There is nothing better than a sweet treat from Krispy Kreme when the glazed donuts are “Hot Now”. When you see the bright red neon sign glow in the window, you know you are in for something extra-special. A fresh, hot original-glazed donut from here is one of the best bites you will ever have. However, some of the seasonal donuts are hit and miss depending on what it is. I’m deducting a star because I’m pretty surprised to find out that they don’t have apple-fritters, and the drive-thru line can get insanely long.

Ordered the mini assorted donuts for our wedding on 10/02 and they were delicious and cute. Our guests loved the idea of having donuts at a wedding.

The hot light is always on from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm. The kids love to watch the hot doughnuts being made. Staff is always helpful.

Avoid this location at all cost. The line is consistently unnecessarily long. The inside isn’t open so there’s no way for you to get your online order unless you sit in the long line for 30 minutes!!!!

My husband and I went today, National Donut day. Staff was super friendly and eager to help you. 10 cars in line, so I went inside. Very quick!

We went through the drive-thru tonight (10/6/21) around 9pm.. the car in front of us at the window paid for and received their order but the employee felt the need to lean out the window and pet and play with the customers dog for an additional 5 mins while we were behind them waiting.. frustrated that we were forced to wait on our order while we witnessed a food service worker have leisure time playing with animals, we pulled out of line and went in to speak to a manager about the importance of food service cleanliness & hygiene standards, as well as the importance of keeping the drive-thru flowing thoroughly. To our astonishment the employee at the inside counter told us the employee we witnessed delaying the drive thru line to play with animals was the manager !! Seriously, don’t be surprised if you find any dog hair in your doughnuts at this location !

Normally a pretty smooth operation here but do not try and order online and pick up any longer they keep locking the doors and going to drive through only mode and the place is not big enough for that because the drive-thru line is often so long it goes all the way over to the McDonalds next door Ive had to call and get a full refund for my online orders because the six people inside cant be bothered to bring it to the door or even acknowledge that Im a walk-up customer and cannot use the drive-thru this is ridiculous because previously at the beginning of COVID they made you come inside to get your online orders and wouldnt let you use the drive-thru or you could stand outside and they would bring it to you they really need to offer curbside delivery for mobile orders if they dont want people coming inside because the drive-thru with a 30 to 40 minute wait is not an option for most and especially not if you are a walk-up customer and dont have a vehicle

Went to pick up Mars Donuts!!! They were not as pretty as thePictures on TV & on line but they were Really good. I bought 6. Gave to my father in law, son & granddaughter & kept the rest!!!😁👍They were a little rich but after all, its a donut right!! I am a HUGH Fan of custard and would love to have had custard choice too!!! Everyone enjoyed & I loved seeing the landing on Mars.

Love me some donoughts but when purchasing them you are limited and cant use but so many coupons. Their shouldnt be no limit on them. A sale is a sale.

These hot and fresh donuts are a staple of North Carolina. Ive been eating the original glazed since I was a kid in Greensboro. If youve never tried a hot and fresh original off the conveyor line, do so today and change your life 4eva!

Krispy kreme is always good especially when they are hot. The only complaint that I have is the restaurant always seems to be dirty. They need to work a little bit on their cleanliness and upkeep

This Krispy Kreme is always good. They use to give out free donuts for every A kids make on their report cards. Great place for cheating on that diet. Go head and give em a try

Dont bother with drive through after 10pm. Theyre employees will stand at the window smiling at you then say were closed. Despite there hours saying drive through is open till 11

Great gift idea. I sent my son 2 dozen doughnuts for his 30th birthday. Last year we started sending each other doughnuts for birthdays.

This place is just how youd imagine a Krispy Kreme. Also one of the funniest experiences Ive ever had at a food joint. A while ago, my fiance and I went here at 10:40 (they were closing at 11) and asked for two donuts. Because they were closing soon and were going to have to throw the donuts out, they offered us a half dozen just for the price of 2 donuts. Quite a steal. We said yes, but we forgot that they mentioned they didnt have the donuts that we wanted to order. So, TL;DR, ordered two donuts, got six, none of them were the ones we wanted. Hilarious. They were very yummy anyway and the people there were just very funny, nice, and quite the characters. The donuts overall are very yummy, too, so I would recommend this place.

My wife loves almost everything krispy kreme has from doughnuts to coffee and all in between. We try to get as many free ones now too. In case any of you did not know with your vaccination card showing both covid-19 shots(or the single shot with Johnson & Johnson), you can get a free original glazed donut until the end of the year. But if you do eat a donut every day for 7 months, you may become a diabetic, lol. Still great deal though, we get a two, maybe three a week.

Same old great quality and taste from a Krispy Kreme franchise. The only thing this franchise can improve is getting the line to move faster. The traffic flow can become a bit hectic especially when the Hot now sign is on.

Went through drive thru to order. Process was easy and clerk very nice. Donuts were warm and coffee was hot!! Still cant eat inside yet.

The manager working tonight was slammed with a bunch of people and a mediocre what seemed like very new staff. He helped countless people while the other people just seemed to exist behind the counter. He deserves a bonus for what he put up with tonight and some recognition for it too. Thanks guy. Usually great service when drive through, but this morning went inside due to the long line of cars... rated a 2 due to the floors were disgustingly sticky and the service was terrible... Maybe leave your attitude at home before heading to work!

Love the products but boy does this place get crowded! Their is hardly any parking, and lines were backed into the con- joining roads. We waited in the backed up drive through line ordering 2 dozens for Id say 30 minutes at least. Although with the crowd you can expect mistakes, but after waiting that long, one of our dozens was messed up by 2 to 4 doughnuts. Maybe the company needs to think about putting another location near by to ease the crowds, mistakes, and waiting times or hire more staff.

Ordered glazed doughnuts to be delivered to my home when I saw on the app that their hot now light was on. When I received my order. My Doughnuts was cold liked they had been made a couple days before and have been sitting in a fridge. The glazed was dried out on the doughnuts like the grocery store off brand doughnuts was delivered to me in their box. I am very disappointed in this and will not be ordering Doughnuts to be delivered again.

The Krispy Kreme in Gastonia is always out of the specialty doughnuts. I went by to get a dozen for my growth group class around 7pm and they were already sold out of Valentines doughnuts.

The abdolute worst Krispy Kreme I have ever visited! After being told they had absolutely no coffee I ordered a dozen glazed donuts. At the window there were three girls pacing around seemingly doing not a single thing while the poor guy at the window took care of everything and that took forever.

The hot chocolate glazed donuts are great! Ive always loved Krispy Kreme but I tried these simply out of curiosity and it didnt disappoint! I need to try these new strawberry ones next! I do seem to recall a blueberry filled and kind of miss that one.

I just went into this place. Door says masks recommended. Not required. I noted several customers sitting and talking without masks. I was asked not once but twice to put on a mask. All I wanted was box of donuts. I told them if they did not want business, I would leave and did.

Super slow.Arrived at 950pm and door was closed. Waited over 35 min in the drive thru line and left!You could see the workers playing around!No sense of urgency!!!Horrible!

Its 2020. You dont have someone wrist in your drive thru for 20 minutes and then not accept a texted version of a coupon. Whats the purpose of the coupon, to get my business right? Them chocolate glaze donuts were not ALL that. Truthfully the chocolate ice glaze is SO much better. I thought i was getting ready to be in heaven but oh well😕

Busy inside, the guy didn’t get the order right, problems with rewards app. Otherwise it was ok. Manager was great and fixed everything but looked to be abut short staffed for a Friday.

Overall great service. The rep I worked with appeared to be very new, but she did very well. Most of the management werent helping her, so for that I didnt rate five. Would definitely recommend.
