I came in today to get my Wife a new necklace for her diamond piece. I came in needing either a white gold or a silver necklace that would be durable and look elegant as well.Evelyn was fantastic help and very kind. She cleaned my Wifes diamond piece and then gave me numerous options of what necklaces would be great choices.The prices were all reasonable and Evelyns customer service was tremendously appreciated. Had to be one of the worst altogether experiences Ive had at a jewelry store in a LONG time. I had my email confirming my online order of a ring I had delivered to my house, which had my order number, part number, name, date and everything, yet they STILL couldnt find my order in the system to be able to resize it. Finally found it in the system, after the manager came and helped the young lady out, and was able to get the ring resized. We come back 2 weeks later, manager sends a different rep to help us, and instead of him instructing her how he found my order the previous time, he sets her up for failure, and doesnt come lend a hand until he sees that I am visibly upset at having to go round and round AGAIN, just to pick up my ladys ring. Communication is key, and wouldve saved this WHOLE experience. Never again

We have been waiting 3 weeks after the date given to pick up the ring.. They will not answer any phone calls or emails. We paid over $500 and still have not received our ring yet!

We sued to come here all the time back when they opened. My jeweler was a guy named Nick Valentine, and I loved dealing with that guy. He always made you feel like a king, even if you were just looking at some cheap $100 earrings. That guy was a pleasure to work with, then he left and we stopped going...
Edgar was absolutely wonderful! Answered all my questions and helped me get my 11 year old rings taken care of (originally purchased at another Kay location). He was kind and personable, with excellent customer service skills. I would absolutely recommend this store to others and look forward to having them continue to service my jewelry in the future. It honestly made me happy we purchased our wedding bands and my engagement ring with Kay Jewelers a decade ago. Thanks, Edgar!
EXTREMELY pleased with Tamaras customer service. I recently moved here from Florida and she got right what the Kays in my hometown could not for over two years! Im very particular when it comes to things being even and a certain way. She didnt really see what I was seeing, but she listened, and conveyed it in a way on the work order that the repair person understood! She truly cares about the customer being happy, and I totally am SO HAPPY!!! My wedding rings have never looked like this since I have owned them. I couldnt be more thrilled. When my husband and I upgrade my rings, Tamara will be the one to receive our business, and any other future jewelry purchases will be with her.Thank you, Tamara! πΉ
Terrible service. It took two weeks longer to get my ring than they saidMade it a size 5 instead of 8. Got it in sterling because gold was so expensive. The sterling tarnished everytime it got wet. Less than two weeks after I got it stone fell out. Took it back, after two hours of messing around with them finally got everything set up to get my money back. That took two more weeks. Went to a shop in Sherman got a much prettier ring in white gold for half of the price Kays charged for silver and ready when they said it would be. That was the Jewellers Bench in Sherman . Never go to Kays again. Big rip off!!!

I saw the low ratings and was shocked but they day I went, the customer service was great and the ladies were very helpful. They took out time do measurements and go through their wide variety of engagement ring options. Will be returning to possibly purchase a ring from them.
Omg. We have never had a more comfortable fun relaxed no pressure shopping experience than at Kay Jewelers Firewheel Towncenter. Ms Brandi was our consultant and she was A+++. All of the consultants were so great to work with. I recommend this store and in particular this location 10 times over!! You will not be disappointed.ANelson

Went in to pick up online order. The women who were working were not friendly. No welcome greeting or pleasantry. When I told them I was there to pick up a ring they had curt responses. They seemed annoyed to be helping me. They also told me the wrong dates as to when I could pick my new order up. Wont go there again. I do not recommend this place!
When I went in I was ignored... I was never greeted and was never asked if I needed help. I left and went across the street to Zales where they are obviously trained on customer service.
They lied about the date my ring would be done. They do not answer their phones and the manager is rude and disrespectful. I should have gone somewhere else to get my ring. Now Iβm still waiting for my ring. And as super upset
My fiancΓ© and I went to Zales, and they never followed up with this. We went to Jared afterwards, and they were too pushy. After Zales and Jared, we visited Kay and had a great experience. The Garland staff at Kay Jewelers was particularly helpful in helping us with the engagement ring and wedding bands. Edgar has helped us multiple times and has been patient and informative each time. We will definitely be returning to Edgar at Kay for jewelry in the future.

Husband bought both the engagement and wedding ring from Kays. Spent thousands and even opened a credit card with them. Theyll convince you with a lifetime warranty blah blah blah but their trick is the warranty is void if you dont bring them in every six months (not a day later) for inspection. Rings arent made properly so Ive had to bring back my rings 6 times in 5 years due to diamonds falling off. They will make you pay for diamond replacement though if youre a day, a week behind the 6 month inspection window. Like really? Awful customer service
I came in on December 16th and ordered a ring and the sales person said that I came in just in time to get it in before Christmas. It was promised no later than the 24th. Needless to say, it didnt arrive. I had to call everyday just to find out it wasnt arriving until the 29th bc the sales person incorrectly entered my email address in their system. I was so livid but bc the order was considered an online order, I had to talk to their Customer Care Center.The representatives at the CCC were quite empathetic and accommodating. Even though my order was a special order, they were going to refund me bc they recognized the numerous errors committed by the sales person. I planned to get the refund but my wife really wanted the ring.I picked it up and it is/was nice, but the sales experience was less than to be desired. Not once did anyone apologize for their mistakes, the experience, or for my inconvenience. Even worse, the person that gave me the ring acted as if I was offending her by coming in to pick up WHAT I PAID FOR. Actually, she and the whole buying experience was deplorable! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THESE POMPOUS A**ES EVER AGAIN!Do yourself a favor and go across the street or to Jared or order online if you have to get it from Kays. This store should be closed or converted to a pick up only store so the customer doesnt have to deal with the extreme level of inconsistency, inconsideration, and total dysfunctional aptitudes.
