This dealership is unlike many others. They are honest for starters and the sales man that helped me throughout the process was amazing. His name is Jason Velez and I highly recommend him. From the start he was cutting through all the bs and really fought for me tooth and nail to get me into the truck I wanted. My credit wasn’t the best but he made it happen with good price and monthly financing. You can tell that the staff is friendly and they are nothing like the vultures you see in other dealerships. They treat you like family and thats what made me pull the trigger on this great deal.

Its too bad that zero stars isnt an option. I took my car in to have a timing belt replaced after being quoted $750. $1,500 and six days later I got my car back. After watching a video on how to replace my timing belt, I realized that I couldve easily done this task myself for about $200. I cant fully explain how angry I am over the situation. Its my own fault for going to a dealer for routine maintenance, but please do not make the same mistake I have. Stay away from this place.

It really has been a little slice of heaven experiencing the Stanley Buy Here program. Bought the $12,900 vehicle from them June 2019, and so far over $6000 in repairs have been done. Now the transmission is on its way out. Thats another $4000. Plus $1,600 more in repairs. Great, great job guys.Rest assured, when I trade this in, Im not coming to another Stanley dealership.

We had an extremely positive experience with the service department at Stanley. We received notification of a warranty letter while on a road trip. When we called this shop, they were able to get us an appointment the very next day. I dropped off our Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, and they were able to look up the warranty adjustment needed. They mentioned it would likely take less than one hour to complete, so I chose to just hang out at the facility and admire the new vehicles on the lot. As it turned out, they were able to complete the update in only 30 minutes and they even washed our Jeep at no charge. Josh at the service desk, and everyone else I encountered during my visit were all very friendly, helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend this facility to others in the area. Very impressed with the friendliness and home town feel despite being part of such a large network of dealerships. Thanks to all, and especially Josh.

Was on the road to Texas and had a tire go flat. Called the dealership and they were able to work me in, replacing the tire. Vehicle was washed when returned and the spare put back in its proper place. Very clean all through the dealership. Would recommend.

1st buy is 350 payment, 1st trade payment 600 second trade 995 .it just get worst as you go . Service is horrible you take brand new car in for first oil change then they try to get you to spend 1000 forall these different problems and then service manager taylor wont give your car back till you pay 1000 dollars . Ive bought 3 cars from them and each time they only last 60000 mile till light poping off . Then you wallet is empty

I have nothing but praise to sing regarding my experience with these fine professionals. My initial contact was made by Bubba, who called me on a Sunday because he just happened to be in the office. He was very pleasant and honest. I was upfront about my credit and told him what I was looking for. He called the next morning to initiate the whole process with no pressure. I would also like to acknowledge Larry, a General Sales Manager. Larry went above and beyond to get me a good loan option, even with my shaky credit. He explained all the terms in simple, no pressure language.I was also given the option to have the car delivered at no additional cost. I handled all transaction through phone calls, text messages, emails and a debit card.I cannot recommend these folks enough!

Went in to get a new battery installed. I was there 2 hours for a 30 minute job. I didnt even let them do a wash or I would have been there another hour. That was way to long for just a battery. They need to ask if you want a full service check before they do one. I might be going elsewhere where next time.

Braden Hines was incredible! We didn’t just get one car, we got two. A Chrysler 300 and a Dodge Dart. He was able to work with us and help us get the price we wanted. I drove 45 minutes to see a vehicle that I was informed was available. When I arrived with my wife and two children, I walked inside to see 5 people sitting at their desks without anyone greeting me. Finally when I was approached by a salesman I asked him if I could look at the vehicle I drive there for. He brought around the wrong vehicle, then told me the vehicle I was interested in was sold. There were 0 customers in the building so I know it didn’t sell recently. He said he could find me a vehicle similar to the one I was interested in...... it was just a sales tactic to get me in the door. Tricking a person into giving you their business? Very poor way for a dealership to operate. I would not recommend these sleazy tactics to anyone.

My fico score is a lowly 515..they still sold me a car with zero down..Im still in shock...no money down..no co-signer...treated me like a King on the salesmans day off even!!! Wow

They showed to have several of a certain type of used car in stock, we drove over 50 miles to find that they did not have any of that type at all. I dont care for that type of business. Wanted to sell us something else even said I would be much happier with what they had in stock.

The sales rep was decent but they lied to me about several things that were later found out. They didn’t even give me a darn hat for buying a new van. They still have yet to give me one. It’s always an excuse when it comes to having one when I ask for the one they owe me. They never have us our referral bonus and it’s always an excuse when asked about it.

Managed to get a great Jeep Grand Cherokee 4 x 4 limited with a towing package fleet vehicle from Michigan for under 30 grand, really really great shape, 35,000 miles. Due diligence to the buyer, do your homework on with this stuff should cost, dont settle for the first offer. Really friendly staff, worked hard to meet our needs and get us in the SUV of our dreams. Check them out but remember, theyre still car dealers. Know what youre looking for and know how much it should cost

I saw a used vehicle on their website I was interested in. I emailed to verify it was still availible. I set a date and time to look and test drive. When I arrived that vehicle was in the service bay being worked on. I did look at other vehicles and found one I liked. But after setting an appointment to look at a specific vehicle it was disappointing. I drove the other vehicle home for the weekend. It had an oil leak. Took it back on monday. They kept it in the shop for a week. Parts on order etc. Not a problem but when I emailed or called they could never tell me when it would be ready. I also wanted a second key made and it was missing the jack. I did end up buying vehicle #2 because I felt it was a fair deal. The extra key they had made did not work all the functions. And after emailing I still have not heard from them. And they failed to order a jack. And when I did pick up the vehicle it had not been cleaned or detailed as promised. Though I feel like I got a good deal their customer service is terrible. I had to have the key reprogrammed. And bought a jack.Good deals but dont expect any service after the sale

Drove over an hour to look at a truck and was told on the phone before I left they still have it. Get there and was told has a deposit on it, waste of time. Plus the current diesel I have has less miles then what I was looking at buying. Be taking my business else where somewhere More professional.

Absolutely do NOT recommend this location for purchasing a new vehicle salesman actually did not come out to truck to talk, I called him and told hi, that I am outside looking at truck, his reply was you will need money down! Well if do not have the energy to get up, walk outside and keep a safe 6 distance and talk to a potential buyer then I dont need to waste anymore of Stanley Dodges time. So I quickly replied dont worry I have someone else willing to work with me, hung up walked back to my vehicle and left premises. WILL NOT be back. Not to mention I had in hand a PRE-APPROVED for up to 50K letter from Credit Co. good at Stanley Dodge. Very bad experience with this dealership. Will purchase from somewhere else.
