Didn’t even bother running any of my information. To see if I could get approved. For the vehicle I wanted. So. With that being said a year and a half ago I was also at their other dealer in mcgregor the sales guy I had there was. Being in professional and looking at all of our personal. Information and. Holding it over our heads. And the dodge dealer in Gatesville they got one. Just refuses to do business with anyone. And will tell u. Your window trading you wish u had. It so with that being said I will never step a foot in another Stanley dealer

The only reason they got 2 stars is the speed they got back to me after I asked about a specific car. I clearly stated I was ONLY interested in that specific car and they continue to contact me about other cars. This is HARASSMENT and ensures I will no longer consider them in future automobile shopping. I have now blocked Stanley mails Trey.

Their representative Colter went over and above when I went for a simple oil change. He found that I needed ; oil filter. Tire rotation, and the cover was leaking engine oil. He checked with my warranty to see what they could pay got a car for me to go home. I work at night and sleep days, nurse. So they could order parts and fix my car properly . Which they did an excellent job and a free detailed car wash was included. Not only did tend to the oil change but he was mindful of my finances, time, and transportation.

Ricky Ocon and the whole staff at Stanley GMC in Gatesville, TX gave my wife and I an amazing experience buying her new SUV! I have used the service department here at Stanley Chevrolet for some time as the team there is always great- Landon Schults and team provide super good service, are always helpful and efficient. While getting service I looked at the on site vehicles and ended up walking away with a new 2500 HD Silverado truck! My salesperson Justin was super helpful, easy to work with and no BS- which is refreshing for the car biz. I have to include Andy- the sales manager- who ensured that the team answered all my questions on the features of the truck and was very genuine. Lastly, the finance manager Jeremy was super helpful and made the process simple- say and no high pressure sales pitch for add ons. The entire experience at Stanley was too notch and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Rick is one of the best car salesman you could find. He asks what you are looking for in a car and works with it to make it happen instead of pushing something just to get a sale. Our financial situation and credit score situation has been a work in progress for about a year. Rick has stayed in contact with me periodically to genuinely check in on us after I told him what our goals were for every few months. He remembered everything we were planning on doing and asked how those things went in a way that felt like talking to an old friend. When I told him bottom line that it would be a couple more more months before we would buy a car he still checked in to ask how things were going for us, not to ask if we were ready to purchase. Michael and Kandi worked on the financial side and with the loan options for hours today and yesterday until we had an option that fit our budget. It also helped us get out from underneath the loan on our trade in and literally cut our interest rate in half. To me, this team clearly cares about making customers happy above all else.

I was just looking around at truck didn’t have anything intentions of purchasing a vehicle but that changed. I had the nicest sales man Dallas Howle. I told him what I was looking for and my price range he showed me a couple trucks and then it was the last one he showed me I liked a lot so I told him let me think about and I’ll get back with him so I did the next morning he can go ahead and start the paper work so I came back the next day he told me you are not leaven with out your truck today I took it home and came back the next day and signed the papers he kept working with me until he got the price right. My husband and I made an appointment here to do a little car shopping. Wasnt quite ready to buy, but did want to check out our options and have heard great things about staff and experience. Our oldest will be 16 soon, so we were wanting to get some ideas. I have to say, all the dealerships Ive ever been to, where you feel the pressure to buy and sales people immediately try to put you in something thats not even close to what you are needing, did not happen here! They were amazing! We felt welcomed, even after making it clear we were mainly looking. We werent pressured, were treated great, and well taken care of. After looking and even test driving a bit, we went to financials to get an idea of what would best fit in our budget. No forcing an expensive car note down our throats, he listened to what kind of payment we were looking for, and then showed us our options. Even gave us all the info on if we chose to trade in. These people are great, and as soon as we make that decision to buy soon, this is exactly where we will be heading.

My Salesman Dallas made my second car shopping experience by far the WORST. I put my trust in this cars Salesman (I should have known better I know) now I have TWO vehicles in my name. He only cared about selling a car which he did. BUT now I’m put in a predicament I would’ve never gotten into because of DALLAS. I would rate a 0 if I could. I do not recommend

Appointment was 3 p.m. was on time and they took my car right away. Appointment was for an oil change, tire rotation and wash inside and out (according to service dept). When I received the car it looked clean as it wasnt dirty to begin with. They did not vacuum which leads me to ask... did they wash it? did they rotate the tires? Did they change oil? I do have, according to sales, three free oil changes. I will take them when due, but after that..... I dont know.

Purchased a 2020 Silverado back in November from Stanley Chevy. Also purchased an Equinox from All Anerican Chevrolet in Killeen back in August. Have gotten multiple offers for oil changes for the Equinox by Stanley Chevrolet but none for the vehicle Ive purchased from them...... WHY?ps.I understand yall are being pressured to give Ricky Ocon a good review, as hes given me his sob family/daughter story after I purchased a vehicle. So I felt need to at first give him good review, until servicing my NEW vehicle became a problem. Then of course everyone gets excited after approval. Jusr wait for the Stanley Employee BS hits ya. L ok LIF ya never been to a REAL DEALERSHIP like ALL AMERICAN CHEVROLET in KILLEEN, where its normal to give 12000$ rebates- I got 6000$ cash back & 6000$ applied towards loan.Can Stanley do that?

Really appreciate Taylor Branch for ensuring I got excellent customer service, phenomenal pricing and an overall hassle-free transaction. I was very impressed with the fact that they drove approximately 320 miles to deliver my vehicle free of charge and even gave it a second wash at destination before handing over the keys! Had to edit post because need to make sure the real review is posted. So a few days ago my wife found truck on their site listed at a great price, an almost too good to be true price. We called them and asked to make sure seeing as we live 2 hours away we wanted to make sure. They assured us that that was the price so we told them we would go up there in a few days to purchase. The day before I call again and make sure of price so that we know we wont waste a trip. Again I was told that is the price.Once we go up there things started to change. Mind you we drove 2 hours and left 1st thing in the morning. We were not pleased about this as you could imagine. They began to tell us that the price changed that day and that the price we saw was not valid anymore. However, we had a screenshot of the price that the sales rep told us they would honor. After a few twists of the arm we were able to get the price that we were quoted. Honestly, most of the people we worked with were nice but it was the sales manager that was the one that was being the difficult one. Once again though we got the vehicle for the price we saw so I guess it all worked out in the end but all the back and forth at the beginning was such a pain in the arse. I am just glad that they owned up to what they quoted us the night before.

My parents live in Gatesville and I made it easy on my self by having my oil changed one week when I was in town.The dealership did everything asked:- Complimentary oil change, tire rotation, systems inspections.- Looked into a warning light that kept coming on - no action could be taken at the time since it was currently not experiencing the issue.- Washed and charged the car.It took the better part of the day, but with easy access to my parents and working from home it was not a big deal - If I had needed a ride anywhere Im sure they would have accommodated me.

Went in there not asking for much, my only request was for my truck to be a v6, and I was told by Carlos Perez more than once, after asking that my truck was a v6. Come to find out he sold me a v8, and lied the whole time! They will do anything to get their sales up so just be very careful, and don’t make the mistake I did by putting my full trust into them, all they did was screw me over on my first Vechile to ever purchase, will not be purchasing from them ever again.
