I am so happy Sur La Table is in Germantown! Wonderful store, very friendly employees who not only help me with purchases but also with improving my cooking, and a fabulous cooking school! Weve taken two classes with Chef Aaron and cant wait to be back for more! They are fun for beginners or experienced cooks, and they are DELICIOUS!

Did a Asian cooking class today, it was great! Highly recommend it, Chef Erica is very informative and patient. The staff was very personable. Great and fun experience

Theyve got every kitchen gadget imaginable - seriously! I could spend hours here just browsing. Theres complimentary coffee for shoppers, and usually food samples. Ive watched parts of cooking classes - hoping to sign up for one soon. This store is really unique. You should check it out!

Even though I do love the store, the cooking class I took there was extremely poor. I was expecting each of us to get our own cooking station but no. Instead you are put into groups of three and if you are lucky you will be able to whisk a vinegrette. We paid $69.00 and for that we got a chicken thigh, some risotto ( that none of us really cooked), a very light spring mix salad and some a itty bitty glass of strawberries. NOTHING to drink!!!! We had to get water from the sink. And the products were pushed like crazy. No one there was very happy with the experience.However, the store has some very wonderful products and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Great place to shop. Don’t waste your money on the cooking class

The cooking classes are a blast here, and the staff is always so knowledgeable and friendly.

The manager at this location is very rude. I did not get her name but she’s an AA lady with a tired dry bun on her head. She was very rude to my friend and I and needs to be taught a lesson in customer service. She was also very rude to her employees. Will not be shopping at this location anymore.

The people here are very rude. The cooking classes are WAY over priced for what you get. You would expect more from Germantown.

Did date night cooking class. My wife and I enjoyed our class with chef Aaron W. We did delicious salmon.

Stood there for 8 min by the knives after I told someone I needed help. After she finished with the other customer, she walked away. Then three others passed me, saw me, but never asked if I needed help. There were at least double the employees than customers. Ill shop elsewhere. Ive never felt so neglected and embarrassed walking out.

Yesterday, I went into the store in Saddle Creek. I was very disappointed because there was nobody to help me. One clerk was helping someone and the other one was talking to two ladies. I went in to look at their wooden salad bowls. They were too high for me to reach. I left the store very dissatisfied. From here on out, I will shop at Williams Sonoma.They have the same kind of quality items and plenty of people to help you, if nedcessary.
