This particular Starbucks is amazing! Customer service is great and I get exactly what I want through the drive through. And its even easier using the app to pre-order or just for them to scan. Even if theres a line. It goes fast. Fast! We tested Cafe versus drive-thru and drive through won.

The lady who took our order was polite to a different degree than I’ve ever experienced anywhere in customer service. We forgot to order our drink at the speaker and she recovered so smoothly and took our order immediately. We are passing through on a road trip but this star bucks is the one to go to hands down.

This Starbucks make my drinks right 9/10 of the time. Usually if its not right it because someone new is making it. The only issue I have is how they do their mobile orders. When picking up inside. You have to wait for the barista to hand you your drink instead of having the cashier just get it for you.

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I waited in line 15 minutes and they only went through 3 cars. The parking lot is so poorly designed that once you’re in line, you cannot get out. Last time I was here, they messed up a mobile order I was picking up. I would recommend another Starbucks location until they are able to improve their service.

I go to this Starbucks at least 4 times a week.. I order the same drink every time and it’s always wrong and they never get it right.. I order a pink drink with light ice every time and it’s always wrong and has way too much ice and too much coconut milk in it.. can we please do better.. plus the lids never fit.

I will not visit this Starbucks again. The person at the register touched my friends sandwich with no gloves after handling cash and cards. My friend asked for a refund. They were unable to locate her transaction in the system so they gave her a gift card. My order was slow coming and incomplete. It was not the clean friendly service Im use to receiving from Starbucks.

Food and beverages are always good... if they have them in stock...not just this Starbucks but all..I lost count of how many times Ive been and they didnt have what I wanted... a breakfast sandwich, lunch sandwich, blueberry muffin, banana bread, and so on.... last time I went they said that they had no regular sugar in the store... mind blowing..

Make sure you place the mobile order way in advance. It’s rare they are organized and running on time. Wait time estimated 9-12 mins. I placed the order 15 mins before I arrived. The drink was placed in front of me 25 mins after ordering. The shot was burnt and it wasn’t full. Thanks for nothing Starbucks.

This location is middle of the road. It doesnt matter how far ahead you put your mobile order in, its never ready. The drinks are fine when you get them.The location needs a refresh, it never looks clean and all of the surfaces and furniture are worn.I prefer the location in Target or in Belmont to this one any day of the week.

My advice is go across the street to Target or if you are traveling through, go a few exits up to the Belmont location. If you get your drink, it will be after waiting an hour. Don’t bother with mobile ordering, it won’t be made when you get there either.

Because I cant give them a zero. Been in their line since 8:30pm tonight. Get to the order at 9 and they tell me they are closed! Meanwhile I am stuck in line with ten cars behind me. Now I am stuck and unable to get out. Called the store because on line it says they are open till 930. The shift manager was extremely RUDE!!! Do NOT go to this location after 2 PM!!! We joke a lot at work that this is when the “Slow Squad” clocks in. I literally waited over 20 minutes for a lemonade. It’s the only reason I gave them 3 stars. If you order ahead in the morning, you can get in & out pretty quick. Though that parking lot makes it hard to do. You have to park across the street and walk across. Because if not, you won’t be able to pull your car out because the drive they is always wrapped.

We asked for two regular coffee (William). It eight people are working without systems. One is waiting for an online pickup. But she doesnt do anything out—the drive-thru full (30 cars). My coffee took 19 minutes, my partner for 30 minutes. No one there is teamwork. People have to park Buffalo Wild to go to Starbucks. Seven years using, I never had this problem. Sorry

I only like cold brews and every time I come here they are out. So I opt for matcha green tea and guess what, they’re out of that too. So after sitting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes to get to the speaker because this is the slowest SB drive thru I’ve ever been to, I also have to wait and additional 10-15 minutes to get out of the line and don’t even have any drink to show for my time. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I recommend just taking the time to go into the one at Target across the street.

My partners here at starbucks are great. However, corporate does not care about the high volume of the store and the fact that we have outdated equipment. We work with what we have. New espresso machine pull at 7 seconds, ours takes 40 seconds. The layout of this store was a poor design, it should have been drive through only, with 2 lanes, and with 6 bars, not just 2. And 3 cold bars.

However if you want to wait 45 minutes AND have then be unable to make your drink dueto rampant out of stock issues, you come here! Be amazed as despite common logic this place is as slow with 3 cars in the drive thru as they are with 30! sorry for your wait!? Never gonna hear that here! Turning mobile order off on Saturday morning so youre forced to wait in the awful drive thru? Check. I went to Starbucks around 1230 today did an online order. I typically go to Starbucks 3 or 4 times a week and I can honestly say whoever made my drink today disappointed me. I orders Carmel macchiato and cinnamon Dulce latte and they both tasted like black coffee there was no flavor no caramel drizzle no milk just black coffee. Usually they make our drinks perfect so for that to happen today messed up my day.

Order ahead/online ordering is usually unavailable lately. You cant get inside to order. They only run the drive thru, which will take you forever to get to the speaker. And if you have the patience to wait in that awful line, I hope that your coffee tastes like it is supposed to. I will definitely be using other Starbucks. This was my first time stopping in to this location. After waiting a bit in the drive through, we decided it would be quicker to just run into the lobby. They have the space set up for either app orders or cafe orders so its easy to see where to go to get your drinks or food. As we walked in, I noticed a worker charting their current cleaning schedule to keep track of the time and what they were cleaning.While we were waiting for our drinks, Cade (I believe he said he was the manager) struck up a conversation with us to just chat about us, our day, and what they are doing to keep themselves and their customers safe. It was an amazing time chatting, and I appreciated the personalized conversational touches and relating to our stories.When I asked for sugar for my tea, he explained they will provide sugar, creamer, and stirrers upon request, but they cant be left out for self serve at this time. I was provided my sugar and stirrers via an espresso shot cup - to help keep cross contamination to a minimum.Thank you to this location and their employees for their excellent service. Please know if you visit this location, youll be in a safe and clean environment.

Save yourself a trip and go to a different starbucks. Im not one to leave a bad review but i went here the other day and the girl taking our order in the drive thru was talking so fast. We asked can you please repeat that but slower, since we cant understand you. She repeated herself but faster. We asked her 3 or 4 times to please repeat yourself, and we were being nice about this too. Me and my mother are both hard of hearing and the lady just ended up screaming WE ARE OUT!!! because they were out of a a specific ingredient for a drink we wanted. I guess she was fed up with us asking for her to repeat herself. We got the window and told her we wanted to cancel our order and she proceeded to tell us she couldnt since they already started making the drinks. We told her to PLEASE cancel the order since we werent going to deal with rude service. She still didnt want to but she did eventually. Iunderstand that the food industry is a busy and stressful place, but its no excuse to be extremely rude to customers. Do better.

The service here is the worst that I’ve experience out of any Starbucks location. The only reason I’ve visited this location is because it’s the closest to my office. I’ve waited in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes just to be told that they did not have any of my drinks available.Today, I placed a mobile order at 11:09 AM for my team. I could not get anyone’s attention in the pick up section of the counter. When I went to the register after waiting for 15 minutes they informed me that they were out of 2 of 3 drinks I ordered. I found substitute, but the service was so slow that I was not able to get my drinks till 11:56 AM.Save yourself the trouble and go to the Starbucks across the street in the target.

Drive thru times are unreal. Currently in line and its been exactly 25 minutes and I have not even gotten to the ordering speaker yet. And this is not atypical of this location! Nothing better to do with my time stuck in the Drive-Thru than to review the location. I will update as I leave with the entire time frame it took. (Probably ~15 total cars in the drive thru when I first entered)Edit: it took about 35 minutes to enter the drive-thru and get my drink and get out. No apologies for the delays, as this is just a typical day at this location of starbucks. I would recommend you avoid at all costs, go to the Starbucks in the Target across the street, or the Starbucks in belmont. It blows my mind this location manages to maintain a 4 star review

It’s actually gotten comical how slow this place is now. I went through the drive through the other day, only 6 cars, it took 30mins from the time I pulled in to the time I pulled out.
