Great place to get donuts, but some time they mix cream donuts and regular donuts together. I believe it is training issue.K

Been coming to the Donut Palace for about 20+ years now. Have NEVER had a problem with anything! There is a lot of variety of donuts to choose from as well as kolaches and breakfast sandwiches. The Texas sized donuts are delicious too not just big!

The donuts were good but I was double and over charged and didnt realize it until after they closed. The girl helping me had an attitude about a miscommunication so I cant help but suspect it was on purpose. I paid $15 for a kolache, 3 donuts, and 3 mini donuts....

Very good donut place even tho the first time the 2 ladies were laughing of me from my accent but next time (today) they was all chill😂😂😂😂

Worst donut shop experience of my life. I accidentally said the wrong filling for one of my donuts and one of the staff looked over at her friend and started talking about me in a really rude manner. Her and her friend started laughing at me. Never coming back.

Got a cinnamon roll, kolaches with jalapeno, donut holes and more. Theyre delicious, affordable and friendly staff! Will definitely return. Sorry no pics, I was too excited to take pics.

My daughters and I have eaten here they were in elementary school in 1999. Even though we moved to Rowlett, and now Dallas. Whenever we get a chance to go to Garland, I make it a point to stop by. Great donuts and kolaches (cheese jalapeno), and service. Gary and his wife were great owners. Gary has since past, but his wife is carrying on the greatness.

Pretty good cinnamon rolls and nice that the minimum limit you need to spend on your cc is only $3.00 instead of say 5.00 like other places

Bought a bottle milk that was expired. I bought this on November 5th with donuts and it said on the bottle it expired on October 31st I posted it check the photos. And also overpriced compared to other local donut shops
