Poor customer service. They are not problem solvers. They display an attitude of not my problem. I set up a rental for my 75 year old mom. I used her name but my phone, email and address for the unit, as she is incapable. I am blind, therefore, I arrived early to ensure a seamless process for the hired movers. If I were able to drive, I would have pulled up, entered the access code, and proceeded to the unit. Since I live with a visual disability, I entered the building to ask for assistance in locating the unit. I was met with a combative attitude, informing me since my name was not on the unit, they could not be of ANY assistance to me because its the law. Not sure if thats local, state, or federal law but none the less no help was provided. So I stepped outside, struggled to use my mobile device to log into her account and add myself to her account. If only I wasnt disabled. I would have driven up, entered the gate code and drove in. Just like everyone else sharing the access code with family members.

Stopped by to see about packing my stuff and storing as we may be moving in August. Denise was very helpful. She helped me to see how to safely pack my stuff. They did not have a space big enough for me so i will be back.

We just got the keys to our storage unit and Craig was awesome! He was extremely helpful, explained everything in detail, answered all of our questions, and was just overall great to work with. He made the process incredibly smooth and easy for a first time renter.

Went thru and did the whole process online. The app lets you in with ease. Denise explained to us how to get I to the unit as we have never done this before. They also sell boxes.

I have had nothing but positive interactions with the people here- especially the last at the front desk. There was even a time I accidentally put the lock on my unit before fully securing it and I got a personal phone call and an email within hours alerting me. Great place! Great people.

Janine was very friendly. I originally had requested an inside unit. But once on site she was happy to show me other units. The one that I chose was outside. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. There is a light in my unit. Also she was able to sell me a weather resistant lock which will more than pay for itself in the winter. Overall it was a good experience.

My wife and I are in the process of making a big move and we needed storage until we are able to find our new home. The manager Raven was able to help us get a great deal. We werent sure what size we needed and she got us into a big unit that will fit everything we have and more. The rate is unbelievably low for such a big space and that is all thanks to her. We will definitely be passing her information to anyone needing storage in the future.

Good storage options. Raven was fantastic. But 4/5 stars for the limited hours of 6am thru 9pm. Since I am paying $100+ a month it would be nice to have 24 hour access.

Never have I had a more enjoyable experience renting a storage unit. Raven checked me out and she was sensational! I dont think even people working at Disney are this cheerful and friendly!! As far as the actual units - they are extremely clean and well secured. You need an access code to open the gate to even get into the storage unit area and they monitor all the comings and goings as well as provide insurance on your items. Very impressed and satisfied.

Thanks to the folks at the Public Storage in Geneva. We have been using them for many years now with no problems. John and Raven have both gone out of their way to help us when we need it.

My employer pays 40k+ for great customer service bur none of them are as nice, friendly and helpful as Agustina. Im always greeted with a smile when I stop by and she is also very knowledgeable about their services. The grounds are well kept and the units were clean. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a great storage experience.

The location and people are great. My problem is with the corporation and customer service. I specifically asked if my rate was an introductory rate. I was told that it was not and decided to rent from them. Shortly after I moved my belongings in my rate jumped 22%. I called customer service who told me I should have read page 4 of my contract. They stated that the rate could change based on their costs. I said I can understand that and asked if their costs went up 22%. No answer was given. I asked for consideration and received another callous answer. This leads me to believe that the offer of a low rate was to just get me in the door placing me at the mercy of Public Storage. I am asking that my rate be brought closer to the rate that was quoted or my belongings moved at Public Storage expense.
