They had what I was looking for on line, so this made it easy for me to get in and out with no problems. Great deals, and cheap prices made it possible for me to get everything I needed in one stop. With the way prices are going up sky high and millions of Americans are still broke trying to find a job to replace the one they had, harbor freight has come through keeping prices down. Although I wish they would drop the $30 yearly fee for just the next year to join there discount program. Market that idea Harbor Freight and I bet you pick up thousands more customers. ( Just Saying ). Overall, I love the place and tell everyone to shop there.

Great. Found most of what I needed and employee help with that. Should do something with checkout as we can not see what items ring up. Employees stated we werent allowed to see screen as we may take a picture. Not sure what we exactly that was supposed to mean. Would you not see me at check out if I pulled out a camera?

Went there for beach chairs. Found them but they were not on sale like when our friends purchased them. Nice chairs and reasonably priced so we purchased them anyway. Nice store and organized. Easy to see items. Will go back.

Store is well stocked, good variety of products. Everything from budget priced to upper quality and price. I like having that choice of an item with multiple to choose from at various levels of extras. This store is always clean and the staff are helpful without being intrusive.

Michael is the best employee in that facility that I’ve met so far. Always helpful. Doesn’t look like he hates his life. lol and it helps too that he knows what he’s talking about when it comes to tool. Deserves a raise if he hasn’t gotten one already.

Very nice.place my grandson and I. Call it the mans shop. When we go.we get to touch the tools. He loves it. And he does not get in trouble doing it. I told him they encourage it.

Stopped in 7-21-2020. I pleasantly discovered that they carry buffing and polishing items that can be utilized with a drill. The kit I purchased was inexpensively priced but seems to be of good quality. I browsed around and was happy to find a number of items that I can use for other projects that are not available at the big box stores I typically frequent. Staff was friendly. I look forward to returning in the future.

I still cant believe they dont offer a military discount. I prolly should just go outta my way to Northern tools, they give a mil discount.

I love me some harbor freight! If you came in my workshop, Id look like a big ad for HF, with my 2 different work benches and endless tools. This place has amazing prices for quality tools. If you are a DIYer or weekend workshop warrior and need lots of tools but dont have endless money, check out HF! they are not theeee best tools in the world (so pros, go to the pro shop), but 99% of my experience has been with quality, long lasting products! From power tools, hand tools, work lights, benches, generators, parts and more..of which they (and I!) have a ton of..is good stuff! Great prices, big and fun selection. On top of that, you can always get 20% ADDITIONAL monies off (even on sales) and FREE product with every purchase with coupons...of which they always run, via email, text, newspaper, online, etc..easy to find....go, its great.

Just left Harbor Freight in Gastonia NC and will never be back. The girl at the register was extremely rude.She said her name is Sonya. Wonder how long it will be before they go out of business.

Go to buy a Reese and they only have 2 of the 7 versions and will not sell the floor model but will tell you to come back in 3 to 4 weeks and they should have more. I dont know anyone that has three week to wait for what they need today. I do not plan on going back to this store. The help I would not call help as they act like you are a hindrance to them and dont have time for you.

This store offers quality tools, great household and garden accessories at prices that are hard to beat.

There are 15 people in line and only 1 register open. Others walking around doing nothing and some of us need to get on our jobs. Do not recommend this location. They dont know how to run a public store. Pathetic.

A great store for inexpensive tools. Yea, I love my DeWalt. But if I need an angle grinder for one bolt and will probably never use again, this place is perfect. Lots of freebies and a pretty good selection throughout. The store is well stocked and clean and the associates are very helpful. Avoid products that demand performance (sand paper is terrible) and accept for what it is. A fun place to peruse and I bet you walk out with something.

Cashier was very very slow ..and after scanning our coupon for the online 60% rebate on batteries ..she then cleared it back out some how ..that was a 12$ discount I didnt receive...Ive spent nearly a 1000$ with you guys in the past few months.. Looking for nitrile gloves, but of course due to cover theres a shortage. Still like looking at all the guy toys.

Its great for the discount tools or a spare set for the house. Some tools are of surprisingly decent quality while others fall short, but almost everything is at a bargain price. Catalogs often have excellent sales, too. Just dont expect these to last a lifetime, but they will most likely survive a job or two to get you by in a pinch. If youre looking for occasional home repair, this place is great. Staff is quite friendly, too.

Went in today and was very busy and crowded...lines began to form at check out with social distancing...only one register open and that employee recognized quickly and paged for additional help...in seconds another register opened and the lines were addressed immediately....GREAT TEAMWORK and great products!

Everything they had on sale as far as tool wise. Was nowhere on the shelves. Things were put here and there that didnt belong so you pick up a glove pair of gloves you think its $3 and they turn out to be $16.50 .....every time I walk in there just to walk and look around and stuff ..you know like a kid in a candy store.. I got one of their largest male employees standing 6 to 8 ft behind me watching every move I make, and Im 110 lb man...
