Slow, clueless, careless workers. They look like they’re dying on the inside and don’t want to be there. Buy local or get hubble contacts.

The Vision and Dr. Nguyens Team are thorough and patient and true professionals. I took a family member in for a full examination today and weve likely detected early a possible condition that can be treated thru laser surgery if diagnosed early. Im grateful to Dr. Nguyen and all her personal attention and care with her patients. Its honorable and admirable.

I had a really great experience. All the staff were really friendly. It’s my pet peeve when doctors don’t talk me through what they’re doing but she talked to me every step of the way. Everything went smoothly and quickly and I was able to get an exam and a new pair of glasses within the hour. They also have a wide variety of glasses that could suit anyone. Overal 5/5 experience for me.

I think they could work better on customers if they actually tried, but I didn’t feel welcomed.

Very terrible experience there. Very unprofessional. I never will go back and I am even writing a letter to corporate. The prices are not that much lower, I would go to a more reputable place with more professional customer service. There was one Hispanic there named Ruth and she seemed to have a chip on her shoulder about white people, glared at them and very unfriendly. She said she didnt believe that people should learn English when they come to America and believed that people should learn Spanish to talk to the immigrants. Very strange and segregational I guess. Looking at the store, I think they promote that and hire people who are set on not learning English and they are proud of that. Very weird and not good for American interest and unity! What a shame!

My husband, daughter, and I all had our eye exams and purchased eyewear at Walmart Germantown. The prices were good, and the doctor and opticians were kind and patient. If youre a respectful person, you should also have a pretty good experience.

Staff did not seem to know how to use their own machines. They were flustered and unprofessional, will not be coming back. Other Walmart eye centers I have been to were great, this one desperately needs improvement.

Bad experience, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICESWhen I went to check the prices, the two employees were talking between each other in Spanish. No one told me if I needed something.

If you can shop at Wal-Mart, you can handle the vision center. Crowded, people all over the place...regular Wal-Mart experience. Its Wal-Mart, come on people. Got my last contact/glasses exam there, no big deal!
