I am so glad I decided to choose this location in Garland on Shiloh Rd. AMY IS AWESOME! I was given the run around and placed on hold by another location but when I talked to her, it was smooth sailing from there. She was very detailed in giving me options and pricing. She was very informative and showed me multiple units to ensure I was comfortable with my choice and made sure I had everything from a truck and equipment to make my move a very smooth transition. The facility is very clean and accommodating. I am new to the area and she went the extra mile to provide information on the area! Great customers service is hard to find and I really appreciate her kind spirit! She put a smile on my face from the moment I walked in!!!

This was a great place for me to store my belongings during a transition time in my life. I rented here for 3 years. Great experience, great staff. Only knocked one star off because the price increased by 1.5 times over that time period.

Nice and clean. I stored my items in a climate controlled storage here for a year and a half and I had no issues with insects.

I went in today to give a copy of my renters insurance so that I did not have to buy their insurance. I am not sure why I could not email it. So upon entering, the manager was standing at the counter. The first thing she says is next time wear a mask. I told her I already had covid and I am also vaccinated. She didnt care about that and told me I should be more kind to others. That immediately caught me off guard. I just came in to drop off a paper. So she looks at my paperwork and asks me if that is my name and address. I thought that was odd in itself. Would I try to use someone elses ins? I said yes, but she snapped back at me because she did not like the way I said yes. As she finished, I picked up a bright purple paper with the heading write a review on Google or Yelp! I held on to it as tightly as I could and immediately she became very sweet and accommodating. I do not appreciate this and will take me business to a place where there is customer service and a company who appreciates my business. There are many storage places around. I would never recommend this one.

Its honestly, the employee at the front desk, Christian is honestly the nicest woman Ive ever met. I recommend renting here.

Storage rental was very affordable and the online process for making the reservation and payment was very easy. Had a few questions about my reservation and reserving the free truck for moving. I called the store directly and John was extremely helpful and kind. Also I want to mention the Life Storage Blog is very informative and was helpful to me during this transition in my life. I highly recommend this company and this location for your storage needs.

I have rented several units here for over 5 years and have been extremely satisfied with the facility and all of the staff. They have always done whatever they could to help me and treated me with total respect. The grounds and buildings are always clean and well taken care of. I would recommend these storage facility to anyone looking to store either long term or short term!

I needed to store some things for awhile. Everyone has been very helpful and friendly. Would definitely use Life Storage.

This place doesnt know custom services unless its taking your rent each month. Lets say the buck stops there! They wont even allow tenants to use the restrooms. They lock the outside restrooms and also tell you youre not allowed to use the inside restrooms. Lady I havent seen here before said she was the manager and thats the rules. She was rude and wouldnt manage putting peanut butter on toast if she worked for me! Sounds to me like she is lazy and didnt want to clean the restrooms so closed them. I will be moving to a different storage company for my storage needs! For the same price I rented a spot at cubesmart where the staff is nice and let me use the restrooms. Also it is climate controlled for the same size 5 bucks cheaper. Definitely check around before you make the mistake I made choosing to do business with this company!

I have had my belongings here since 2014. Never had a problem or issue. They exemplify the qualities that make a great company. Thank y’all for all you do!

Best storage facility I have ever dealt with. The property is very clean and maintained. I think the prices are some of the best I have seen in North Texas. I called from work to see if they had the storage I wanted and was very pleased that it was available. I asked them to hold it until I got off work and they were happy to. After I paid my first months rent, one of the staff showed me the storage and I couldnt be more pleased. Do yourself a favor and call them if youre in need of a storage. You wont regret it.

Absolutely loved the experience from the get-go, walked in greeted by Sawyer who is Awesome by the way, and made this whole storage experience actually fun...anyway this location is clean, safe, and very accessible, love the lights in every unit, compared to what Ive seen dealt with personally, (this is a safe haven).....omg!! Their office smells amazing!!!Their climate control is so amazing its cool in the units unlike other places that advertise climate controlled but as soon as you walk in youre already sweating, not this place its cool when you walk in.Definitely highly recommend this place but i highly recommend Sawyer, he was fun and got the job done.

I have rented a storage unit for the last 11 years from this location. The drive up appeal and location is what made my decision to rent from here. Although the name of the facility has changed 3 times, everyone in the office has always been very helpful to me whether I was making a payment or purchasing more boxes. I appreciate everyone’s friendly face because this has truly been “Life Storage” to me. I have currently found a home and I’m moving my things for the first time in 11 years from storage.. I would highly recommend this location to everyone!

Uncle Bobs storage is excellent. The staff at 3222 H. Shiloh RD, Garland, Texas 75044 is excellent. They have me smiling and laughing every time I go in there. The units are clean and I have not see any bugs. I will be referring family and friends to your facilities.
