Excellent custom service. I ordered a wonderful piece of artwork from their website. I wasn’t able to make it to the shop to pick it up. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and kind and they were able to delivery it to my home after hours even though the painting was very large. I appreciate great customer service and will be shopping there again often. Thank you!

My fiancé and I recently went through the bridal registry process with Bella Vita and it was so much fun! The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel special. Not to mention, everything is so well curated and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable. I had always heard such great things about registering at Bella Vita, and now I know why! They know how to make your appointment so special. Their Bridal Shoppe is BEAUTIFUL, and getting to sit down and pick out the place settings, serving ware, etc with the owner, Stephanie, and our bridal consultant, Andi, was one of my favorite parts of our engagement season. Going into it, I really didnt know what I wanted or know much about different place settings and what all I needed to register for. They helped us pick things that really fit both my fiancé and Is style, and I cant wait to start our lives with such incredible pieces. Plus, I love that my wedding guests can support a local Memphis business in the process. I recommend Bella Vita to anyone who is engaged!

This is one of my favorite little boutiques, the staff has always been very sweet and not overbearing + they gift wrap! I would compare this store to Anthropologie, except better, because it’s owned by locals. They stock Rewined’s (out of Charleston, SC) candles as well as one of a kind pottery pieces.

She emailed me with photos of the 3 wine stoppers that were left and let me chose which one would be shipped to me, as i mentioned in the comments section when purchasing the item online that i had a bad experience with purchasing the same item from a different website. I did not expect this type of treatment through a store online! I highly recommend this business and will definitely shop here again!

This store is a true gem hidden in the heart of Germantown. They have an awesome collection of gifts, but my favorites are the candles and room fragrances. It was definitely worth my time to stop in and check out their beautiful shop. The staff was very friendly helpful! A+++

Though overpriced, they carry the best brands. However, the reason I won’t be returning is the horrible customer service. The employees seemed to be very judgmental and rude. We were spoken down to on several occasions because we didn’t hear the employee greet us initially. Then we were uncomfortably followed around the store. I’d hate to think that this experience was based on the color of our skin, however it definitely seemed that way. As someone who loves home and personal care products, I would have loved to shop here but the attitude of the employees is such a turn-off so I won’t be coming back.

Typical, uninspired collection of things. This place is essentially the same as every other southern boutique, except with a big new space and visual merchandising that looks like it was copied and pasted from an Anthropologie store plan. If you’re looking for the same candle, same set of pajamas, same piece of pottery that you can find in any given boutique (with a hiked up price and some questionable customer service), this is the place.

We live out of state and only get to visit a few times a year--we absolutely LOVE Bella Vita and their precious ladies. Several even recognize us from our visits. My husband makes it a point to place a big BV order for his clients each year simply because we have such an excellent experience with them. Great Items. A bit pricey but great selection!

I was looking for stuff for my mom who recently moved and is redoing her style. I felt harassed by the staff as if I had been profiled because they wouldn’t leave me alone like they thought I was a thief and were trying to monitor me to keep me from stealing. I took a couple of photos and they said I wasn’t allowed to do that in the store. I left and will not be back. I think they are afraid that after they totally ripped off anthro someone may do the same to them.

A had a truly bad experience shopping here in regards to customer service. The employees were rude, followed me incessantly around the store, I felt like I was being pressured to buy, and when I left without purchasing anything I felt like they were talking bad about me. I’ve heard horrible stories about how this place is run and how they treat others and I don’t think I’ll be back in the future

Terrible Experience! My wife and i registered here before our wedding and everything was fine until the week after our wedding. I was screamed at multiple times by the OWNER of the store (over the phone) and was also accused of not being able to afford the rest of our dishes that were not purchased because we did not get ahold of them immediately after the wedding. They also lied to us and said we had to be charged immediately after our wedding (contract said 30 days) and tried to charge 5000 worth of dishes without even notifying us. Worst experience of our lives and i know us and our friends and family will never shop with them again. (and if you ask around most people dont have nice things to say)
