I would give his place ZERO STARS. I went in yesterday and this old Asian lady who was working there was so rude and getting an attitude with me and my service dog. SHE KICKED US OUT SHE GOT AT ME AND MY FUR BABY. SHE SAID TO GET OUT!SHE DISCRIMINATED US I WILL NOT BE GOING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN IT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE WITH RUDE EMPLOYEES !!!!!!!!!

I used to enjoy bringing my kids here but after our last visit, we won’t be back. I typically come in when I receive a promo text. I got to the counter and when I mentioned the discount to the cashier, he at first didn’t seem to know what I was talking about, and then confirmed if I recieved the text, I could get the promo. That was all fine, until he helped the customer after me, who clearly wasn’t signed up for the text alerts, and advised them of the current promo. I felt a blatant difference in the way I was served as a consumer, and hopefully it wasn’t racial tension. Whatever it was, I refuse to spend my money here if you aren’t going to treat me equally to your other consumers. And this is supposed to be a Christian Faith based company, which makes this experience even more disheartening.

This was my first time. It was delicious!

I walked inside Sweet Frog to check out thier safety measures at this (hopefully) tail end of the pandemic. I was pleased to see that they had three dairy-free options, but their toppings are still self-serve and exposed... just as they were pre-pandemic. There were no safety measures in place aside from the small bottle of hand sanitizer nearby. This would be fine if everyone was required to wear masks, but that requirement was recently lifted and I just wasnt ready to trust other constomers yet. If you are ready to head back to normal then enjoy your visit. I still need a bit more time. I removed one star for thier lack of physical barriers between the customer and the toppings. Not for the mask wearing, which was in compliance with current regulations.

Im so glad Ive found this place! This is the best frozen yogurt in the area. Employees are very nice and they have a great selection of toppings!

Great location. Right outside Chipotle and in the GIANT grocery store center. I love that you can mix your own flavors and add as many toppings that your heart desires.

Its sweet frog. You go in, get your froyo and roll out. Religious leanings aside all the proper Rona precautions are being abided by and the kids get desert. Done and done.

We stopped by a few days ago. Everything is kept very clean. The toppings are added for you due to covid. Very friendly staff!

Always fun to visit this place. Our son loves it. The counters and soft serve machines are kept clean. One downside, they dont provide drinking water at that facility, you have to purchase if needed.

Great fro-yo, but my goodness the place smells like a stink-bomb went off. Not exactly great when youre trying to enjoy food...

The place is open until late and has all the flavors and is very convenient. The toppings are really nice, and u recommend that you try the Birthday cake which is very nice.

Clean. Brightly lit. Always well stocked. Large selection of toppings. Can always find 2 or 3 flavors the kid wants. Staffers have always been quick and friendly at the register.

One of the cashiers (employee 1) made a joke about people eating frozen yogurt in this weather as being crazy. I asked her not to speak to me in that way, and she apologized. Im just tired of being disrespected by this community.Later, I went back to speak to another employee (employee 2) about their behavior. Just to clear things up. I had thought she (employee 2) was profiling me, because I felt like she was keeping an eye on me. She even waited until I immediately finished my yogurt, to leave the front area, and walk to the back room when there were 4 other people in the store... Furthermore, the female asian cashier (employee 1) decided to get loud, verbally hostile, rude and unprofessional after I expressed my feelings about employee 2. She said the other employee (employee 2) was nearly 70 years old, and that I was basically overacting. The cashier (employee 1) was very confrontational, and disrespectful in her delivery. She (employee 1) even commented again that she still thinks people are crazy for eating their yogurt in this weather. She claimed that she had known me before, and felt that she was being attacked. Shes the one that called her customers crazy, then she had the nerve to say she was being attacked. I guess she wanted to play the victim. What a way to exaggerate.Thank God for video cameras, because this could have ended pretty badly. Such a lie that she was being attacked. Watch out for this place. Just bad customer service.

Employees are awesome. My son loves the girl that is always working.She told him she had a bed in the back of the store and thats why she was always there. It really made him think.The selection of sweets is amazing and always fair priced.

What an awesome FroYo place. Very colorful decor. There were so many topping choices too, not just the regular crushed candy, but fruits, cookies and bubble tea bubbles. There was even whole Pirouette cookies, what some girl didnt eat. There were so many flavor choices for the FroYo too, you can mix and match too, and every flavor was working too! This Sweet Frog really hit the spot and cured my hankering for something sweet. Its open late too! 10 pm!

Wonderful delicious frozen yogurt with a variety of healthy toppings and sweets and by far the cleanest establishment that Ive ever seen, especially the bathroom. The young staff there are the best!

Always a kid favorite (and adults). Pick your flavor, then grab as many toppings ad you want, weigh it up, and enjoy.

I come into sweetfrog sometimes, and I smell this disgusting smell that is possibly a gas or sewage smell. I feel unsafe sometimes and it shows that the management doesn’t care about the safety of the customers. Very unprofessional I would not suggest coming to this location.

As soon my husband buys our frozen yogurt, the cashier says to us, “ We close soon, you have about 10 minutes so.” As in we have to leave as soon as 9 o’clock strikes? What about those 5 costumers who just walked in? Will you kick them out as soon as they pay?Hey Owners of SweetFrog, I don’t like being told that I have ten minutes before you close AFTER YOU TAKE MY MONEY. What does that mean? Should I guess? Leave as we lock up? Um, well sweep and mop around you? Lol hmm rude..What happened to if you have the doors open to customers til the closing minute, they get to stay and eat as long as they need. How about you place a sign on your doors that say: Hey, if you buy something, don’t let those chairs and tables fool ya, you will be told you have a few minutes til we close wink wink if you know what I mean... oh and as you’re walking out the door in frustration, we’ll shout, “Have a nice day!” Smh.....Like if this would disappoint you too..

My out favorite local spot for frozen yougurt. They dont have that many flavors (maybe 8), but they change them white iften and have healthy sugar free options. I also love gelato and soft ice cream. My family loves the variety of toppings. The place is always clean, the staff is fast and friendly. Recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE. I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. My wife and I went here 15 minutes before they closed to share a yogurt. We made our selection and paid, and after we paid we went to go sit down and the young Asian man with dyed hair who was working told us “We’re closed.” He kicked us out. He let us buy their yogurt, and then kicked us outside into the freezing weather with no where to eat it. The sign outside still said open. He was absolutely terrible. He had a friend there that he was socializing with the entire time. You don’t treat customers this way. Also, their selection is limited and almost everything is either “low fat” or “dairy free”. I’m looking from the parking lot 10 minutes later as we were forced to eat the yogurt in our car and it STILL says open!!

We were greeted by the cashier Narhee and as we are paying for our froyo we are weighing them. My husband was weighing his and I had weighed mine but then went to put more toppings and she was extremely rude she was like I have to weigh that again. We did not have a pleasant experience.

As is always, the visit was short; but the yogurt was very good!
