We had granite countertops, kitchen and baths, installed, along with new sinks, faucets, and backsplash. The price was great, the selection was great, and the service was great! This review is for Danny from Icon Granite, who is the owner of the business. I would not recommend going to this fabricator because Danny is quite passive aggressive and rude. I honestly haven’t had such a bad experience when going through a business. And to add on top of that, his staff is also quite rude and unprofessional. I usually try not to believe what others have said about Danny and his unprofessionalism but it seems what people have told me about him is true and unfortunately I had to find out that for myself.

I am so very pleased with my entire experience with Icon Granite! I wanted to support local businesses because we started our kitchen remodel right before the COVID outbreak & I am so glad I found them. My first contact was with Jocelyn who was so patient & answered all of my questions when I initially called; she walked me through the process and was great to work with. My husband and I went and picked our granite about a week before the install and Danny came to measure for us on short notice; he was also very nice and answered my questions and was able to give us a quote while he was at our house. Everyone was professional, prompt and courteous! Danny, the owner, came out to my home to measure and explained everything, answered my questions probably more than once, but he was patient with me. After getting two other quotes, his package was better. His service consisted of plumbers where as the other quotes advised I would have to hire a plumber which was extra money! I like the convenience of it all being done simultaneously! The workers were very courteous and answered my questions as they were working. The daughter, Joycelyn was very nice also! If ever I decided to upgrade my bathroom countertops, Danny’s company, Icon Granite, would be who I would call! They were extraordinary!

From start to finish, Danny and his staff were helpful and accommodating. We were able to pick from slabs they had in inventory. Danny came out and templated our kitchen old style on a Wednesday and Pancho and helper returned on Monday to install. The turn-around time was impressive as well as the fit and look of the fabricated counter-tops. Pancho treated our install as if he were working on his own kitchen. Any tweaks and alignments he had to make, he consulted with us as he went. They cleaned during and after and were very friendly and helpful. Once finished the plumber that was included in the bundle we purchased showed up and was just as patient and fantastic at his job. He hooked up the new sink and faucet we had, along with a hot water tank we had attached to our previous sink. He tested everything and left everything looking and working great.Kitchen remodels can be stressful and as home owners, we had lots of questions, and concerns about everything going right. Icon Granite delivered and had great customer service throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them for your granite choice.

Where to start...First let me say that Danny and Jocelyne have been above and beyond excellent in customer service. I cant say enough good things about our whole experience. The new granite counter tops look AMAZING and the crew that demoed out the old and installed the new were awesome. Great experience with Icon Granite! Very impressed with their worksmanship and attention to detail. They completed the demo and installation of our backsplash and countertops in one day and we have a fairly complex kitchen. They identified and fixed a small gas leak on a burner and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. The price was very fair and a bargain for the level of service that we received. Super quick turnaround! I called on a Monday morning, they measured that afternoon, and our new counters and backsplash were installed in one day on Friday. Reasonable prices, quick and clean crew, well definitely use them for future projects.

Customer service at this place SUCKS. I went in for an estimate for countertops on a Saturday, a week and a half later they still have not sent it. Wont answer phone, when i text they say they are either in a meeting or not in office

I can not say enough good things about Icon Granite and its employees. If you ‘re tired of dealing with companies/contractors that have no clue what they are doing, are just interested in collecting their money and differently do not know the meaning of the word Customer service, Icon Granite is the company you want to work with.It starts with Danny the owner and trickles down to his employees their number one goal is making sure the customer has a pleasant experience. As a bonus to their customer service they keep up with the latest trends and will make suggestions based on the marketplace. I got bids from 4 companies for my kitchen remodel and everyone except for Icon said that I would need a bull nose tile to give the marble backsplash a finished look, the problem was the marble manufacturer did not offer a bull nose that match. Icon was the only company that told me about Schluter Systems Schiene which is metal edging that looks great (see pictures below) and cost me less than the bull nose would have been.I wish my bathroom upgrades had been such a good experience. Again, this is the best experience I’ve ever had! If you use Icon Granite you will not be disappointed!!

We did our research before going anywhere. This is place has the best prices, the best people to work with as well. Joselin was a breeze to work with, Danny got everything we needed, and the installers got it all done in one day.

I saw their ad in a monthly magazine, they were running a special, which included the sink and plumbing, and I went to their showroom on Saturday, 8/28. I met Danny and Ana, they showed me different countertop materials, sink options, and back splash. Danny was able to do an in-home estimate that day. I had almost 80 square feet of countertop, including the island. We agreed on the price, and the install was set up for the following Saturday, (9/3). Danny came by during the week, prepared the template, and advised that the installers would arrive between 9 – 9:30 am. Ana emailed a detailed invoice, which included the countertops, tile back splash, sink, plumbing, and labor. The installers arrived at 9:10 am, in a company box truck, put down protective covering for the floors and carpet, and were very courteous. They immediately started working on tearing out the old countertops, did not create a huge mess, and were very efficient. They brought their industrial vacuum machine and kept the work areas clean. I picked out a backsplash pattern, and was very happy with the results. Within seven days, from start to finish, I have a beautiful kitchen! I definitely recommend Icon Granite for your granite needs. They delivered exactly as advertised on “Guaranteed professional & timely service”!

Icon Granite just completed the installation of our new granite countertops in our kitchen and one bathroom. We were very pleased with their prices and their work. I consider myself very attentive to detail and their work was very well done! We chose our granite slabs from one of their suppliers and our backsplash tiles from a local store. Icon installed everything less than a week after we confirmed that we were ready to proceed. They completed the job within one day, and cleaned up after themselves when they left. They laid tarps down on the floors, and vacuumed up the debris when they were done, even hosing down the driveway where the tile saw had been. The grout lines are beautiful and they were careful to check with me about problem tiles they found in the box when installing the backsplash. We felt that we got a very competitive price and quality installation. We would highly recommend them!

I received quotes from 4 or 5 companies total before deciding on Icon Granite. The owner, Danny, is the one who does the measurements. One company sent a guy who barely spoke English and had no idea how to answer anything besides measurement questions, so Danny was a breath of fresh air. Hes a very likable and knowledgeable guy. I also felt more confident that if the owner is putting in the work and showing his face to meet the customers then the job would be done right.We bought our own sink because we wanted a larger one than the standard, but they do provide one with it. One great thing about Icon is that the price is ALL-INCLUSIVE. When I started getting quotes I had to write down what all they included. Most companies provide the price in a nickel and dime format, where they might provide demolition, but at an additional $x/sq ft, but they dont provide a plumber, etc. Icon does the demo, the backsplash, installation of new counter, and they have a plumber who shows up mid-day to hook up the sink. Like I said, they include your choice of the standard sinks, and they also give something like 8 different options for the type of edge cut on the counters. They have more complicated ones for more money, but we didnt go with that.Anna at the warehouse was great to work with as well. She was very friendly and helpful. We had looked at enough places that we basically knew what color we wanted when we showed up, but it was a quick process. They had examples of all the sinks and edgings there at the warehouse. There were maybe 6 or 8 of both sinks and edgings that were included with the regular price.Even though Danny does the measurements on the initial visit, he has to come back to make an exact template a few days before installation. Since we bought our own sink, he took it back with him to draw the template. So just a heads up that if you do want another sink, youll need it ahead of time.The installation went very smoothly. It was a crew of 2 guys, and they showed up around 9:00. Poncho is the main guy, and he was really good to work with. We have a long stretch of cabinets, and they peak in the middle because whoever installed them didnt bother to level them out. He did a really nice makeshift fix to fill the gap between the counter and the granite. If you arent looking for it youd never notice it. It took them every bit of the day to finish. Im not sure if they usually bring their own lunch or leave for something, but I bought them pizza as a thank you, and I recommend it. Those guys put in a long day of work.The plumber, Kevin, showed up mid-day. Even though we bought the sink beforehand, I made the mistake of thinking our faucet looked find and tried to hold off on buying a new one. Once he showed me some corrosion on it, I thought Id better get a new one. So he actually had to come back the next morning to give us a chance to shop that night for a new one. I actually had 2 other random plumbing issues in the house though and had Kevin work on those that day (of course paid separately to the plumbing company).Overall, Icon was a great experience. The price was one of the lowest, but the quality of customer service, work done, and professionalism was still top-notch. If youre looking for a granite company in the DFW area I would absolutely recommend them. And this is coming from someone who did quite a bit of shopping around, so I feel like I have a good grasp on what I wanted by the end of the search.

Ive worked with Icon twice now. They are prompt, professional, and 25% cheaper than big box stores. If they dont have what you want, theyll get it. My experiences couldnt have been better.
