Rigid does not stand behind their product and has ZERO commitment to quality.Purchased a 20” Driving/Flood combo on 12/25/2020, half the light bar stopped working 01/25/2021. Rigid said I was responsible for the cost to ship it in so they can “try and see what’s wrong with it”. This type of quality and service is expected from products out of China. It’s truly sad to see an “American” company fail so miserably, can’t even compete with Chinese garbage. It’s companies such as Rigid that cause people to buy Chinese. The saying “you get what you paid for” does not stand with Rigid industries. In this case you pay more and get way less. A $988.00 light bar lasting exactly 20 days is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Stay clear. Save yourself some money and buy else where. Anywhere you purchase from will have better customer/warranty service (even China) then rigid industries.
I’ve have purchased several lights from Rigid over the years. I had one pair that the mounting brackets were bent. Lance from Rigid helped me get new brackets and offered a discount in the process. Great products, great people, I recommend the products and I’m extremely happy with the customer service.
After my purchase from my local dealership. I lost the small/low mounts for my single row light bar. I do love the product. I can recommend purchase. But, keep this in mind. I called and asked for the mounts, asked for my name, address, email and everything needed to ship to me. After about two weeks of no response after that, I called, left a voice mail and after several more months, still no reply. This customer service at first seamed like a five star service, turned into a no star service. Two stars given only because I live the product and customer service sucks.
I have been using Rigid LEDs for years. The company truly stands behind their products. The warranty department is second to none. I recently had an issue with one of the wiring harnesses, which was highly unusual for me, and Carrie Tjonn, warranty/service manager, took ownership of my problem and solved my issue by replacing the wiring harness at no cost to me with hopes of fixing my wiring issue. (Side bar: my issue was the Ignite backup light was not shiny bright, but was operating at about 5% capacity). The new harness fixed my problem. Kudos to Carrie and her team for being patient with me to get to the bottom of my problem. This is an example of how a company should stand behind their products. Thank you.
I purchased a 2021 CanAm an it came with a 40 SR-Series Pro lightbar. After some rough riding in the desert this spring I ended up breaking the mount on the side of the bar holding in the bolt. I found that the vender that sold the CanAm to me did not provided installation or warantee paperwork for any of the added equipment. When I contacted Rigids warrantee team, Carrie Tjonn, helped me out. She let me know that thered be a small fee to return the light to be inspected but I did not pass this opportunity up as these light bars, in my opinion, are high quality and are better than the rest. I returned the light and a few weeks later I received it back repaired and ready to go! Their exceptional service and ability to take care of my product went beyond my expectations! Thank you Carrie!
Great customer Service!! Thank you Carrie :)Had a corrosion issue with a 20inch LED bar purchased over 4 years ago. Nothing wrong with the light, just annoying corrosion. Considering I live in salty CANADA, i am familiar with corrosion issues. Reached out to Rigid for assistance (I am a great fan of Rigid products; have them all over my Jeep Wrangler JK). Carrie Tjonn from customer service was awesome; she issued an RMA allowing me to return the light bar for warranty consideration. Rigid sent me back a brand new (New edition) light bar at no cost (Only paid shipping). She also gave me technical advice for connecting the new bar since much more powerful than the old version.Many thanks to Carrie and Rigid Industries. You stand behind your products.Martin
BIG shout out to Lance! He went over the top, with great customer service. I ordered a Rigid light bar and Chinese brackets to install online. During install the cheap brackets broke. Lance was able to locate me a Rigid heavy duty bracket and get me on the road quickly, so my family and I could all enjoy a weekend riding up in the mountains. He earned a customer for life. Save yourself my headache and buy Rigid.
Rigid light bars are simply superb. They literally turn night into day. It is unbelievable.And they stand by their warranty. I had an issue with my light and got a free replacement. I can highly recommend their lights. They are worth the cost.

Quality craftsmanship of lights and these things are rugged and bright as hell with accurate color temps. And best of all I needed a mounting spacer for the rear flush mount lights and Rigid 3D printed two for me. It worked perfect and came out exactly how I envisioned it. I picked up a set of rigid Dxl pro driving lights in November, I didn’t get my truck til January 5th . I installed the ditch lights on the 7th and didn’t get chance to use them at night til the 18th . After 45 minutes of use both lights turned off . Upon inspection the fuse holder melted and the fuse blew . I contact the warranty department and for just the single photo of the holder melted up close the lady said it wasn’t a rigid harness . I removed the harness and sent more photos and she it telling me that I must of modified the harness or something and that it would void my warranty. The harness wasn’t modified at all and came in sealed rigid packaging. You would think spending almost 700 on a set of lights you would get better customer service. I was sadly wrong and will never buy from rigid again and will let everyone I know not to and show them photos of what 700 bucks gets you
The 360 series lights are nice on my 14 Tundra, but the $250 extra you pay for the flimsy custom bracket and plastic clips is a rip. I think $100 would be more in line. $600 price point is super expensive for this little light kit. The reason Im trying this kit is because the old Tundra specific Rigid fog light kit would cast a vibrating beam from the tiniest bump in the road because the Rigid Tundra bracket was too thin of metal and didnt hold the heavy D series fogs solidly.
Been using Rigid lighting for 5+ years. Super happy with the product and they are among the brightest on the market. Their E-Series lightbars are crazy bright and definetely worth the money! I also love how you can buy so many different types of optics (flood, spot, driving, hyperspot, etc). Many manufacturers only have spot or flood available.I would buy more of their products if they werent so expensive, but once you have one, you truly appreciate the technology & quality.
I purchased a fog light kit for my Jeep JL, kit #37111. When I opened the box and began to assemble the lights and brackets, I found it was missing the bolts, nuts and washers used to mount the light pods to the mounting brackets so I can mount it to my bumper. In the last 3 weeks, I have called 4 times and spoke to three different people. Each time they have advised me they will mail me the missing hardware, taken my name and mailing address and or said someone will call me back. I spoke to customer service and to warranty service departments. I even asked it they could tell me the correct size and measurements of the missing bolts, so I could go and purchase them at the hardware store. No one ever calls as promised and hardware not received in the mail. Rigid product may be great, however their warranty and customer service is sub standard and nonexistent. I will buy Baja Designs or KC from now on.

Rigid Industries has been nothing but a pleasant experience for me. I have owned light bars, pods, flashlights,etc from their company and every product that I have owned continues to work well and be bright as hell! Their quality and output is definitely hard to compete with. The products are expensive but you get what you pay for. Built and manufactured right in Gilbert,AZ so show your local companies some support and try out Rigid Industries!

These products are definitely not superior, and the people behind the business and customer service side of things are scumbags. They dont do what they say theyre going to do, and they dont stand behind their product. Its a sales gimmick. My rigid lights had moisture buildup from the start, and trying to get them replaced turned out to be more trouble than it was worth. Ill never put these pieces of junk on another vehicle ever again. Total rip-off, and total disappointment that there are businesses like this out there. They rip people off to make money.
Useless customer service. I purchased a Rigid fog light kit for my Tacoma. The hardware pack was missing so I contacted customer service. The customer service rep said he couldnt help me and I had to send an email to their warranty department. I complied and immediately sent an email asking for replacement parts. The next day I received reply from Rigid who blew me off. The Warranty - Service Manager stated the following:Good morning.Thank you for your email request.Please return the whole kit to the online or local shop you have purchased with, so they can swap you out for a new kit.It sounds like you may have received a used or a retuned product missing the HDW, it would not have left Rigid in that condition.Unless the Warranty Manager personally packed all the products they sell, she would have no way of knowing if the parts were shipped by Rigid or not.Rigid had the opportunity to showcase good customer service.Instead they blamed the online shop and blew me off. What a hassle.

They might have some of the better LEDs, but I cant get anyone to answer me some basic tech questions. I tried emailing, calling, Facebook. After no answer, I saw a thread that they were active in responding so I asked if anyone could get a hold of me and all I got was our staff is awesome.....well Im done. Looking at Baja Designs and other alternatives on the simple fact that I cant get any service at Rigid. Absolute nightmare to deal with.
