The lady in the automotive section was so helpful and understanding of my experience being that it was an emergency for work. Her kindness and understanding was so needed in my time of stress. And the gentlemen who performed the work did a great job. Thanks!

Had tires installed, had issues with the new tires, then found out the new tires were bad. The service manager Tracy took care of the issue and got me rolling again with new skins in a week. No hassle, and him and his team were very professional about the whole thing. Will go back for future tire replacement.

Came in with my wife to get some tires and the young lady was very helpful. She found us a good set of clearance tires. The shop was nice and clean and the waiting area has a nice comfortable chair.

The Hole Truth! Stated in a previous review. Female manger or whatever she thinks she is was Unprofessional. Customer Service is the most important part of any business. A customer should expect a person that’s positive and polite. Ready to assist in any way possible. employees having a bad day. Something we all deal with daily. They should seek improvement in their field if this seems to be more then they can handle. A employee must never forget their place when it comes to customer service.Always remember and learn well after reading this.Respect is like a match. Once lit it’s gone. So is that customer and their needs.

The older tech was very helpful And made sure that I was taken care of . Wal-Mart needs to hire more people like him.

The store manager mandy has real attitude problems. She is heartless, and doesnt know how to lead a group of employees to success. She allows inexperienced employees to work on passenger vehicles. She needs to pay a descent wage and hire people with experience or provide proper training to her current employees. Had a wheel fall off at 70mph that walmart forgot to torque. The tire manager was very helpful but was limited to what he can do. Mandy pretty much told me it was not her problem. After 10 minutes of bother her she finally agreed to submit an I surance claim. Offered no help what so ever. Had a headlight out and the employee that changed it didt use gloves and it burned out the next day. This is something a 5 min youtube video will tell you. Ill never use or recommend walmart again. Its nothing but amazon and HEB from here on out.

Although they have a couple of good Techs like Tracy and Kevin; this is a horrible place to get even the most basic service. The female manager is a waste of space. She constantly pulls the techs away from their tasks to ask them the most basic questions. Her customer service skills are terrible as well. Every time she interacts with customers; it seems bothersome to her. Her non verbal communication is very good though, every time a customer walks away she rolls her eyes or makes strange faces. You can see her displeasure very easily. Another female named Mary just walks around moaning and groaning while complaining about life in general. Honestly go somewhere else and save yourself the headache and time wasted.Larry please fix your service team!

They turned me down at 5pm. 2hrs before closing on 2/7/20 I needed 2 tires. I ended up having a blow out in Flat.Thanks to 254TIRES in Harker Heights for getting my Mercedes Benz off the road.

The woman manager who works there was very rude and unpleasant. Everyone else seemed okay but I wont return based off my expirience with that grumpy broad.

The service here is slow and very much not customer first. I needed an oil change, so i get there half an hour before they close, they cant take me. I go the next day, first thing in the morning. The hours SAY they open at 7, but no one showed up until 7:15 and it was fairly obvious they werent ready to start. It was a rather long oil change, too. Friendly people, but Im not sure they knew what they were doing.

Super slow. Stood in line for 30 mins before getting checked in. 10 ppl walking around and no one helping. Pre ordered tires and got called and they were busy finding tires someone ordered online and they did not know how to use the computer. This is terrible service. I will not come to this place ever again.

I showed up 2 hours before auto department closed so I could get an oil change and was turned away. There was only one car in the bay and nobody working on it.

The blond lady, I didnt care to remember her name but she had a basic 3 letter name gave my family a tough time buying a tire. I just dont like her all else was okay.
