I wish I could rate more than 5 stars.This is the second time Ive been to this dealership to purchase a vehicle. 1st time I worked with Tima and she was an absolute DREAM to work with. She knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me get what I needed and more. After being in an auto accident, I needed to replace that car and tried to work with Tima again but she is on vacation so I worked with Matt. MATT was just as amazing, making sure I got what I wanted to replace my car even tho we are in a pandemic crisis of low inventory. I LOVE my new vehicle. Its perfect for my needs and for my family. If anyone needs a new vehicle please go see either of them. They will listen to what you have say and do their hardest to match you with the right vehicle and keep your costs in check.
Our salesman Mike was wonderful. He explained everything every step of the way. He never made us feel pressured. And worked with us on getting us a deal we could afford. I can’t tell you how great he was!! Randy our finance officer was also great. They both made the experience of buying a new car quite painless. Happy we choose Gastonia Nissan. We are loving the car.
I had my car towed to Gastonia Nissan because it would not go in drive; it would only go in reverse. That day I learned that I needed a new transmission. Andrew provided me with a loaner car and stated that he would reach out to the powertrain warranty company to determine if the new transmission would be covered or if I would have to pay out of pocket. That next day Andrew called me and told me that it would be covered and that I would only have to pay a deductible. I was so appreciative of Andrew and the way he communicated with me during the entire time my car was in his possession.
The guy that helped me told me about the oil change deal and saved me money. He was very helpful and kept me informed on what was going on. I had an unexpected recall on my car which kept me there longer than expected but everyone was so helpful and friendly that I didnt mind the extra wait. I recommend this service department to everyone. Even though Ive only brought my car in twice, its always been a pleasant experience compared to other places.

Far surpassed my expectations! Honored a free oil change coupon, even though I had service done other places prior. Also did a nice walk around video about the status of my car, under hood then underneath. Then to top it off, professionally washed my car top to bottom as a courtesy! Friendly coming in - but I guess it depends on who you’re working with. Ran my credit after asking them not to. I wanted to talk numbers first. They also checked the trade in value on my car and offered me $500 where Enterprise offered $1500. Asked 3 different people to return me my keys to my own car so that I could leave. My experience walking out the door just wasn’t what it was talked up to be.What a disappointment.Went with Enterprise 2 days later and bought a car I liked even more. Same amount of money down, $1600 was my trade in value for my previous car. But if I was basing it only on experience Gastonia Nissan would get a 0 out of 10. 🤷🏻♀️ Enterprise is right down the road. I would suggest shopping around before going to Gastonia Nissan first.
This was easily our best experience buying a vehicle, ever. Matt (our salesman), Leon, and Saul went out of their way to take great care of us. They even stayed late to help and didn’t make us feel even 1% uncomfortable about keeping them there. My Girlfriend took her car today to have it serviced. I feel like she was ripped off. They tried to charge her $1,200 to fix her hatch back. All they had to do was disconnect the battery to reset the computer. It works fine now. Her son fixed it for $0.00
This place is awful. My wife bought a car here last week and after I reviewed the paperwork it went back two days later. They are crooks. We ended up buying another car from Crown Nissan in Greensboro. The same car and it was 4 thousand dollars less. Our payment went down almost 100 dollar. We even got a better finance rate. They basically told my wife they could do whatever they wanted due to the car shortages. Look at your paperwork in detail before you do anything. Also check with other dealers. This place is the definition of bad business!!!!
I brought my 2021 Rogue SV in for it’s first servicing since it was purchased. I was greeted immediately and within only a couple of minutes, was given a total for the day’s service cost, an estimated wait timeframe, and was inside the waiting room. I can’t remember the man’s name who assisted me but he was fantastic—incredibly respectful, attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed in regards to the day’s service as well as future servicing dates. The wait time was much shorter than anticipated as well. I was incredibly satisfied with my servicing as well as the overall experience with the representative and the service department as a whole.
I had a great experience as usual. My service advisor Rolando was very sweet and handsome (might I add), he really helped me understand what was being done to my vehicle considering I am a first time owner.I purchased my vehicle from Gastonia Nissan and as always I had an amazing experiencing. My husband and I went in this past Saturday to get a rental car due to one of our cars was in there to be serviced on. We both wanted to talk to someone about leasing a car and talk about numbers. Our salesperson, Kimi, was AMAZING! If I could give him a promotion myself, he would definitely have one that second! He was so sweet, straightforward, no “bull”, and was very personable. They worked with us and made a great deal and we bought a 2021 car! We weren’t expecting to buy a car that day. Came in for an oil change and have a recall service. All work was done to satisfaction and in a timely manner. The staff was exceptional!
Everything was great except when I ask how long it would take (I was gonna come back the next day) I was told about 1.5 hours. I was okay with that. Well I was over 2 hours before I was even called back to do the financial part of the deal. If someone would of keep me up to date with what was going on, it would of been fine but my sales guy walked past me several times and said nothing at all. If I didnt really want the car I had picked out I would of went somewhere else. I felt like my sales guy didnt really care if he helped me or not. I think he knew I was gonna get that car with or without his help. He was not very helpful ad I feel like he needs more customer service training. Everyone else I dealt with was great. Even the service Guys was awesome. I would still do business with Gastonia Nissan I would just ask for a different sale rep.
First off our sales guy Heath was awesome! He was very attentive and helped us move and get into the truck we really wanted.Heath also help us with tour of dealership and service area and also paired both our phones to our truck. He also helped us locate the missing second set of keys to our new 2021 Frontier Pro-4X truck. Now that’s where the greatness of the experience ends however. We had been in contact with Erik Sims for days prior to deal and I had emailed and called to give details on our trade.The day of test drive we arrive and Erik Sims was not available to assist us that is how we got Heath by the way! Mileage and also credit score was checked and we were told that we should be able to get payments below $300, by Erik Sims. We get there and they tell us credit was much lower than it was and that they had wrote down wrong numbers on the mileage. And our payment would be over $300. Now I’m waiting on call back from Mike Kim. I’ve called and left messege and nothing. I get our credit score card and it’s 20 points more than what they claimed in deal. I also did a check on how much they gave us on trade it not happy about that either as Erik Sims had a much higher estimate. Would have walked out had this not been Michele’s dream truck!

I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the staff at Gastonia Nissan. I absolutely hate car shopping because of my experiences with salesmen. I almost did not go to Nissan after stopping at another dealership 2 miles away that same day. Had to force myself to pull into the lot. I am definitely glad I did! Doug (sales) and Saul (financing) were awesome to work with! No high pressure, just worked to find the right vehicle for my needs. I LOVE my Rogue!
Today I took my daughter’s car to Nissan of Gastonia and I love how friendly the staff are. The technician is very informative on your vehicle they send you a video of them inspecting your car and going over everything with you on the video. I went in for the routine oil change and not only that you can watch them work on your car while you wait. I wish all dealers would do this so I gave Nissan of Gastonia 5 stars
Great experience, Tyler was so helpful and informed me of the payment plan option through Sunbit. I was able to complete my 60k service in addition to my oil change and tire rotation. He also informed my of the oil change package that saved me money!

My car did not start, I explained what was happening and they guaranteed me that it would be repaired. After I towed my car there, I left it for 3 days and then they called me saying they couldnt (they just didnt want to do the job) they didnt scan the car, they didnt check it. They only saw it from the outside and then told me to take it away. I had to pay the towing again and I lost a lot of money
Doug was an incredible help! My niece and I were both shopping for cars and he managed to find us both what we wanted and quickly. Super personality and worked hard to get us into cars. Also Saul in finance was wonderful to work with as well. BEST car buying experience I have ever had!

Typically when I schedule a appointment, Im out within 45 minutes. I waited 2 hrs for a simple oil change. The dealership also refused to honor the Warranty on new tires. Highly disappointed. I have always complemented and defended Nissan of Gastonia, now I understand why others complained.
It was a great experience as my representative continued to let me know exactly what was going on with my car and kept me in communication the entire time.
Was met promptly upon arrival and shown to waiting area. Service advisor came to me and explained what services would be performed. Upon completion, Service advisor went over the services performed in detail. The services requested were performed in the time frame requested. Good visit.

Great service received! Some things I just prefer to have done by the dealership and this visit didnt disappoint. Tyler was very helpful and provided excellent service. Didnt try to sell me anything that wasnt crucial and worked with me to make picking up my car convenient. Each worker that I saw were taking safety precautions and I absolutely felt safe in the environment while dropping off my car and working with the service advisor Tyler.

Went today for an oil and filter change. The staff is excellent in getting you in and out in an organized and friendly atmosphere. So why change from a five to a one star. I was headed home and heard scraping sounds coming from the engine. I pull over keeping the engine running and no noise is heard. I inspect the engine and find that I was dragging the front engine insulator. This part must be removed in order to get to the oil filter abs oil drain plug. I zipped tied it in place and continued home. Once I got home the drivers side had come off and I was dragging it. How hard is it to tighten bolts down for an ASE certified mechanic. I wouldn’t recommend this place even if it was another free oil change. I’d rather pay for quality service. Thank goodness I happen to have some zip ties. I would have lost the $230 part. Now to order new screws and put it back together as it should have been done at the dealership.
I took my car in to be serviced and am appreciative of the constant updates via video and messages througout.
I had brought my car in for scheduled maintenance. Tyler had informed me that my transmission was putting out codes that basically meant that I needed a new transmission. I had no idea because I wasnt having any issues at all. No check engine light, no skipping, slipping, no not wanting to go in gear or out of gear. Thank goodness for the lifetime warranty. Tyler was so awesome through out the entire process. He kept me informed of everything that was going on. I already work in a high stress environment but he kept my stress level about my car almost nonexistent. You guys are lucky to have Tyler on your team. He definitely goes above and beyond. Ive been a customer for 8 yrs now and Ive never had not one complaint about the service department. Keep up the great work.

My wife and I went to Gastonia Nissan in search of a Nissan Rogue we had seen advertised on their website. When we arrived to look at the car it was only in fair condition.(smelled like cigarette smoke and multiple interior/exterior cosmetic issues ) We asked to see other options close to the one we saw on the website. They had 2 other Rogues that met our criteria. We liked the black one and asked for a test drive. After the test drive we decided to sit down and talk numbers. We were then informed that the vehicle had a $1500 “safety package” that was not included in the list price and could not purchase the car without it. This package was included in the original purchase of the car 3 years ago. We had a set budget we could spend and their price was $300 more than we wanted to pay. Our sales rep went to the sales manager 3 times to see if they could meet our price. Every time the answer was NO. We decided to not purchase the vehicle and left.One week later after shopping at multiple other dealerships we decided to call Gastonia back to see if the Rogue was still available. My wife really liked the vehicle and our sales rep (Heath) was super friendly and helpful. We called and talked to Heath and asked if the Rogue was still available. We said it was and would ask a sales manager if they could lower the price any. Again they said NO. We told Heath we would pay their asking price and come in on Sunday to purchase the car. He said they would have it detailed and gassed up ready for us when we got there. We drove back down to Gastonia (2 hours away from where we live) on Sunday. We were then told they had given us the price of a different Rogue on the lot and the price for the black one was $1000 more than quoted. Classic “Bait and Switch”. We spoke with a sales manager (Andrew D) and he was very rude, basically just said they quoted the wrong car, nothing he could do. We asked him to talk to the general manager and try to make this situation right. We sat in the lobby for an hour waiting to hear something. Andrew came back and said the GM said he wasn’t willing to do anything for us. We even offered to pay more than the initial quoted price and were only $200 off the price they were now quoting us for the car we wanted. Andrew once again called the GM and came back and said he still wouldn’t come off $200 for the mistake they made. Needless to say we left very upset and without a new car. I have never been treated so poorly from a business that claims to have excellent customer service. “Buyer Beware”***Update***The following Monday I received a phone call from the general sales manager (Mike K). He said after reading my review he wanted to speak to me to hear my side of the story. I went through the events of the prior 2 weeks. He apologized for the way we were treated and was unaware of the full story when the sales manager called him on Sunday. He offered to sell us the Rogue for the price we offered. He even had them deliver the car half way to Boone. We appreciate Mike doing what he could to make this situation right. We purchased the car on Thursday. I am increasing my review to 3 stars.
Went in with what I thought was a problem. It ended up being lack of knowledge on my part on how something worked. They explained the process, we were done but they still washed my car. Again everyone from the staff was wonderful.

We just left the dealership pretty shocked. We arrived at 12 when they opened to look at a specific car. The gentleman helping us seemed pretty annoyed that we were there but did go get the car we requested. After looking at the car we requested and test driving. My husband who is a mechanic found multiple issues with the car. I found that the car inside was disgusting and desperately needs to be detailed. We returned and made a very fair offer based off what they were asking versus what needed to be repaired. The gentleman and his manager were so rude and refused to move on the asking price. They wanted us to trade our car in and we had cash to buy the vehicle. They only came down $300. We left respectfully but will not be back. They were so rude and laughed at us. Good luck to the person that buys that car without knowing everything that is wrong with it.
Everything went well. Oil change and tire rotation went very quickly. The safety inspection of the vehicle is good thing. Im glad to know that my rear brakes may need to be replaced in the near future along with other required services.

Just had another service visit to have several things done to maintain my warranty on my 2017 Nissan Rogue. Although it was a little pricier than I would have liked, they were super quick and thorough. Gastonia Nissan never disappoints. Let’s face it, everyone can use a trustworthy auto mechanic!

Great customer service. I called and visit all Nissan dealers in my area and never got a straight answer like Gastonia Nissan did. They called me and followed up keeping me informed at all times. They know what having happy customers its all about. I drove 3 hrs to do business with them. We are super Happy with Gastonia Nissan.

The service was at it’s all times finest. I wasn’t rushed at all to make decisions of what I wanted done. They didn’t try to sale me anything I didn’t need. Offer their shuttle service to me, so I didn’t have to wait for the 2 hours because I didn’t have an appointment. And the wait was only an hour. I even offered a courtesy vehicle wash. I love this place. Tyler was assisting me, and did a great job. Thanks to your establishment, and it’s employees.
We came in and worked with Doug Brown and Marquis looking for a used truck for our son. We were treated wonderfully by everyone at the dealership, but Doug and Marquis went above and beyond. I took my car in for service and tire rotation. The technician said that he found a leak in in AC system. The service coordinator ask how could he tell and he told her that there was dye on the hose. Not sure where the dye came from no one has serviced my vehicle except Nissan of Gastonia. I had to leave my vehicle over night to wait for the hose to come in. I picked my Murano up that afternoon and once I got home. I checked under the hood to see what was done. No sign that a hose had been replaced. I personally think that the mechanic wanted to make a warranty claim. Which cost me a hundred dollar deductible. Also, my battery was supposed to be serviced as well, but I found acid buildup around the battery holding brackets. I have worked as a heavy equipment mechanic for nearly 20 yrs and I know when maintenance has been performed on a peace of equipment. I don’t appreciate someone trying to take advantage of me thinking that I don’t know anything about vehicle maintenance. That’s why I gave low scores for service.

A service attendant named Hunter, for many years when he checked me in, was consistently professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and very caring with outstanding people skills. As one of the first people the customer sees, Hunter is definitely a credit to any dealership. Today, when I had my car serviced I learned that Hunter is no longer at the Gastonia location, but the tradition of excellence continues with Tyler, a new serviceman who pays attention to detail, gives abundant customer care, and makes sure the customer knows what’s happening every step of the way. It’s been my experience that the service department at Gastonia Nissan has always delivered a job well done.

I took my Nissan Rogue to Gastonia Nissan because my ignition would not lock back into place when I tried to turn the car off. I needed an appointment quickly because the car was essentially draining it’s battery by not being able to be turned off. I called same day and was able to secure an appointment within an hour. When I arrived, Darryl was my technician and he was very personable and pleasant when checking me in for my appointment. He explained that they would run a diagnostic on the car to fix the problem and that charge would go toward a repair, which I was sure I probably needed. Darryl had called me back later that day to tell me what was going on with my car and he told me that it seemed the ignition was stuck in place somehow because the technician was able to turn the ignition and fully turn it off. He told me that Nissan was not going to charge me anything for fixing the ignition which I truly appreciated. Upon arriving at Nissan to pick up my car, Darryl noticed that the interior lights were not turning off when the switch was pressed off. He quickly popped off the case and was able to fix my interior light switch before I left, which he did not charge me for. Darryl exhibited excellent customer service and I would definitely bring my Nissan back to this dealership in the future.
I’ve always taken my Nissan vehicles back to the dealership to be serviced and I’ve enjoyed having a personalized experience with my service advisor. Will and Hunter always took great care of me and my vehicles. Will was promoted and is now working at another dealership and Hunter has transferred to a Charleston dealership. I can’t say enough good things about them. So, now I’m working with a new service advisor and he’s stacking up to be just as good as Will and Hunter. Daryl took great care with me and my Nissan Rogue today and I look forward to working with him in the future!

We bought a used Lexus about a month ago. Sales manager said he would call back and he did not. I left a few voice mails and did not get a call back. My issue is they charged for protective coating, flashing third brake light, and GPS tracking. None was done or installed. Salesman said I would receive an email for GPS service setup and never got one. Salesman also said we had a 30 day warranty in wich the accountant said no. Salesman said he would mail us the manuals, still not received.I am now waiting for a call back from the general sales manager.Just got a call back from the sales manager. He said I was not charged for those items. I will review our paperwork tonight.The sales manager called me back and they will be sending me a refund for the items not installed.Overall, the Gastonia team treated me with respect and I appreciate that. I wish they would have been faster at resolving my issues.Three weeks later and I havent received the refund. Lowering my review back to two stars. I just called the sales manager and I left a voice message asking for status and a call back.I did not get a call back from my voice mail I left yesterday so I called the sales manager again today and left another voice mail.Two days latter and still no call back. I called again and no answer from the sales manager. I sent an email to the sales manager and general sales manager asking for status.
Karen was extremely helpful and understanding. This is very hard to come by now a days where Karen took the extra mile to help me.

It was recommended that I have my cable ports changed on my battery, I agreed as long as it didnt take a lot of time as I had to go back to work. I was told it would take 10-15 minutes. It took 30.When it was time to leave the car didnt start. They had to boost the car to stay then pull it back in the shop. I had to wait for that. To way to long and was late to work even with having a 730 appt.
Great customer service! From the time I scheduled my appointment until my services were complete. I was able to use their pickup service. They arrived on time to my home to pick up the car, they stayed in contact during the service and completed the service in a timely manner. I was very pleased as always! I had negotiated a deal for a specific vehicle and when I went and to go purchase a vehicle after several text messages with my sales consultant they had sold the vehicle like eight hours prior.The sales manager was not sympathetic nor understood that there had been a state legal binding agreement with meat and the vehicle that was sold. So I ended up getting a newer car, which was a better on mileage . However, they did not come down far enough on the price for the error that they had madeNor did I hear from the sales manager or the finance manager to apologize for what had happened. I really wanted to let them know that they had violated a written and a verbal handshake agreement but it did not seem to matter to them.I was very disappointed and how they handled the situation. I purchased the car because I really needed one at the time however I felt that because they saw a woman coming in by herself that they could take advantage of the situation.

Appointment set for 11 but arrived at 1020, was told that I cant get you in until your appointment time which was fine, here its after 12 and my vehicle parked at the back havent even been service yet. I asked the young lady why my car havent been pull in yet, she stated im not sure I will go and find out. She never came back to me so I went to her deskand ask her, she stated you next in line. It was her job to come and inform me of what was going on.
Excellent customer service experience. I would highly recommend all of my family and friends.
