Im continually disappointed when I go to the Home Depot at George Bush and Hwy 78 in Garland. Hardly ever has someone acknowledged me- no hi, hello. Im sure some of the staff are courteous and helpful, but my experiences have not been pleasant. They arent horrible, but I dont feel appreciated as a customer there. Heck, I dont even feel welcome.

About a week ago I visited this Home Depot looking for the *perfect* first ever live Christmas tree. I am pregnant and my husband works offshore, so I knew before I got there it would take an extra helpful employee to take care of me. I waited for Matthew to finish working with a few other customers and I noted immediately how excellent his customer service skills were with them. This continued in our encounter! He offered to open multiple trees for me, allowed me to borrow his tape measure to measure the available space in my SUV, offered to load the tree for me, etc... all while be extremely courteous and professional. After I purchased the tree and he trimmed the small bottom piece off of the stump, he offered it to me as a momento for my first ever live tree. I am sincerely BLOWN AWAY by how wonderful my experience was. Matthew is the BEST!I also received assistance from Michael in the lawn and garden department. I think when I asked him for help he was already clocked out, but rather than blowing me off or rushing me - he walked me all the way to the item I was looking for and gave me recommendations between the different brands.I am so impressed by my experience at this Home Depot that I will not be returning to the Lowes across the street.

The only exterior entrance to the garden area was at the end of the area. The carts were mainly inside the garden area. I wanted some trees so I had to walk down to the entrance, get a cart, go back out to the tree area (thats on the opposite end of the entrance), load my trees, and haul them back to the entrance to pay. No one offered to help me. Thats a lot of work for a grandma.

Very bad CustomerCare service in garden area .... Lady over there was very rude and treated us a racist .... I just spolis them we wil not get any stuff from here ... Remember we are not your slaves we pay for the stuff that we purchase if you dont know to serve the customers please find something that suit ....😡😡😡😡😡

They always have nice trees.
