I went to Henry Brown dealership because I was having dead battery issues. I arrived there with no appointment, I was taken care of right away. I left the car for them to check everything out. it was done and ready for me to pick up the next morning. I used their courtesy shuttle to get from my home to the dealership. It was flawless, so easy. Their staff was courteous and very professional.
From day one it was the best experience Ive ever had dealing with a dealership. Excellent service, great communication every step of the way. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and if he couldnt answer the question he found the answer. We were very happy with the process, we werent in there for hours. We got what we wanted and everything was easy. I wish in times like these we could of negotiated a little more, but we understand and we feel we got a fair price.
Bought my 2016 Chev Silverado 1500 XLT from Chapman Chevrolet and have always had it serviced there, but my last couple of experiences with the has been horrible and very frustrating.My wife bought her Buick Enclave from Henry Brown and weve ALWAYS had great experiences with their service department, so I decided to take my truck for an oil change and tire rotation at their Express service. Cant say enough good things about Michael and Tyler. They were easy to talk with. They were very easy to work with and gave me excellent advice.Ill not only keep taking both my vehicles to Henry Brown for service but because of their service department Ill probably be buying my next truck (2022) from them also.Great job Michael and Tyler. Yukon went in for tires & brakes, and wireless fix on 9/1. Part coming from LA did not arrive by 9/2. No call back on part. After I called a couple of time Part was in. Arranged appointment for 7AM on 9/15 to be 1st to have work on Yukon. Parts in and tested. Picked up Yukon about 3PM. Dealer seems over whelmed with work but excuses are nothing more than excuses. I also have a loner car in my contract but Henry never has any without a week or more reservation. AFTER YEARS WITH Henry Im thinking about going to Eranh.

I was an out of state purchase, we live in Colorado and none of the dealerships in Colorado had the vehicle I wanted, or they were trying to gouge you if they did have a vehicle. They are three weeks out to be able to drop of my new GMC Yukon with its second electrical issue in the first 12 months of ownership. Then I have to leave it there in line for 5-7 days for it to be looked at. The last time there was an issue, it took over a month to fix after bringing it back a few times. Only reason I’m bringing it back is because it’s under warranty.
We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience purchasing our pre-owned Ram at Henry Brown GMC. Joel was super helpful and patient with us making a decision on a truck. Had it all cleaned and detailed for us. The manager was super flexible and worked with us on our budget to get the price at a comfortable place for us. The finance guy Jeff was super laid back and wasn’t pushy at all, he was very professional and made us feel very at ease with the whole transaction. Overall the best car buying experience we’ve ever had, will definitely be returning when we’re ready for our next vehicle.

When I bought my truck it was dirty and had a bad odor. I had to ask to have a detail on it. They did a poor job so I had to drive back down from Flagstaff to have it redone.I brought my truck in Sept 22 to have the warranty paint sealer applied. The letter stated that the paint needed to be clean prior to application so I asked for a full detail of the truck prior to the application. The application was then applied without removing tree sap from the hood. The sap should have been removed prior to the application. I might as well have saved the detail expense and just run it through a car wash prior to dropping it off. I love the truck but not the workmanship.

I brought my GMC Sierra DenaliHD in for warranty service. The service department was amazing! The service department provided me with a loaner vehicle while my truck was being evaluated and work was performed. All of the work was completed within the same week. That are extremely friendly when you are buying a car. When you call in for service though. They have a bad attitude especially when the car is still under warranty. My wifes buick is having problems with electrical. We have not even had it for a year.She calls in, to get it check. And they tell her that:Dealership: She needs to look up parts, (isnt it the dealerships job do do that?(people who are allegedly trained to know cars)Not say,Dealership: I dont know, go online and do the research yourself (says to customer.)Customer(Who may not know anything about cars.)Customers services. So rude!

After a couple of weeks with my new truck. I love the truck displeased with dealer. Specifically requested no tint and no aftermarket alarm installed I was told not a problem...well it was a problem. Truck was delivered with window tint and a alarm was installed and halfway removed! Can not say i would recommend at this time!
Although I was in the dealership for mechanical issues that were ongoing, I was very pleased with the service from my service advisor, Pete Fairbanks and Service Manager, Steve Lancucki. They made sure I had quick access to a rental car and dealt with the mechanical issues as quickly as they possibly could. I very much appreciate it.
The day before I brought my truck in for an oil change I had my truck fully detailed. When I came back to pick up my truck I noticed dirt/mud inside all 4 wheel Wells and along side my vehicle. When I opened the driver door there were muddy food prints on the floor mat and running boards. I also noticed whoever filled up the DEF spilled it and washed off the side of my truck with a water hose leaving water spots on the driver side. When I questioned the worker who drove my truck he owned up to driving it through the mud puddles, overfilling the DEF, and his muddy footprints on my floor mats. This is the first time I have ever brought a vehicle anywhere for a simple oil change and received my vehicle back in worse shape than it was before I brought it in. I don’t think I’ll be bringing my truck back to HENRY BROWN for service. It’s sad to see a dealership I’ve always recommended to friends hire incompetent employees that make a great brand look not so great.

Kyle was attentive and listened to my requests (no wash, do not rotate tires, etc.). Service time was reasonable-1 hour-for an oil change. Waiting area was clean and comfortable with good assortment of food and drinks. Free lunch was terrific! Results and needs were clearly explained by Kyle.
Mike Meade is always top notch! He is the reason we continue to come back to GMC and we continue to buy GMC vehicles. He always gives excellent service and is is very timely. He has great communication about the status of our cars. Always appreciate the loaner car when needed and the guys that work in that department are very courteous and efficient providing that service.

Made an appointment due to a notice I received from GMC for Safety Recall of Reduction in Vacuum Brake Assist stating mechanical vacuum pump output may decrease over time. While making the appointment over the phone the lady who worked at Henry Brown informed me that it was for vehicles from Canada. I informed her that my truck originally was from Canada and that is why I received the notice. When I got to Henry Brown today at my scheduled time, the service advisor asked if I was going to wait for my truck. I said I figured the Safety Recall Repair would take too long and that is when the service advisor informed me that Henry Brown will not be doing the Safety Recall because GMC will not pay them for the repair because we are not in Canada. I informed the advisor that my vehicle was originally from Canada and the advisor said they knew that but they would still not do the Safety Recall. So I said well I guess I will leave then and the advisor said OK goodbye. As I started to leave I was pretty upset because of the lack of customer service on so many levels. I went back and spoke to the service manager who continued to confirm that Henry Brown would not do the Safety Recall. I informed the service manager of my disappointment. I further explained the huge inconvenience it has caused me by taking time off and now all for nothing. I also informed the service advisor that if they took the time to look they would also see that part of my appointment was for an oil change. I told him it was a complete lack of customer service for them not to offer to change my oil for free due to the inconvenience they caused me by not informing me before I got there that they would not do the Safety Recall. I told him I was just amazed they were just going to let me drive off after wasting my time. After that the service manager said they would change the oil for free. I thought well at least Ill get my oil changed and can get back to work. It took Henry Brown 2hrs to change my oil. In addition the texting notifications they do when you bring your vehicle in for service is just for show. You can see from the picture I have added to my review that they dont respond. After texting twice, I had to go and find the service advisor after 1.5hr to ask when they would be done with my truck. Very bad customer service.
We just purchased a used GMC from Henry Brown Buick GMC. Jose Rodriguez was the salesperson and we couldnt have been more impressed with his personality and/or his knowledge. I even brought him homemade cookies when we picked up the car! Will certainly go back when looking for future vehicles.
Brandon Warwick sales boy is totally dishonest and out to make a fast buck. No morals what so ever! We needed a long bed pick up for our upcoming move. We did the research and found exactly what we needed Henry Brown certified GMC truck. We put $1,000 down to hold it for two weeks. Finance manager Thomas James gave us his word and our $1,000 receipt to hold our truck. One week past and call from Aaron Luster of Henry Brown checking to see if we still good on truck. Said yes we will be in next weekend. Called Monday spoke to Thomas James he said we still good. Just received a call from Mr. James stating Brandon our sales boy sold our truck that same Saturday after talking to Aaron Luster! Our encounter with Henry Brown has left us down and out. Still no pending $1,000 in our checking account. So they have our money too!
Raul was amazing. Connie could use some work. But overall everything was fantastic. I appreciate it. I am so glad that I bought my vehicle from Henry brown and will continue to get it serviced at henry brown.

What an amazing group of people! I was determined to buy at Earnhardt and had been dealing with them for months trying to find the perfect vehicle! After not being successful, so many people told me to go to Henry Brown and I STILL TRIED TO FIGHT IT! Well what do you know, I walk into Henry Brown at 9am and the truck I inquired about sold the night before. Ronnie the salesman was determined to get us into something that works. He found us the perfect truck that the bank would likely approve us for! By 11am we got approval and were signing the papers for our new truck! Adrienne was the girl who did all of her financial stuff/signing and she was amazing too! I could not say enough great things about Ronnie and Adrienne at Henry Brown and everyone else who offered us water, asked if we needed anything, etc. If you are in the market, GO SEE RONNIE!
I wanted to buy two vehicles this past weekend, but the salesperson couldnt sell them to me because the owners son had the keys. This is not the first time its happened to me there either. Apparently they only order vehicles there and dont sell whats on the lot even though the vehicles were there for over a month. Seems like something shady going on with the owner and his family. I have bought plenty from the Brown dealership in the past, but took my business to Earnhardt in Mesa where they took care of me. I will continue to get my personal and fleet business moving forward from Earnhardt. The two vehicles that you passed on just cost you dozens more in the near future. Not a very good business model to let your kids do what they want, Henry.
Worst customer service. I have ever experienced! Left numerous messages and never get called back, have to physically go in there to talk to someone. They also changed the price we agreed upon when they write up the contract. All in all I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this dealership!

I have taken my 2020 GMC in 2 times already to get the display fixed for the Radio & other apps. It continues to lock up on me and switch channels on me while i am listening to the radio. Both times i was told that the display needed an update and so they updated it. This last time I was told to unpair all phones & have all phones unpair from the truck. I have done so but the display still continues to lock up on me. I will be taking the truck back in yet again for the same issue soon.

I called Henry Brown GMC and spoke with DeWight Byron. I gave him my budget for a particular vehicle and he was able to beat another dealerships price and get the vehicle within my budget. We spent maybe 10 min on the phone and another 10 min at the dealership to sign docs. It was a pain free car purchase. Other dealership and salesmen should take note of DeWight’s straight forward way of doing business. I will refer friends to Henry Brown and specifically DeWight.
Went to the Parts department to purchase a dash cover. We were told it would take two weeks. We called to check on the order, nobody answers the phone. Several messages left, no returned calls and its been 3 weeks.

Well things started pretty good and it seemed like it was a no haggle and honest straightforward deal. I was happy with my trade value and I was given a no added fee guarantee. Of course once I get to finance I come to find that there are in fact hidden fees that were not previously discussed until the paperwork is printed out. I was also told that the rate that was quoted was higher than my actual rate would be but was only shown for demonstration purposes. I have an 800+ credit score and I deserved a better rate than the 3.9 i was given which was the exact rate on the quote sheet that I was assured the finance guy would go to bat for me to lower.. Lastly, I contacted my sales guy about forgetting a CD in the CD player of my car and received zero response back...much different than the almost immediate response when he was trying to make the sale. In the end I would say you guys are better than Earnhardt but maybe not by as much as I initially thought.
Henry Brown has provided the best car buying experience possible for the second time in a year. Everyone is polite and professional and I feel they value my time as much as I do. Henry Brown special ordered a GMC 2500 HD when other dealerships wouldn’t even consider it due to a nation wide shortage of HD trucks. I am impressed with their commitment to their customers.

Blaine R. did a good job helping me when I called with the original electric clicking sound and he told me they might need to keep the car for two days so set up a free car rental appointment. I set the appointment but Blaine wasnt working that day so I worked with Shane T. He did a good job of getting me set up and taking me to Stevie to get the car rental. Stevie did a great job showing me how to use the features on the car rental (get the gas door open, etc.) My car was completed the same day and Shane texted me to let me know. I was extremely happy they got it done sooner than expected and I was thrilled that the dealership gave me a car to use while it was in the shop. This was very important to me because it kept me away from people during covid-19 and I have special health issues. When I picked up my car all went smoothly except I forgot to ask where they parked it. Stevie helped me find it and also helped me with a question I had about a new SUV. He did a wonderful job that day. The people I worked with did a great job. Thanks for your customer service. Greatly appreciated.
Tuesday September 15th 2020 I arrived at Henry Brown GMC and Buick in Gilbert at 12:05 p.m. for a 12:30 appointment. My appointment was deliberately scheduled during the lunch hour so no one would be available. My appointment was for a defective right front tire where the side wall had pulled away at the seam. The first man that I met (Chris) acknowledged what I suspected. A different service writer came up (Raul) and said he wasnt sure. I had a seat in the lobby for over one and a half hours and was told that they were waiting for a manager to approve the repair. After that I was told that GM had to approve what the manager said. At 1:40 p.m. I was told it would be another 30 to 40 minutes before my tire could be changed. Please keep in mind that NASCAR pit crews can change four tires in 12 seconds. After I was finally given my car I checked and found that I had one brand new tire on the right front while the left front had my tire with 10,600 mi on it. The dealership did not take the time to make sure that the two best tires were in front, nor did they balance and align the tires. I left the dealership and found that the car was pulling very hard to the right. Additionally my radio had been tuned to a sports radio station that was reporting scores from the football game the night before. When I pulled in to the dealership my radio was on an oldie station. So my question is did the dealership and its repair crew sit in my car waste my battery and listen to football game scores?? I have been buy ing and maintaining my own vehicles for 55 years. I did not appreciate the insinuation that I was stupid and didnt know what I was talking about. If I could have given Henry Brown a negative rating I would have because they treat senior women like we dont know what were talking about nor are we smart enough to research and inform ourselves before taking our cars back to the dealership. To say the least I am very angry and want to change my servicing dealership to another Buick dealer. I hope that they would be a dealership that would correct the screw up that Henry Brown did.

The place was fairly low pressure. They treated me with respect and we made a deal quickly. I bought an SUV so I can haul my kids around and go places off-road when desired.
I am grateful to have a go to person (Heidi) at the gilbert location. She is always trying to save me money as well as being very familiar and knowledgeable about my vehicle. She is also logistically aware of my time. Because of Heidi I choose Henry Brown department over any other repair service.

I have used Henry Brown to service my vehicles over the last 4+ years. A number of times, the service has been good, but, the same number of times it has been less than good to very bad. The only reason why I had returned to them is because of the Service Advisor, Raul Bejarano. I like Raul, he is very professional, and has always tried to make sure things were right, but, the fact of the matter is that he can’t fix the screw ups by the mechanics, and I feel bad that he is “the messenger” so to speak. I honestly won’t use there service department again.
The reason I never use a dealership is because the job never fully gets completed. The only reason I used the dealership was because I had a recall on my vehicle. We also stated my breaks needed to be checked and replaced if needed because of the squealing I’m hearing. During 2 calls we had with Blaine, we asked about the breaks. First response was, it hasn’t been checked but I will make sure it does. The second call, we again asked if the breaks were checked, yes was his response. When we picked up the vehicle, my husband asked if the breaks were checked, his response was yes. As I’m on my way home the breaks start squealing again. When we get home my husband takes a look at them and notices the breaks have not even been touched. They are the same breaks I had prior to taking my vehicle in. The whole reason for having the breaks done was out of convenience for our busy schedule. They had my vehicle for 5 days. Why would i inconvenience my family again for something that should have been taken care of in the first place. This is the exact reason I avoid using a dealership!
