This company went beyond my expectations and treated me very well. They were careful with their exam and diagnosis. Great office staff, quick on repairs, and returning calls. If only all offices were conducted this professionally! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of hearing aids or hearing tests!

Erick Townsend at 985 W Centerville Rd in Garland is very nice and professional. He was very thorough going over my test results and I’m enjoying my hearing aids. I would recommend him to anyone needing a hearing test he knows his work very well.

Eric at Livingston Hearing Aid is awesome! He is very professional, caring, and takes the time to explain available options. He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to provide quality service. Caroline at the front desk was also friendly. Overall, my experience here was positive and I definitely recommend their service.

They got my repeat business. The staff at livingston are just great! Caroline, the receptionist, even went above and beyond to get my hearing aids back to me. They were being worked on at the manufacturer for around two weeks and I was having a hard time at work without them as one could imagine. I called today 15 minutes before they closed just to see when my hearing aids would be in, and Caroline said they just arrived. Her and Alan, the audiologist let me come get them. I got there 2 minutes before close and they even helped me get adjusted to them.. Speaking from a restaurant managers perspective (mine), having people come in 2 minutes before close is sort of.... well, irritating to say the least. Thank you to the Centerville Rd. Livingston staff!Side note- next time I will call a couples hours before they close!

Always great dealing with Livingston and getting the follow up keeping up with the changes happening with the changes in your hearing.

I have been going to Livingston to see Alan Durbin for 3 years. He is so knowledgeable about what he does. Whenever I go there I always leave hearing better than when I went in. He is very kind and honest. He doesnt try to push anything on me, just tells me the facts and makes suggestions. I am so happy with any experience I have had here. Caroline is very nice also. I go to the office in Garland, Tx.

Very, Very ImpressedI have needed Hearing Aids for years but Age and Vanity held me back. I had interviewed at least 3-4 other places before Livingston and never felt right, and did not like their Warranties.Then I found Aimee, who answered all of my Questions and in no way put a hard sell or the old You have to buy it now to get this special price kind of nonsense others tried. Not only did she impress me, but also my wife with her sincerity. I really like the fact that she has me come back every 4-6 months for a FREE Tune-up. Good service. I can recommend this location with Aimee.

Just another hearing aid dispenser! The girl Amy was nice enough, but didnt have a brain. First of all they test you then put you in front of a TV screen where someone else hard sells you a hearing aid. That person isnt even in the office, you never see them again. They ask you to bring someone to the appointment, but then leave them in the lobby? Horrible location on the edge of little mexico, very trashy! Disappointing!
