There is hope there is hope! That was my first impression when pulled to the parking lot and even more so when I stepped into the building! I moved from CA over a month ago and I have struggled finding a good grocery store like the ones in Ca. Till I found Publix!! Beautiful, clean, well stocked place ❤️. I was over the moon! I found what I needed and a lot more. Prices are a bit higher for certain products but I don’t mind! I am sooooooo relieved now that I know there is hope!!!!! And even their sushi was so good!! I am not a fan of store bought sushi but theirs was so fresh that I got a sampler and it was very good!

Super clean and lots of selections. Fruit and vegetables always look good. My favorite grocery store by far!

My first time ever in a Publix! It was clean, bright, and easy to navigate. There were some things that I couldn’t find because they were out of stock (which I’m not blaming them for since it’s the world we’re living in right now), but the staff was super helpful and friendly from walking in to checking out.

I came for crab legs and the Publix brand black cherry soda. And oh man..the soda is almost more my heart than the legs. But no...no black cherry. Whyyyyyy....lol

The Publix Bakery kills it every.single.time. We ordered this for our sons end of year picnic at school. It was ready when we needed it, super easy to order and everyone who works in the Bakery is just so kind. But this is not just a one off, we have needed to order 3 cakes in the past 6 weeks for birthday celebrations, graduations and get togethers. They do the extravagant to the simple and we are always pleased. Thank you for always being top notch!

Ive been shopping here for a few years. The selection is great, lots of different things to choose. Items seem to stay on the shelf frequently. One other place I shopped was constantly running out or some other brand. Very friendly staff always clean.

We went specifically for one item after checking its availability online. The store said they had it but when we arrived they could not tell me at customer service which aisle it was located on and instead gave me three possible locations. We find the brand after asking a stocker in produce and there is not even a tag or space for the item to simply be out of stock. This had to be the most haphazardly organized store I have ever been in.

Its always a pleasure. No supermarket service equals them.

Great place to shop to find that hard to find ingredient for recipes. They cost a bit more, but regularly have some superior store brand products. I especially enjoy their sugar free macadamia nut cookies.

They had the champagne we like on sale; so, Hubby purchased them all while we were in NC!

Publix is an excellent store. Great deli, seafood, meats and pretty good beer selection. All you need.

Being somewhat new to the area the first time I went in there I was very surprised by how very nice and friendly and helpful everyone in the store seemed to be. The store is very clean. Things are easy to find and well stocked . I only have one issue with the lady in the self-checkout who stood over my shoulder to make sure I was scanning every item. If shes going to do that she needs to be scanning the items herself and everyone out.

The store is so clean and the food looks fresh every time I shop there.

Chic Flia open a Super Market. ???Everyone is so nice and polite its like Chicflia opened a grocery store. Is crazy good people.The produce is always top notch, the pre-made meals in the deli are a single mans dream. The chicken strips are the best Ive had. Kids devour them like no tomorrow.Subway better look out, Publixs has the best Subs in the Carolinas at a exceptionally good value.

I love Publix so much!!! Just the best grocery store on the planet! I used to drive to Orlando to visit my mom, which is where I first was introduced to it. I used to buy tons and put it in my deep freezer, so it would last for a while 😅 Their deli and bakery have such wonderful foods!

My experience here is always a winner. Today I tried the chicken tenders for the first time! I thought I died and went to heaven. They are moist and really tender. The breading is on point. Must try!!!

Publix is Publix lol, same as Fl. You get your French bread and your fired chicken here. If your away from home like I wise, Public will make you feel like home again.

Publix is my favorite grocery store. I wished I didn’t have to drive 44 miles round trip. But, we do so. Their quality is worth the drive.

I live down the street and always shop here. 9 out of 10 times the cashiers usually greets you before ringing you up. Janice didn’t say a word to me. But Natalie came over to bag my stuff and greeted me right away. That’s great customer service on Natalie’s part to keep the customers wanting to come back to such a friendly environment.

One of the cleanest and nicest Publix locations I have been to. Fell in love with Publix when I moved to Charleston, SC in 2005 from Ohio, and while not nearly as many Publix locations in the Charlotte Metro Area, this one is close and very good. Great staff and always has a good selection of stock. Meat & Seafood Department is really good here, especially Meats. Huge fan of Philly Cheesesteaks, and they are always willing and able to thinly slice boneless Ribeye from the meat case in order to make them at my house. Best served on their always fresh po boy sub rolls (4 count) from the Bakery.

Clean and healthy product choices. love the ambience of the facility...expensive as all get out!!! Still nice though and shopping for unique items is great! I get overwhelmed with too many choices so I tend not to go shopping that much... this place is otherwise great! I believe I will try the online ordering next.

Although we shop at Harris teeter most of the time, this store has a great selection and quality meats. We have come here a few times for cakes and balloons as well and have always had great service.

I grew up shopping with Publix in South Florida!! And I still shop regularly at the Publix stores in Florida. This store looks exactly the same as all the others which is a good thing theyre always clean and restrooms are well maintained, however this particular store to me had a very disappointing Seafood market, Deli and Bakery particularly the Fresh Seafood case. Maybe I just got spoiled from the south Florida stores with most of them having spectacular Seafood Selections(Crab legs,Clams,Shrimp) !!! This store had all of these, they just didnt look good at all, even by Gastonia standards.Maybe it was due to the pandemic I dont know but for now Ill continue shopping at the other local grocery stores!!! Sorry Publix!!! You still have my patronage in Florida though!!!

All items are fresh & have competitive price too. They even have a deli sandwich and wings kitchen served fresh inside the store.

Every time I have visited the store I have had a great experience. I just went yesterday to do a little shopping and all of the employees were very pleasant and seemed like they were genuinely happy to assist me. All of them were smiling and had positive body language. Ive never been to a mess or disorganized Publix and this one is no different. The prices tend to be a little high, in my opinion, at Publix, but its worth it. They do have some pretty decent sales. I feel like when I want to be able to shop in peace and feel like the employees enjoy being at work, then Ill shop at this store.

I heard how wonderfully deliciousPublix s cakes were. So I ordered a cake for my daughters 50th party. Was I ever disappointed. The cake was dry anddidn t taste fresh. They must have made it the day before. The quest also were not impressed as they also heard that the cakes were wonderful. No one even wanted to take some home. $45 in the trash. Sams does better.

I love this place! Staff are always ready to help. Always clean,neat and tidy. The biggest thing is thier quality on meats. Sure this place isnt cheaper than your typical Aldis or Lidls, but you get way better results when it comes to freshness. I barely see a rotten anything sitting in the produce aisle so you know they check. I started going through a recommendation from a friend. Im a customer for life.

Probably the best market in the area. Staff well trained and professional. Politics aside, this is where I prefer to shop.

To start this review off, Ive gotta say this store gets 4.5 out of 5 stars (Alas, not an option). Its been very clean, and the staff have been awesome, friendly, and while there are often good deals on most products, the prices are a bit high (that being my only negative bit to this review). While the store all-round is very good, I certainly have to say the Pharmacy and Bakery departments go above and beyond what they need to do. The pharmacy almost always manages to find generic versions of medications that are a lot less than the name brand medications, and the bakery has time and again done wonderful work with pastries and breads, even making things that arent normally in stock should you ask for them a day or two in advance.

I get an hour lunch everyday and never fails I walk in to get a pub sub second in line wait for 30 minutes while two other associates make online orders and stare at the line of people behind me. Horrible walked out ill go somewhere else where they care about my time.
