I had a bad experience with public storage in the past and experienced some anxiety when they acquired EZ Storage. However, Sheree has made my dealings with Public Storage awesome. Sheree is very professional, personable and most helpful.

Ive been a customer since fall 2018. Chase & Sheree are the property managers & have ALWAYS provided the best customer service. They maintain a VERY clean, temp-controlled facility which is important to me. I am always greeted with a friendly smile, good conversation, and professionalism.Even though this facility is now owned by Public Storage, I really hope that Chase & Sheree still stay on at the same location together to ensure a continuation of this consistent and awesome service.

Every time I go in to that location, it looks so nice and clean. The manager over there is so helpful, and has a great customer service.

I reserved a unit online and I paid in advance including insurance for move in day. My unit was available with secure lock anytime. Excellent Customer Service.

I reserved a unit 2 weeks prior to my move, when I got to the location to sign my contract (I would have done it online but their contract requires you to purchase a lock from them,) the employee informed me though they had my reservation, they had NO UNIT for me less than 24 hours prior to my move! All he could offer me was to go to another location not near where I needed it to be! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

Amazing service! property manager walked me and my sister to a few units and then we decided and came back two days later and she still remembered us! The move in process was fast and easy and the property manager personalized my move in experience! Thank you Marissa for the amazing service!

Great service everything was quick and easy

This place is a complete rip off. Fees constantly increase. You are paying for climate control yet the range of temperature in summer and winter is a joke, just for them to save money. The temps apparently controlled by property manager who doesn’t respond or care. Ask by phone w/corporate for dropping of monthly rates for 6months. Screw them

Awesome experienceI was dreading going through the process of getting a storage space. I have to say - Marissa (on duty person) made it an easy task. She worked to identify the correct amount of space I needed and just made everything so easy. Prices are competitive or less than their nearby competition..I highly recommend Marissa and her colleagues at Public Syorage!

As we were emptying our space I noticed we had some water damage A few of our boxes were damaged and I asked the young lady in the office and she gave us our boxes back so we could finish moving our items!!! I went by the Middlebrook Rd location earlier in the month to buy packing supplies and Liz was great! She hooked me up with everything I needed to protect my belongings from the rough process of moving. I usually dont do reviews but 5 star service like that needs to be recognized! Their facility storage is easy to access and use. The only reason for 1 star taken off is there should be 15 min after canceling your storage unit for you to get out of the lot. Other than that this was a great experience

Just a FYI.... I love that the property requires a code to get in and a code to get out. Makes me feel like my belongs are really secure besides just a lock.. This one is great to store your belongings. Located in a quite place but still convenient to reach. While it may seem not so neat and clean as competitors, it does offer some perks such as electricity and loyal stay-in policies. I was wanting to occasionally use my unit as a small workshop. Other companies just want you to move in and get out. Until you move out and get out as well. Ive been literally told so by other companys rep. Therefore it was a tipping point for me, and I went with Public Storage.On-site managers are always friendly and helpful. Kudos to Diana who took trouble to roam about all 11 (!) units as per my criteria of which I chose only one. It was helpful indeed when she explained me all ins and outs of the leasing process and their policies. Also Id liked their signup process. Very concise and streamlined. Im going to stay with them for at least few months, so lets see what happens next ))

I used this storage facility for about 8 month. I had no issues at all. The facilities are clean and secure. I had no hesitation in storing some valuable items there.

Tanya was great. As soon as I walked in she immediately welcomed me with a smile. She took me to the unit I reserved and also to another I wanted to see for comparison. Shes extremely friendly and walked me through all my paperwork. Im glad she was there as she made this experience worthwhile.

Melissa also took the time to speak with me and review the items and rooms that I would be placing in storage to determine the most cost effective unit size.It also doesnt hurt that the 1st months rental charges are only $1.00. I would highly recommend this location and Tanya to anyone searching for storage options.

John at this location of Public Storage was terrific. In these days of distracted customer service, John gave me his full attention. He greeted me warmly, asked questions about my move to make sure I was looking at the right sized storage unit, gave me a tour of the property and my storage space. He explained how the lock works on the door and the access codes to get on and off of the property. He made suggestions for the best way to store my belongings so I could access them easily while my house is being built. John made helpful suggestions as to the type f moving supplies I might need. I left feeling confident that my belongings would be in good hands.
