This place is great! Nice employees the store has a lot on the shelves. I just moved down here from Wisconsin and a lot of stores are empty here compared to Wisconsin so it was nice to see lots of items in a store. I carelessly left my debit card there, realized I lost it and had it flagged as lost and the manager was kind enough to let me know they had found it on Facebook messenger. Will definitely return to this store!

I love this store so much. I can find just about any craft or decor I need. The only down fall is the cash registers. I always feel bad for the cashiers because it seems like a complicated system and takes so long just to purchase a few items. However the store in itself I adore!

I have a serious love/hate relationship with this store. I could seriously spend three straight days in there and still not see/purchase everything I want! I love the store a lot but every time I go, they dont have what I need as far as seed beads go.. Kind of makes me sad that I have this problem every time I go in the store the seed bead section is cleaned halfway out.

Difficult to leave Hobby Lobby without making a purchase. Their selection is great and if you have the opportunity to wait until your needed item is on sale, you really get a deal. Great Christian company and I support them completely.

I love, love this store...everyone is always so nice...but on Monday evening 05/20... I bought two baskets of merchandise and no one offered to assist me to my car...I am a senior citizen and frequent shopper at Hobby Lobby and was so shocked that the cashier nor the young assistant to the cashiers offered to even open the door...this was a real surprise. My star rating is for the checkout only.

One of my happy places. Whenever I visit I find way to much I do need and purchase all of it! My cashier was so friendly and sweet and all of the kids loved her, even my daughter! This place will always have my support and my money!

The art department is well stocked for a basically decorative supply store. The art boards and papers are SO much cleaner and less smudged and dinged than their competitors! A young lady whose name escapes me works on the floor in the do it yourself section-she is marvelous. So helpful and knowledgeable.

Large Store. Good selection. Has a decent fabric section (thats how I typically judge a crafts store).For me... 80% of the items I would never need or want as Im there more for the hobby items (paints, brushes, etc) than the decor. But my wife likes the decor sections.

Huge! Well stocked, lots of nice staff.It is in a well to do very white neighborhood and an almost aggressively Christian store. When went I got several side eye looks from customers as I am Muslim and was wearing a full length dress having just come from Friday prayer. Of course I prefer to think they were jealous of my beautiful handmade dress, rather than being shocked or annoyed at seeing a muslim.

Lied about having something I called over the phone and asked did they have. I came all the way from downtown Memphis. a 30 minute drive

More and more I am finding that Hobby Lobby has stopped carrying the quality art supplies of which I need. Instead they are stocking what appears to be their own brand(s). And since there is a Hobby Lobby only blocks from me it is my go to store. I believe they should go back to stocking supplies for hobbies, not a store full of cheap home decor.The employees have ALWAYS been very nice and helpful. Additionally I love the fact that they are closed on Sundays so that employees make go to church and spend the day with family!

I love hobby lobby. I am no artist but I love everything about this place. I picked up a pack of canvases. Even though I haze discovered that collecting craft supplies and doing crafts are two separate hobbies.

I can always find what Im looking for at this store. They have a huge selection of crafting and decorating supplies, and usually have some kind of sale going on. I also like the online 40% off one item coupon. The staff is helpful and friendly.

This is always my first stop in shopping for crafts and decor. However, don’t do all your shopping here. The prices are jacked way up to put the 50% advertisement on everything. But you still pay a lot a lot for decor. The have a huge selection and very beautiful decor and wrapping and party supplies. But be ware. Go in with the mindset- how much is this worth to me? You’ll find great stuff but you pay for it.

The lady working in fabrics could use more training in customer service! But I wouldnt let her deter me from my shopping. Hobby Lobby has got great variety of crafts, framing, ANY thing for any type of art projects at good prices. AND... look for their great sales at the end of each season!

Jeff the framer is amazing. He basically took me on a journey of fun while we were planning out what 3 pieces of art my grandmother made needer to be framed. We had such a great time matching colors of matting and he is such a pleasure to talk to. What a gem in the city of Germantown!!! If you need anything framed, definitely ask for Jeff!!! This place absolutely gets the Mrs. Excellence stamp of approval!!!

A very big Hobby Lobby. This used to be a Super Kmart. They have almost everything in stock that you can find online. Its the only one that I have been in that has this amount of stock.

First I will tell you that the sewing area at Hobby Lobby have a consistent wonderful level of service. The gals sew and will be happy to talk about design. Great place to shop. Now I will say that Ive had a sales lady ignore my request for help. She was using her phone and did not acknowledge me at all.I can respect someones need to check on family, and I appreciate that these gals are working at Minimum wage. Ive been there.Manners go along way, regardless of our pay scale.In recent trips should I have a question on an adhesive product I would not approach this person.I shop at both Hobby Lobby and its competitor. My purchases in both locations are for products that both are best at providing this crafts person. My behaviour is quite normal for a crafter. We shop for a product we have had success with, and we spread our revenue between shops available . Have fun and make yourself happy.

I love this place but one of the old white clerks lied to my gf and I about something not being part of a sale and charged us full price (80 dollars) when it turned out it was on sale. She didnt even bother to check she just called us liars. All the other clerks are very nice and friendly I just have a feeling she was a racist but I have not seen her there again.
