Great service and great product. This is the best place to buy paint in the area. They have excellent service and are very helpful in picking out the right product. Dont waste your time at a big box store where you have to wait in line and hope the person knows what they are talking about. Yes you will pay a bit more here but you will eventually save money because you will use less paint on the project plus it will look better when it is finished.Another favorite thing about going here is they keep on file the colors I have used in the past so its easy to reorder paint.

The person who helped me, Matt, was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the exact paint for my application. My painting project came out great and the SW paint was amazing. Went on smooth and dried looking great.

The store staff should learn all customers of all ages like to be addressed in a courteous manner. Staff was rude. Very unlikely to visit this store again. How come Sherwin Williams stores dont carry all purchases made by customers in any Sherwin Williams store in any location in their computer system? I was told by the store clerk they could not pull up previous purchases from other Sherwin Williams stores.

There staff knows what they are talking about, I spent 3 years as a coating chemist for composite decking and I was impressed by their knowledge of paint and the technical terminology they know and can speak to!!

The store had a lot of products. The people were very nice and efficient. The store was clean and tidy.

Terrible customer service! When I finally got help from an associate he didn’t know what product to recommend.. he went to get manager Rocky who was extremely rude and unfriendly... I would go to Sherwin Williams on Franklin Blvd over this location. Terrible!!
