Update: NovemberEmployees have def stepped up their game since last review. Big turn around in customer service and ease of service in under three months. Good to see things do get better with a little time. Keep up the good work!September: Poorly trained and INCOMPETENT employees. They always ask for older grey haired guy whenever anything slightly more complicated than scanning a barcode comes up. Then he acts surprised like oh i didnt train you on this?? Lawl, my bad

I normally dont write reviews about a seven eleven. But I really had to this time. Since I have visited this beautiful, amazingly clean place with some amazing well mannered people working there. There are good hard working men working at this location. This place gives a good name to seven eleven. Even the restroom was beautifully and cleanly kept. Keep it up guys. And God bless.

Walked into the store to see someone spraying some chemical on the food and drinks. Inquired from the sales associate what the spay is all about... they laughed and told me not to worry about it.

I regularly come to this 711 for both gas and other items. This morning I came to get gas and ran inside to buy a couple bottles of water. They clearly had a huge display of the pure 711 brand water at the entrance labeled buy one get one free. When I got to the register, she run me up and I didnt look at the total at first but realized that I was charged for both bottles that I purchased. I questioned it and they walked around to the other side and pulled the sale sign out and in small writing at the bottom part where it was tucked in it said the sale ended yesterday. They would not honor the discount. Its ridiculous because I would have purchased the Fiji Water that was even cheaper for two bottles instead of their brand had I known. I didnt feel like going through the hassle of getting refunded and then purchasing Fiji Water since I paid with a credit card so I I told them they need to remove those signs because its very misleading and quite the rip-off. Honestly, they should have let me take two more bottles and then removed the signs, but their customer service is subpar apparently. The person helping me was nice, but the one she asked about the sale had zero customer service skills and was quite rude even though it was clearly mislabeled and their mistake.

This place is nasty! Im talking about the staff, the store, and the products they sell. I purchased a pint of icecream one night, when I got home I opened it and it was obvious that the icecream had melted and then been re frozen at their store. I contacted the store and they refused to refund me my money. This place is gross, dont buy any food from here, they are selling spoiled and out of day food all day.

RE: AT THE ATM...BY THE WAY THEY CHARGE $3.75 PROCESSING FEE...THERE WAS THIS EMPLOYEE MALE SWEEPING THE FLOOR AND I FELT LIKE HE WAS GOING TO INTENTIONALLY SWEEP MY FEET, SO I AM STARING AT MY FEET WAITING TO SEE IF HE IS GOING TO HIT MY FEET WITH THE BROOM AND HE SAID ok, ok,ok,ok, ok ( IN A RUDE TONE OF VOICE) HE LOOKS LIKE THE STORE OWNER. I CANCEL THE TRANSACTION AND LEFT BECAUSE THEYRE NOT GOING TO HAVE MY HARD EARN MONEY.

Thus is the closes one to my house and they are really helpfull people say they were rude but no they are really nice
