Extremely disappointing. Tried three days in a row to get a cappuccino blast and all three days have been unsuccessful. Monday the line was so long it was in the Walmart parking lot and didnt move an inch for 10 minutes so I gave up. Tuesday theres a note written in sharpie saying the store was closed from 11-3:30. And now today (Wednesday) they have no Oreo ice cream. I asked for caramel instead and lo and behold they have no vanilla ice cream. Finally i asked for a chocolate and guess what? Yep no chocolate ice cream either. The employees working were completely unapologetic and couldnt have cared less and even got an attitude with me for asking for different flavors. I wonder if they are actually out of ice cream or if the workers are just saying it so they dont have to actually do anything. Either way screw it, Im not trying anymore

So interesting experience when you go to a place that allows you to order on their app but when you get to the place the staff acts like they dont know what you talking about.

How are you an ice-cream store, with no Vanilla,no chocolate, no cookies and cream, no rocky road, no mint chip, etc. Everytime we go by this store lately, the inside is shut down, they have no ice-cream to choose from, no one is answering their many horrible reviews. What the hell is going on here. While everything else is operating on a more normal level now, this place is going down the tubes

My wife went to pick up our daughter’s birthday cake today only to find out that no one made it. So we are having a Minnie Mouse birthday party without that cake. Ridiculous

Not helpful at all! They advertise 31 flavors but NEVER have the first, second, or third flavor I ask for. Tonight my husband asked them what flavors they had and was told vanilla, chocolate, Oreo and butter pecan...when he said do you not have mint chocolate chip she said yes. So I guess she just got bored with answering his question then when he did order he was answered silence so he drove away. Get better staff, not high school kids that don’t care about their jobs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Online menu said daiquiri ice. Drove 15 minutes out of way Went through the drive-through was told they did not have daiquiri ice. Asked what kind of sherbert do you have then? They said chocolate. Know what you serve at least.

Not sure what the problem is. You call and they just put the phone down and randomly say things from time to time. I wanted to order a cake... oh well.

No waffle bowls, or dipped waffle cones. Only one kind of chocolate ice cream. And the staff doesn’t know what they have half the time.

Went inside, thought Id treat myself to a single scoop Icecream Cone. You can try a sample of your choice or.. try all the flavors! Wow! I got a nice generous scoop🍦of Butter Pecan. Yummy 😋

Staff was nice, dont know what happened with their ice cream, but they were out of all normal flavors and all the cones were stale.

The customer service was excellent and the ice cream was great. The stranger things flavors are outstanding. Had a great experience and the kids loved it too.

Its hard to find a Baskin-Robbins in CT these days but when in NC there are several. They have very good ice cream and ice cream cakes. Chocolate chip is my favorite.

Ive cream is always good. Not freezer burnt. I go here a lot cause its close. Its not Tonys, but good nevertheless.

I ordered an ice cream cake with a monkey design. Calvin took the order and Ashleigh made the cake. Their clear communication and attention to detail was evident in the outcome of the cake which exceeded what I had suggested it look like. Thank you so much for such professional customer service and a delicious cake!

Ordered a birthday cake for my son’s 16th birthday well in advance. Received a confirmation email and they took the payment from my account. Drove 45 minutes to pick it up on the date of his birthday celebration and was told at first they never received the order, then that they just got it an hour ago, then they blamed the error on their cake decorator being out for a month. They refunded my money and offered me a “discount” on one of the pre-made cakes in their freezer (all odd flavors teenage boys do not eat like mint and praline). My son ended up with no cake for his 16th bday. Luckily he and his friends enjoyed the Krispy Kreme doughnuts they got as a substitute.

The ice cream is really good but it is super expensive. Definitely get a coupon.

Same flavors ALWAYS... This particular store has NO VARIETIES ever. Management needs to order new flavors.... Please.

Had a terrible experience staff was unfriendly, rude, and had 0 customer service. I pull in to drive thru and asked what flavor milk shakes do they have? There answer was numerous I then asked could you be more specific? Again the answer was numerous then another person gets on the intercom screaming what do you want? I ask were are your flavors on the menu I dont see any? There answer we dont put the flavors on the menu because they change. Well how do I know what flavors you have if you dont have them on the menu and you will not tell me over the intercom ? So to get past the rudeness I ordered a strawberry milkshake, when I received my milk shake it was watered down like a cup of milk. There was no thank you, have a nice day nothing just took my money handed me that water shake and closed the window. Never get my business again.

The staff seem to dislike thier job as they didnt seem to want to help you. They have no idea what melted sugar is for iced coffee..... the Dunks here really need to get some help on how coffee is made.
