Overall this showroom is fantastic! Super clean and helpful staff. It’s a very relaxed environment in LoveSac where you are not under a lot of pressure. Sam will take you through every detail of your purchase and give you well-informed suggestions.

Evan was a very personable and knowledgeable young man. He was a pleasure to work with and provide us good information and answer all our questions. If you go into Love Sac, ask for Evan!

They are great when purchasing. Willing to help to the best of their ability. They charge your credit card immediately. When it came to returning -After NUMEROUS emails and calls I am still waiting for my full credit after 4 weeks! I wish I could give them 0 stars.

I just went in to take a look and both sales girls were extremely friendly. I appreciate that they weren’t hounding me to make a purchase that day. They realize it’s a big decision. Although the pieces may be a little more expensive than your typical couch I am sold on the benefits of it! Very comfortable and the variety of fabric and fillers is great! The warranty is amazing as well.

The product is great but 10 weeks later and we are still waiting for a cover. We received pieces sporadically and the communication has been terrible. One of the pieces shipped to Texas and then returned to sender. We live in Illinois? Lovesac should really figure out how to make sure their product is available and they should attempt to ship everything simultaneously. Novel idea!!

It was a fantastic experience. I have been wanting to purchase these for a while. The whole process was awesome. Liz was so helpful and gave us suggestions while also allowing us time to process the information. Shipping also seems to be super fast. We ordered on a Monday and it appears both sofas will arrive same week Friday (Thursday review). Highly recommend!!

Liz was the lady that helped me Geneva IL location. Very nice very helpful. Not pushy but very knowledgeable. Demonstrated how easy was to use. Looked for alternative means to take a payment since cv-19 not allowing them to do cash in store. Has been in touch threw the whole process. I’m looking forward to it arriving as I type this :).

I have had the most incredible experience with Love Sac! I have two SuperSacs that I use for movie night, date night, snuggle with the dog night...really any and every night I can. I was living in Alaska and purchased the Elk phur covers, they were thick and warm but now living in Tennessee I needed something lighter and not so warm. I was staying with my sister in Chicago during the transition and decided to go into the store to actually feel all the possibilities, (something I was unable to do in Alaska). The young man who helped me was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I had my service dog with me and everyone was very friendly. I purchased two Owl phur covers and was told they would arrive in 2-4 weeks. They were on my doorstep in 3 days!!!! Thank you Love Sac for making one item on my “to do” list so simple. BTW, these covers are amazingly soft and washed beautifully. So excited for nights again!
