Great sales on patterns lately. Wife just got a Heavy Duty Singer sewing machine and has been buying up fabrics and patterns. JOANNs has been great for supplies.

If you’re going to change your store hours that’s fine but how about updating online so people don’t arrange for a babysitter so they can shop in peace only to find out the store closed at 7.

Love shopping at this store. So many great things are sold here to start and complete your projects. You can find anything from fabric, patterns, trinkets, paint, canvases, artificial flowers, sewing tools etc. On top of that, there is always some type of coupon available on the Joann.com website. Cant beat that.

Most places with curbside still have a designated area for customers to park. Since there wasnt one I called to check. I drove an hour to come to this store because Id heard good things, but the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude! She kept emphasizing Curb as if this isnt the only store that doesnt have a designated area for curbside customers(in my experience this is the first time this has happened okay?). This employee spoke to me as if I were a child and when I still Thanked Her (which I regretted doing immediately) she replied mhmm and disconnected the call. Needless to say, this will be my first and last trip to this location. 2 stars because the young lady who brought my purchase was nice.

This is a newer location and it was very nice! They have one of the biggest selections of fabric in town. Huge selection of fleece! The store was well organized and clean. They are filled with sewing items and tons of craft items. They always keep fun seasonal items! Watch for their sales!!

Its half the size of the old one. Very disappointed.

The store was not crowded and they had employees working at the register. There was no customer service at all on the floor no one ask if you needed help with anything. There were customers looking around, but no one to help assist you with anything.

Good fabric collection, poor pattern selection, friendly staff.

I have a business which requires me to need fabric. I decided to order some fabric off the website Sunday. The order didn’t go through but they still took my money. Here I am Thursday still waiting on my money to go back onto my card. After being told one thing but when I called back hearing something else. I was a first time customer and I will never order anything from this business. If I could give zero stars I would.

Store is nice but understaffed. Employee didnt show up at the register for several minutes even though she saw me up there.

Ordered online. 5 hours later not ready. Went into store to buy material. Stood in line for 10 minutes waiting for cut fabric. 4 people at cutting table only one waiting. Need to find another fabric store

I was there weeks ago. It is a really great place and the staff were really kind and responsible. They deal with the costumers really kindly and fine.

Changed buildings, but still cant get the patterns organized in any logical order, or even know what 1/3rd of a yard is. So same poor staffing.

This is Joann’s new concept store. It definitely feels more open! LOVE the space to set fabric out and design on tables located throughout the left side of this store! Also there’s a hidden table and chairs with electrical outlets to charge your phone or design projects near the back left corner of the store!If you’re used to joann’s regular store don’t be thrown off by the “cut bar” instead of cutting counter. They’re really going for the millennial shopper with this store design. Good job Joann’s team in being relevant.

Not very organized. No remnants available for sale and 2 sales people had no idea when theyd be put out.

Memphis area is out of licensed 100% cotton fabric. No teams, characters, etc. Dont know when or if its still being produced.

I like this store. Its well organized (I can actually find patterns by number), the people are helpful, and I hope it stays that way. I wish JoAnn would have a location in Memphis, but the experience at least makes the drive worth it.The problem is, they dont answer their phone, or the phone number is incorrect.

Personally I reccomend the South Haven joanns bc their selection is way better than this one. I will say this is the nicest, cleanest, best organized joanns, they just dont carry a wide selection.

Store is clean. Stock in some areas is VERY low...thread especially. But of you want polar fleece...row after row after row.

I love this store. Very clean and reasonably spacious.

The new Joanns is beautiful and neat. But the variety of apparel fabric is HORRIBLE! In recent years there has been an increase interest in creating clothing but the VAST majority of the fabric at this store is fleece and quilting pieces 🙁🙁. For designers and creative people like new, its a desert. So sad.

I ordered an item and picked up at the store. The process was quick and smooth. I will do this again.

The service at the location is bad and disappointing. Specially the associates that cut the fabric. At first I thought it was me but this is the 2nd time and the service was worst for the customer before me this last time. I went to the Southaven location and it provides better service. I will no longer go to the Memphis location. There is service training that is needed there.

Cashier did not honor a price on your website. She mentioned it was an online purchase price. Really?! When I tried to buy the item online to pick up in store, I got the sale price.

Very rude employee, were not willing to help and I asked a question and she deliberately sent me to the wrong side of the store because she didnt want to help me. If there was another fabric store I definitely woulda went there.

Bright, shiny, new... So many options for crafts!

Love all the new fixtures and electronic improvements but the fabric side was a mess. Fabric was barely tucked, many bolts were upside down, colour flow was ignored in many sections, signs were incorrect, and several fabrics were in very wrong places. If it had been busy I could have understood some of it but it was very calm.

It was nice and neat but they didnt have no fabric that interested me. I was looking for nfl, nba and disney there was none. Truly was disappointed 😞

Even though it was so far it was worth the drive. I didnt know the amount of fabric I needed to make some pajamas for my sister and daughter and the lady cut me the amount and told me how to make them. I was so grateful because I couldnt find a pattern so she made it easy for me.

I had a question about some of the prices on a previous purchase of 2 days ago, was helped by a friendly young lady who explained it to me and I ended up purchasing more items.

Just left here! Horrible customer service! I waited for 15 minutes to get fabric cut, 3 women behind the counter never even acknowledged me! Then took the lady that just walked up! I love joanns, but I will drive to the southaven location from cordova from now on!Never got fabric cut! No one was cutting..1 on phone..ine at registrr..one just standing there! Unreal!

Not great service. Took forever to find someone and they where so hands off when helping. First time to a fabric store and they expected me to know where everything is and where to take it. No wonder theyve had to shut locations down.
