Walked in and the guy was able to find part I needed in less than a minute when Oriellys said it was a dealership part.

Ill only visit the night team, their on point!. Morning team, was no help. Stood for almost 10min, while the lady worker just stood there looking out the window. Another busy employee had to say something.

We ordered the part for a vehicle.. it was supposed to take one day 2 days tops to get. It ended up taking four more days because someone forgot to to actually complete the order then it was sent to the wrong store to find out that it was the wrong part and that part that we needed was not available and was on backorder everywhere at every store. The level of incompetence was shocking.. every time something happened and it wasnt ordered or it was sent to the wrong store or whatever no one called us we call to check on it and got this information. Customer service is bad completely bad we finally had to go to a Pick-n-Pull and pick the part from an old vehicle but it could have been done seven days prior had they just told us the truth. We prepaid for the part we had to go back and get a refund the struggle is real!
