The staff is always so nice and friendly. Lots of options and everything always tastes great. Roomy seating on the inside and several tables outside to sit in the fresh air.

This brings back childhood memories, I remember there used to be a gracie bleu in Southaven off of getwell rd but sadly they shut that down permanently, I hope they dont close this one down anytime soon

Wasn’t greeted when walked in and overall didn’t feel very welcomed. Only commentary was the total, and it was said with an attitude.

The girl with the huge bags under her eyes had to be one of the rudest people i have ever come in contact with. it was very obvious she hated her job.

Have loved the citrus tart flavor of California Tart, however, on my last visit on August 31, the taste was impossible to eat, like chemicals, nothing like what I have loved for the past three years. The pecans were rancid. Opted for their supposed favorite, Sea-salt Caramel, and it was dreadfully sweet, as all of the other flavors. There comes a point where you cant taste flavor for the immense amount of sugar.

My kids and I love coming here. Delicious treats and very welcoming staff.

I have NEVER been treated in such a manner! I went with my family all 4 of us on 08/23 at 6:30 pm. That lady has no idea what customer service is about. I had a couple of coupons however when I got ready she weighed 3 of them and would not take the second coupon. Why do they offer coupons and then do not want to take them? When I told her I was only going to pay for the 3 cups she said I had to pay for the other ones and if not then she would have to call her manager, which she did. Furthermore, she told us in a load voice we could not leave! What is this all about!!Overpriced, terrible customer service, rude and uneducated employees. If there was a ZERO star this is what I would give this place. They not only lost the sale of a yogurt cup but any future sales, we will never go to this place again!

Good stuff ! Very Pricey, usually 5$ to 8$ per serving depending on your choice of toppings, my sons alone usually tops the 8$ mark.
