Associate was very nice. I drove all the way from Blacksburg SC to my appointment that was scheduled 2 weeks ago, gave them all my insurance info at that time. They said they accepted my insurance. Got there this morning and they tell me they dont accept my insurance. So if u go make darn sure they accept your insurance. Make double sure!!!
Would rate 0 if i could. Do not go here. The front desk people were nice and so was the doctor, but he tried to say i MIGHT have mono without even doing a strep test and only looking at my throat and tried to send me elsewhere, also gave me antibiotics, which why would you give antibiotics for a viral infection?? Did not send my prescription in a timely manner, had a very hard time getting anybody on the phone, and when i finally got my prescription sent the kast lady was very rude and did not want to hear the rest of my concerns, simply hung up on me. On top of that they tried to tell me Id need to pay another copay for my results. I will not be returning and am overall very dissatisfied with the treatment here, they could have at least done a strep test like id ORIGINALLY mentioned wanting when i made the appointment.
Very good COVID protocols.
Took my mom to see Dr. Mark Reiber today to removePacking from a nose bleed. Staff was great. Dr. Reiber was exceptional and very personable something you don’t see often in MD’s. Sign in notebook was very easy to navigate and the fonts where large enough to read without glasses. Thanks to all.
Just bloodwork- got me on the 1st try!
Staff and Dr.Reiber are the best, they listen and care about their patientsThank you for all your help and services
We go to the doctor and buy the hearing aid has to price $3200 Im a bitI expect this is a good thing Im not certain
Dr. Reiber is nice. And so is the audiologist.
Absolutely a great practice. Ive been going here for years. Staff is very friendly and most helpful.
Dr. Levy has been my ENT physician for over 12 years. He is amazing! He solved my chronic sinus infections with surgery and I have yet to have any issues. My allergies are plentiful, so Dr. Levy recommended that I get tested and now I go to them to get allergy shots. With my shots, I stay well and happy. Also, I have Meniere’s disease in my left ear, so I have tinnitus and hearing loss. The staff at ENT Carolina stay on top of all of these issues and are very knowledgeable on how they relate to each other. Carol and the staff of nurses and medical assistants who help with scheduling appointments are caring, efficient, and sweet. They take the time to know you as a person. It is a pleasure to see Dr. Levy and the caring people at ENT Carolina.
Dr. Levy is an outstanding, kind physician who provided excellent care!
Very clean, fast and organized. ENT doctors are very friendly & thorough
My first visit, not so good. Changed to Dr. Reiber. He is the best. I will continue with him and this awesome staff.
Love the care they give and expertise of dr.gaslin
Awesome Doctirs.
Dr. Levy and his assistant Norma are amazing ! My daughter is only 21 months old and as a mom they made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Levy was also very throughout and reassured us about her health and as a parent that is so important. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Excellent service
Receptionest First visit was right snappy.Next visit in a better mood .
Good place and good people
Allergy shot-got shot quick so 30 minute wait for reaction could commence. The staff is great here-front desk & allergy nurses are super nice!
Very nice staff. Very quick appointment.
Nice place great dr.
The staff was wonderful, patient and obviously knew what they were doing. They explained to me all of my results quite clearly
Competent medical and office staff!
They need something to put the door to stay opened when somebody is coming in the wheelchair because is too hard to push the chair and hold the door at the same time 🙁
ENT Carolina has always been professional and works hard for your needs. Highly recommend.
Very patient with my son. Did an outstanding job on his ear tubes. He was only 18 months
I had a surgery here had good hearing before surgery after surgery I lost like 70 percent of hearing with permanent tinnitus and a ear drum with damage that was done during surgery . I gat no exsplanation from doctor all I was told is that it’s permanent no a temp to fix or repair damage or get a mri or anythingThey just brushed me off made appt for a year from now and told me that the risk you take with surgery but for almost 100.000 dollars I would exspect moreAlso said I will need hearing aids and acourse they did not offer to even pay for them now I am giving them one chance to fix or I will sue
Very nice staff very friendly people. Answers to all your. Very helpful got to the issues of my problem very fast
Dr. LEVY was great today..did an awesome job of diagnosing my grandson with a problem that he had been seen elsewhere for and had been missed..he was kind and knowledgeable..exactly what we were needing.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff here, I would recommend them to anyone.
Very sad 😞and mad 😠at the same time.We took our 9 years old son for a nose bleeding problem and the Nurse forgot to anesthetize him, when the doctor realized, it was already late. And my son felt his nose burning. The doctor said: she was supposed to do it and we didnt know that.Really bad experience for the firt time.
My son went when he was younger and saw me gaslon and he was amazing and help solve his ear problems and my daughter now sees dr levy and both were amazing and helped my children they cared and know what they are doing I am so thankful for what they have done for my kids my sons condition was so bad as a baby that is ear was dripping with fluid all the time I was in and out of the doc every week with a double ear infection now he’s 6 and hasn’t had a problem in years my daughter has been fine Sense tubes also these people are amazing
Overall ok experience here. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the doctors (or at least the one I have been seeing) could use a few lessons in bedside manner. One time he was very rude and dismissive, but the next time you could tell he was trying to hard to be nice due to him hearing about my opinion of him.
Everyone here is SO nice. I highly recommend them especially Dr. Reiber.
Excellent care! excellent dr.s & staff!
The physician who took my case gave me a very devastating pre-diagnosis.....over the phone. The office was supposed to give me a referral to another physician who could help me, but they never did. My primary physician wound up doing their job for them because he got tired of waiting for their office to respond. I wont be back.
Great doctors that do excellent when and actually take care to get to know patients.
Very attentive staff, courteous and professional. Dr. Reiber is extremely knowledgeable and I am very satisfied and pleased with my care.
Staff is happy and friendly. Nice to see a smile first thing when you walk in. Dr. Luna Bailey is a great doctor and does it with earnest concern and a smile, very professional.
0ver 2 hrs wait, and Dr Levy spent less than 5 minutes in the room, with a diagnose based on paper work and fill the box type, came in the room with some papers, that I could easy download off of the Internet. Did not hear any of my other symptom did not allow me to articulate but three words!!! Not a good experience.
Took great care of my baby
All the staff were unfriendly and robotic. I felt like I was in a weird horror movie.
Not that Im experienced in going to the Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist, but the doctor and staff were helpful and pleasent.
I purchased my hearing aids in another state recently. I needed a software update, phonak put me in contact with ENT. I asked while on the phone what the charge would be, I was told $35. I made an appointment. Today I went for the appointment, the receptionist was very nice. She said I would be seeing Dr. Canoot.(sp). In just a few minutes Dr. Canoot called for me and made it clear she was DOCTOR Canoot, maybe 30 years old. To make a long story short, once she found out I had not purchased my hearing aids there I was treated like a third rate citizen. She had no concern for any return business and told me they dont normally offer ala cart services and couldnt tell me any pricing, except that mine had just tripled to $110. When we left she mouthed to the receptionist $110. Dont go if you didnt buy your hearing aids there. I will let phonak know how I was treated since they recommended them. She did update my hearing aids with a free software update from phonak, it was a feature that was advertised but not working right. Also they need to identify the front door better, put a sign over it, I drove around back to make sure where the door was, it is difficult to turn around back there,no circular drive or exit. Front door is not completely obvious unless you have been there before.
After being referred by my primary doctor to be examined by an Ear Nose and Throat specialist. I had the most displeasing anddissappointing experience when I visited ENT Carolina for the first time on Frebruary 21st 2019. The ENT doctor which was assingned there for me, was Dr: Levy. After being waiting for about 20 minutes in the examing room, he walked in, so I explained to him all the symptoms that I have, like a deep pain, pressure, tinnitus, and crawling sensation in my right ear. Dr: Levy just barely took a look in my ears with the Optic Otoscope. Actually my primary doctor makes a thoroughly and better exam of my ears when I go for a regular physcical check-up than Dr: Levy did. He just said to me, okay, I dont see infection in your ears, I asked him, but why I have this deep pain and all these other symptoms that Im experiencing in my right ear compearing with my left ear where I dont feel none of these symptoms at all?. His response was it can happens, then I asked him, well, when it happens what can be the cause or reason of it?. His second response was I cant say. Dr: Levy didnt show any interest whatsoever about the symptoms I was explaining to him. It took less than 10 minutes during our conversation in the examing room. He took a yellow file that he brought with him and then walked to the door and oppend it, indicating with his gesture that he had finished with my consultation and for me to rush out of the room. After I was thinking of all that happened during my visit with Dr: Levy, I decided to check other patients reviews and I found out there were few other patients expessing in their comments a very similar displeasing and dissappointing experience they had with Dr:Levy, the same dissappointing experience I had with him.
I had basically the same type of experience with Dr. Levy this week as others have had. When he came in he had his mind made up about my diagnosis without even speaking to me. Said my score was so low on the info sheet that I did not have sinus problems. Handed me a sheet and told me my problem was not sinuses but acid reflux. I tried to explain my symptoms, my difficulty in breathing through my nose, my constant sinus drainage down my throat and my other symptoms. He sighed, rolled his eyes and stared at me for a few seconds but cut me off each time I tried to speak. 5 minutes later he says If you need us, call and walks out. What the hey ..... Unbelievably disappointing experience. Want let me post without selecting at least 1 star. Wretched long wait to walk out with no help.
It is a great place to get your allergies needs addressed.
Doctor (I’ll leave him unnamed) is a joke. Charged me over $300 after insurance to say it will go away naturally, no crazy high tech tests either. I received him looking in my ear and then giving me a hearing test like you received in elementary school. AND....after I paid them (which I have documented proof) they said I owed them another $140. Then said oh wait it’s $180. Oh wait no it’s $220. Not late fees either, they couldn’t figure how much money I supposedly owed them. They sent it to collections and I disuputed it with the credit bureaus showing them all of my documentation. Which EQUIFAX has already sided with me.
The staff and doctors are so very nice.
Dr. Bailey is an absolute GENIUS! I had a tumor on my parotid gland that had to be removed. After doing all the research on a parotidectomy I was terrified. The nerve that controls ALL the movement in your face travels through the parotid gland. Its common for patients to experience some loss of movement after this procedure although most regain control after a short time. I woke up in recovery with 100% control of ALL my facial movements. Dr. Bailey was right there testing my ability to blink, smile etc.... My tumor was large and Im sure quite difficult to work around. Thanks so much Dr. Bailey, ENT Carolina and ALL the staff and Caromont specialty surgery.
The staff is always pleasant. Dr. Bailey is great!!!
Love Dr. G
