Met Dave and shopped inside the Garland store today. It was such an awesome place and blew me away! This is definitely the place for guitar players to shop. Dave was polite and kind and very enthusiastic about music, instruments and amplification. Cool store, huge selection and good prices. Will definitely be back.

This is a great music store. Personally, Im more used to the local music shops as opposed to the shopping mall sized locations. Very good personal attention and customer service. I was looking for my first bass guitar setup, and these guys totally took care of me. Great prices, great quality, brand names, and the owner Dave even carried my guitar out to my car for me. Yes, the owner, you heard that right. How often do you get that kind of customer service any more? I found the instrument that was there just for me. Cant speak highly enough of this place. Ill definitely be back.

These guys know guitars. They have a technician on staff to work on guitars - he does a great job and hes not expensive. My guitar has never been in the shop more than 5 days. My guitar has a Floyd Rose - its no easy task to change the strings - usually I pay $40 for someone to change em. Everyone in there can work with Floyd Rose, I dont need to have a tech change em, I bring it in, they switch my strings, and all I pay for is the strings.Their prices are a little bit higher that Guitar Center - but its worth it because you get a lot more out of these guys. They will always help on any price. I walked in and wanted to buy a specific tuner. The one they were selling was $60, and I only had $50. They knocked down the price enough to make the sale.Theyre all great to work with, forget Guitar Center where they dont care who you are or if you come back. These guys want your business and work hard for it.

They have dean and jackson guitars which most of the big guitar stores dont have, and on top of that they will leave you alone unless you come to them first which is a big plus
