Products are nice, and I’ve encounter great customer service from a Hispanic woman in my previous visits; however, today I received horrible customer service from the two young ladies in the store, they dont acknowledge you when you enter the store and the young Hispanic girl with the pony tail has no basic manners such as hello, thank you, and you’re welcome. She yawned 3 times with she was assisting me and seemed as though she was avoidant by remaining in the corner behind the check out desk. It was quite evident she didn’t want to be bothered with.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They always run great sales and have coupons almost weekly. Prices are comparable to anywhere else with the same items and some items you wont find anywhere else. Sign up for the sally card and youll get exclusive items and coupons. It is in a very convenient location.

I absolutely love this Sallys! Very well stocked very helpful and friendly staff and overall just a really nice location.I usually was going to the one in Rockville and Gaithersburg. Those locations are ok but this one is really wonderful. A helpful tip would be to go on Thursday if youre in need of an in demand product. They seem to get their shipments on Wednesdays and are done stocking by Thursdays.It makes a big difference when you walk into a store and the staff genuinely appear to enjoy their job and engage with Customers. The surrounding area is a newer plaza walk-in distance to Wegmans and other little eateries. Wish I could give them more stars!

Their customer service is horrible! Do not give your business to this location. I went in there for several supplies and the entire time I was looking in the shampoo product section one of the employees kept walking back and forth in front of me the aisles are already narrow and several times that she walked directly in front of me stocking shelves she did not say excuse me. His just happens the employee was a tall Caucasian skinny girl it was 2:50pm on a Thursday so If you go in at that time you know who I am speaking of. She spilled something in the aisle while I was still trying to Shop and said I needed to move I walked to the register told her how rude she was the entire time and said she could have waited to stock shelves and avoided walking back and forth in front of me until I left. She didn’t apologize I told the elk I can take my $32 elsewhere she told me please do I told her I will do just That and I would be filing a complaint and told her I’d take my business elsewhere she said GO AHEAD she don’t car poor customer service I will never give Sally’s my business again!!

UPDATE BELOWTerrible customer services, if they dont want to have other race in this store then they should remove products for colored people, they were following me around--what if I am a CEO in a company and just because of my race you follow me around! this store should be closed or the people working here should be educated on how to handle customers of all races! big shame this is 2018 and we have to deal with this! very sad!UPDATE:I went back a year later and changes have been made in this store! thank you for hearing us out, it was very welcoming, new employees that have excellent customer services, I spent a lot of time bought lots of stuff--just like it should be! thank you thank you for acting on our complaints! changed from 1 star to 3 stars

Products are great, staff is rude and customer service is non-existent. One girl with really short platinum blonde hair is the worst. I could hear them making rude remarks about me as I walked to the hair color section. Another tall girl with bleached blonde hair rang me up today and thrust the bag at me when she was finished bagging my items. I said thank you and she just looked away without responding or even acknowledged I spoke to her. Im never coming back to this location again. Really sad and pathetic.
