I always receive the best service at this store. I called ahead about a product I was wanting and was told it was there. Once I got to the store, I picked it up and the manager said he had put one behind the counter for me already. By far the best GNC.

Don’t try to take online orders here for a return. They tell you they can’t do it and act like it is a huge deal to follow their own policies. I asked if I needed to go to another store to return it, because I’ve returned things from online before to other stores and the guy said “yeah, that would be great!” And when I started leaving, he said “I was going to force it through, buuut it sounds like you want to go somewhere else” —like, what?! I want to return something to GNC and you just stood there and told me no and that one item was open and therefore unreturnable and that my online receipt was not valid! They just didn’t want to take the hit of a small return. Screw this location!

This GNC is pretty much the same as the other 9000 GNCs. The location is convenient. I can usually find lower prices online, but Im willing to pay a bit more to have a helpful staff member that will help you make the right decision instead of searching and reading online for hours to find what you want or need.
