This is the only store close to me where I can find Liquid glass. Everytime I stop by while they are supposed to be open there is no one here. I called the number and it says the number has been changed. I am here at 12:17 on Saturday Oct. 31st. Hours are 10-6 and the will return sign says they will return at 3pm! What the heck how do you guys even stay in business?
The tech support at this store are especially helpful, especially a young man named Brian, who helped me set up a new phone! I am technology challenged because of my age, so any help I get is appreciated! I give this store and its techs high five!
Went to store location at 1030 and store was not open. Sign said will return at 1045, 1045 came and went and still no representative. Very unprofessional. Do better
Great customer service! I was looking for something specific and they were great at answering my questions and providing options- the manager also went out of his way to speak with me making sure I was taken care of! Highly recommend this store
Unhappy, I went in the store to change my plan. Which they did but didnt do it correctly and I was billed 700 dollars for the account. Since this is not a true Verizon and only authorized store. I had to come out of pocket another 380 dollars. On a bright note the staff was friendly. Since I am from out of town I just couldnt go back to the store to fix the problem. Lesson learn follow up with the company
I went there on 2/19. I got a new phone,which I am enjoying. The employee made sure I had all my contacts and pictures on new phone. EXCELLENT SERVICE
I walked in and was immediately greeted by smiling faces. The employees were friendly and more than willing to help answer my questions. They were very well educated on the plans and this was the best experience Ive had at a Verizon store. I will be going back again!

Came here for help adding a like to my account and the sales person was great. He was able to get me the new line and lowered my bill at the same time. Definitely will be back.
I didnt buy anything, but I would like to say that Caesar helped me when I was looking at Verizon as a carrier. I told him I wasnt sure if I was going to buy anything that day and I was curious about their plans. He gave me honest answers and didnt try to push anything on meThis store has great service.

This store is a joke I talk to Verizon customer service and they tell me I need a new SIM card and it would be free just go to a local store and pick on up. I go hear and they refuse to do just that and are attempting to charge me for a SIM card. DO NOT COME HERE!!!
The service was outstanding and the manager of this store really welcomed his clients. They knew there product and really had a great selection. I would highly recommend them.

They did a superb job of getting me switched to Verizon with great incentives and a great plan. I could not be happier with the job they did. I will be back for sure
They are still setting things up in there but the service was great they helped me trouble shoot my phone as best they could. And explained everything each step of the way.
I went to pay a bill here ..and the guy was extremely extremely rude ..I think his name was OSCER or something .Spanish dude with glasses ..had version on the phone and the sweet lady on the phone was even appalled buy his behavior. . Not to act or be like him...I do understand hagen with your bud at work playing on the phone is way more important than a 17yr customer. . To the new generation. .However Verizon you might rethink your employees you hire to WORK not play on company time..and have them help any customer new or old...
Cesar was a great help...with figuring out how to get pop up add off my phone. And he was very friendly.

Well people dont have enough training, most of the machines are not working such ascredit card reader. I was trying get a pre-paid line it took them 30 minutes to let me know they they can not help me...
Best place to get help with your cellphone or tablet.
