that!! We grabbed our things and headed to the Murphy location and they were more than helpful and accommodating!! They even had a watch charger in that store!

Best customer service from Salvador!! He treats me and talks to everyone with such respect. I really feel like he truly cares about me for every reason I need to be there. Even though most of my reasons are small he treats them like they are big. He is so good at customer service he should be training! If I could give more stars for him I would. The store is always clean and well kept up even if theyβre busy. Even the other customer service representatives are nice and friendly too! This Version store truly has a gem of an employee working for them.

Terrible experience every time we go into the store. The staff could care less about customers. My husband went in with an unresponsive phone and the rep just handed him a phone number for an insurance claim and walked away. We spent over half an hour on the line and we were then told that he doesnβt qualify for a claim because there was no external damage. Went to another Verizon store location and the rep fixed it in 2 minutes.Donβt go to this store if you want any kind of resolution or assistance.

I guess things have very much changed for the better since some of the past reviews of this store. My husband and I went in last night for updates to our phones and service plan. We had an excellent experience - we were greeted immediately, and once the staff realized we were serious customers, our Solutions Specialist, Teresa, helped us with every little thing - including working through the math to get us the best pricing possible. I definitely recommend this Verizon store!
I love going here for all my cell phone needs. Management help me through the phone exchanges I needed. One employee by the name of Sounthavy excuse the spelling might be off is always willing to help and spends time with me in answering all my questions and meeting my needs. I have been a loyal customer and when I go there I always ask for him because to him making his customers happy is his number one priority.

My wife and I walked in and were never greeted, No one spoke to us. No one offered to help us. No one said, Be right with you. Finally, after 15 minutes, we left. We will be switching our service to another provider who is willing to offer service at a MUCH lower price.
Try and sell you screen protectors saying they protect against drops its the case that does that if you are going to sell me something please be properly trained on the merchandise instead of making up. Stuff to get a sale.

I went in to get a new Pixel 3XL and was told I was eligible for a monthly payment of $30 for 24 months. The next day I was called and told that they could no longer honor that payment and it would be $42 per month. They refused to make any concessions for the mistake other than offer me the Pixel 3 which was on sale but was a lesser phone. Taking the phone back and looking for a carrier other than Verizon.

If you are coming here to buy a phone, you have come to the wrong place.Tried to buy the new droid last night. Somehow it is ok to not have any of them in stock. They did have one of a different model on hand. But it had been opened, and they werent sure what was wrong with it.So they said they would overnight one to me. Overnight means FIVE DAYS LATER. Pathetic.They had no problem stealing my money though.

The last straw with Verizon was our experience at this store this weekend. Weve been loyal customers for close to 10 years and Ive always had poor CS no matter what store we go to or if we call Verizon directly. We had 4 lines and paid well over 400 a month because our plan had gotton so messed up over the years with upgrades and purchasing phones at full price to keep out of a contract. Ive tried several times to get on a better plan but since 2 of our lines werent under contract I kept getting told that our bill would actually go up. Every time weve gone into this store the employees could care less about really helping you. I always leave this store feeling like an idiot for putting myself through the same crap. This weekend did it for me...We pay close to 50 a month for our extended warranties on 4 phones but we were told that we need proof that one of our phones had been acting up...for a year! I guess the 20 times weve brought it into the store to get looked at over the last year doesnt count as proof. The guy told me that we had no deductible and the warranty was a lifetime one. So I was very confused that I would basically need an internal investigation done by a professional to get proof of a faulty phone and use the warranty that we PAY FOR! Such an effin joke. Verizon also could care less if you leave. They have no loyalty to their long time customers. So, we are done. Switched carriers yesterday and couldnt be happier. AND our bill will be a fraction of what we were paying at Verizon. We will never go back.

I went to Verizon to get assistance on the defective devices that they kept sending me. I have have 4 different devices sent to me with the same issues occurring.. This place is a JOKE. There is a little mexican lady that is HORRIBLE. No customer service skills. No discount on my bill. NOTHING. They made the promise that they would swap out my screen protector for FREE since I have paid to have 4 of them sent to me. That was a lie. They wont even send me a new warranty device after buying a defective device. They wont let me swap my phone out for a different device. Instead they told me figure it out. Why would I pay DOUBLE what I was paying at ATT for far worse service. DO NOT GO WITH VERIZON anything is better then them.
I went there to checkout some phones. When I entered the store, no one greeted me nor did anyone approach me the entire time I was in store. I saw sales associates walking around looking for something to do but not one person approached me. They asked me how they can help me once I said something while I was leaving the store.
Clueless: no knowledge of phones or other units, for sale. This is not a problem solver store. Rockwall has a Verizon Company store, use it. I came to this looking for answers, and they failed to help. Note you have 14 days to return, and a Restock fee of $35.
