I came in to purchase gas and somthing to drink, got to the first register and was told to go the second register to sign up for a Newport coupon from a lady behind the register who didnt even work there. Then I had to wait again in the first line just to complete my purchase. Bad customer service in my opinion. People should be able to come in, make a purchase and be on their way and not be tricked into wasting our time in somthing were not interested in the first place.

I love every single Happy-Go-Lucky cheerful employee in this Murphy!!! Every. Single. Person. They are so kind and caring and thoughtful. They are amazing and go the extra mile to take care of ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS. They work hard to keep the place clean. I wanted to make sure to let them know how much they are appreciated!

Store is amazing its the 6 panhandlers outside constantly asking for money. This is a weekly thing, I know a lot of people have stop coming here bc of this. Management refuses to do anything.

Employee at 9 am, Nov 24th 2020 was completely aloof, slow and did not know how to do her job properly. Wont be back.

Great location, poor service. Ive noticed 5 employees only 2 greet or acknowledge customers in line. A simple hello makes a positive impact. Especially when standing inline for 8 minutes, while two employees chit chat.

Was harrassed by the older female employee.At 8:25pm Friday, June 28, 2019.I had to stop by on my way home to go to the restroom. I wasnt in there for 5 minutes you can check the camera.She was banging on the door harassing me to get out or she was gonna use a key to open it.Then when I confronted her about it she had a terrible attitude, and threaten to call the police.I am currently deciding on whether or not to sue.After thinking she seems like she may have been on drugs, her demeanor reminded me of some drug addicts in Quinlan.

The E85 pump dispenses E15, theres a sticker on the machine that says E15 but the pump and the push button are labeled E85. Its very confusing and a rip off. My truck is setup for E85 and now the motor is pinging. I checked my fuel composition sensor data and it says the alcohol content is 13%!!!!!

The store located in garland is the most unorganized store. Was in this store and because someone underage tried to make a purchase was told before they can move to the next customer they had to make a report
