This is a great place to get your hearing aids. There are 2 ladies in this office and they are both great. Very friendly and helpful. They make you feel like an old friend.My new hearing aids are great! They are programmed for me to hear my phone ring through them and hear the person calling, talking through my hearing aids. Later I hope to get an attachment for my TV so I can mute my TV and no one else can hear it but me. No more loud TV shows. They do take insurance. I kissed my UHC and they didnt cost me anything. This is a great place to do business. If you go there, tell Kelly that I sent you. No rewards for sending you. Not for me but you will get good hearing aids and wonderful service.

Every thing is very good with the new personal and location. Just not happy with hearing aids in general yes I know their new models are better but spending 6500.00 or 6000.00 is always not that easy I have had 3 sets and Accuquest (hearing life) have been the best so far and warranty are to short for what you pay. My application is a difficult one so I am not the average user I work construction. Over all satisfied with hearing life.

Kelly was so awesome with my mother. We were going to the Charlotte location and Judy was very rude to my mom, never took her time with her and made her feel rushed and uncomfortable anytime we went. We will be going to see Kelly from now on 😁😁

OLD - Several appointments cancelled by server. When they do show up, plan on waiting 20 - 30 minutes past your appointment time. Would not recommend using Hearing Life!!!NEW - Hearing Life has fixed their customer service> Kelly is very knowledgeable and friendly. She truly listens and fixes the problem. She is professional and sends the clear message that I am a valued client!

Excellent service. Was very open and helpful. Explained all of my options. Will be back next year for annual hearing exam.

They gets the job done well

My husband went to the accuquest in gastonia NC and I paid 3 thousand dollars for a pair of hearing aids I never got good service out of them. I was going over there every two weeks . We kept telling them that it wasnt fixed and they said it was nothing wrong with the hearing aids and they said its just him. And he still couldnt hear anyone talk. The lady at the front desk said she clean the hearing aids and she didnt clean them they still was dirty. I was sitting there waiting and talking to another customer and he said he paid 7 thousand dollars and still has problems with his hearing aids. They wouldnt give any money back. And I went to another company and Im well satisfied.

Have purchased a hearing aid,and been back for additional hearing checks,could not be happier..never pressured to purchase..and believe this company to be very knowledgble and honest..have made adjustments and repair at no charge...good company..Thanks AccuQuest
