Frances and Greg were both great. I called up and placed an order for four custom cans of aerosol paint. Paint was ready for me to pick up the next morning. When I went to the shop I was greeted buy a very friendly family owned and operated business. I needed other items such as sandpaper and spray adhesive. Greg was busy but he still took the time to answer all my questions and help me with my projects. I just moved across the country and Im glad that I found a great paint supplier. I recommend the shop for all your needs! My custom color Persian aqua came out great!

Friendly and professional. This place is mainly wholesale to shops so if you dont know exactly what you need go to the other paint shop which is more consumer orientated.

The older woman is very rude. Ive called four times today and still havent spoken to anyone and she hangs up the phone in my ear everytime. Very unprofessional.

Wow .....I called in advance regarding clear coat was told to come up.. Once I arrived a gentleman in the back came out to speak to me and was very rude, he stated he did not have time to help, he was two days behind.... I explained to him that I called 30 min earlier regarding a small can of clear coat and was told to come up it was on the shelf... he got very agitated and said he prefer I go somewhere else.... I asked why he was being so rude to me with no reason and he told me to go buy paint somewhere else.... he walked from behind the counter as I was leaving .....very hostile environment, no customer service whatsoever with this gentleman... I would not recommend visiting this establishment even though there have been many positive remarks ...this gentleman does not deserve the opportunity to be communicating with the public in the manner in which he is.... the establishment should stand up and recognize this.... the other lady associate was a witness and said nothing as he demeaned me....POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....

I used to buy from here in the past but stopped when they hit me with their song and dance about needing a $20 deposit on something I had been able to buy from them before with out any Trouble. I checked the Facebook reviews and saw the same story from other people. I really wanted to support a local business but I eventually found what I needed, cheaper, online. I thought I might have had an isolated incident but the multiple, negative Facebook reviews reassured me that thats just the way they do things. Not worth bothering with.

Never had an issue with the staff...wondering if someone was filling in for the regulars on the negative reviews....these people are GREAT with their customers and know their products well...always getting my business with my parts needs...
