Management is rude. Walked in to use bathroom manager immediately yelled CLOSED. No hey or how are you today just flat out rude. Why are both restroom closed anyway. What are the workers using if paying customer cant use a public restroom

Your staff is rude. The lady up front got into a customer for not wearing a mask. But her herself dont wear one. My mask saves you!! Wheres your mask saving me?

What a terrible service they have! The older lady at the counter didn’t even say hi to me, and when i asked how she was doing she gave a look like i was taking her personal time. When i asked for cigarettes she started to look for it slamming shelves like it were her enemies. And i didn’t get any cigarettes after all because she couldn’t find them. Awful!

I go there every week and they ary so frendly great price i have never had a problem it shock me to see this low star rateing

Girl working the counter was too lazy to unlock the ice box in front of the store to sell me ice. Too concerned with texting on her phone to wait on customers.

Cashier was rude. He was on his cell phone. Never greeted me when it was my turn to check out, never told me my total,just was unprofessional conduct. Im so glad I dont have to come back to this circlecircle K .. VERY poor service and overall visit!!!!

There was no one inside the store, they had the doors locked. I can tell someone was inside the building. Base on the floors were mopped. It was 2am in the morning and there was no cars on the lot. I wauted 20 minutes and there was no movement inside the store. I even called the store. I needed a receipt from pumping gas, that didnt give me a receipt from the pump. Everytime I come to this location (Wolf River Blvd/Germantown Parkway), its always something. I waited for a very long time and no one came from the freezer or the bathroom. The building appeared to be abandon. I left after 30 minutes of waiting.
