My young son and I look forward to going here because everyone goes out of their way to make sure we have found what we need, are cared for, and made to feel appreciated. Every time I visit the Organic Marketplace I am greeted with very welcoming staff who are ready and willing to help with anything I need. They always have an answer to any question I have!

I was at the market at 2:30 today, and have never been so humiliated in a public setting. The sales clerk was very loud and unprofessional, I wish I had not purchased my items and left the store. A kind customer that witnessed the incident and came up to me in the parking lot to console me. I will never be back, the only thing I can say is RUDE!

I have been treated disrespectful in front of my child my last visit there. I have been trying to support small local businesses but no more Im coming back there. Poor customer service.

The staff is very friendly and eager to help. I was having a hard time making a decision on what to try for a recent psoriasis flare up; as they had several products. When speaking to an employee about it, she gave me great insight on which products would most likely work best.She nailed it!!!! this annoying condition is already starting to clear (it’s only been 4 days).I will be back.Thanks for all your help and making me feel right at home. This is why I love local and independent businesses! The commitment to their community is sincere!!!!

I found this place by accident when I first moved down here and I absolutely love it! Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and kind. I never caught his name but the gentleman with the dreads is awesome and has always given me great advice. I am more than willing to pay a little extra to support this small shop.

The employees ensure that the shopping experience goes extremely well. They answer questions I have (and I have a lot haha) and are always looking around to be helpful. The products offered are great. Theres no where else within 30 minutes of me that has such good selection, especially for a small store. Organic Marketplace makes their own brand of essential oils and vitamins, which are all good quality and save me money compared to the pricier brand name ones.

If you want to be healthy and organic and havent been here yet...go! The staff is top notch and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great selection of supplements and food. Not the largest store with every possible thing, but they have a wonderful selection of health foods, supplements, beauty products and much more. They carry CBD oil. They have a cafe downstairs. They have a terrific loyalty program. The staff will spend time with you if you need it, to help you with your health needs. I love this place and the staff makes it worth the trip! They often have health fairs and reps there to showcase different items and modalities. Check it out!

Very nice people staffed here.We came because we googled an ear ache & it recommended getting garlic oil (for inside the ear)& tee tree oil(for outside the ear).I called ahead from Charlotte & the guy on the phone was 100% helpful. When we arrived - i introduced myself & he went right to work helping us.The place looks pretty clean & organized. I was asked if i need help even after the first guy helped us.I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because the prices for the good stuff were so high. But it’s a nice place with nice people.

This place is awesome! The staff there is supper friendly and very helpful. Its not a Whole Foods and dont go there looking for a deal, its a small local shop that caters to the more healthy minded person.You will find Vegan, non-GMO and plenty of diary free options.The staff is always ready to recommend and advise.If you are tired of the same crappy food in all the stores, definitely give this place a chance!

I have to brag about this place. They do an excellent job of taking care of their customers. If they dont have something that you need, then they will find it and order it for you. They stay connected with their customers. A special shout out to DJ for being exceptional. Sprouts down stairs is the bomb too!

Great selection and variety. Their bulk herbs are great, they have everything from local meats and eggs to essential oils and vitamins. Try the café downstairs! They have awesome smoothies and grilled cheese sandwiches.

Mostly holistics, vitamins and supplements with a sprinkling of fresh produce and a good selection of natural alternatives for other home needs. Everyone is extremely helpful here. Little secret: when they have it, they carry the best gluten free pre-made pizza crust in the refrigerator section.

If youre stuck, yea, its the only show in town so that helps. But health food? More of a glorified (expensive) vitamin store. The staff have been instructed to tell folks to go to Walmart to get water as the water machine at Organic Marketplace is down indefinitely. It seems all the money they make theyre not willing to put into fixing it. So I think to myself, well, if I have to go to Walmart for water why not just get my vitamins there as well and savemoney. As usual, its all about profit, not providing a needed service.
