This location is doing hand wash services through their tunnel. Its very nice. The guys scrub the rims, it comes through one soapy area, they hand wash the vehicle, it gets blown dry by machines first, next 2 guys at the end use air guns and towels to get the rest. By the time it got to the area they give me my vehicle it was within minutes, they got my interior services I paid for and it was half the time Ive ever waited before. This is first thing in the morning.I asked who these employees were. The manager PJ was at the end (in white) Manager Anthony at the beginning(in white), and Sheryl the cashier inside explained everything was great.

Love the fact they converted to a hand wash car wash. Took their time and paid attention to detail and did a terrific wash, while at the same time getting me in and out. Great customer service! Thank you, I won’t go anywhere else!

Tried on 3 different occasions at a different location to get my mats detailed and kept getting turned away. Sheryl and Dashaun and all of the employees at this Jacksons location went absolutely ABOVE AND BEYOND to take care of me as a customer. They were fabulous. I am so so grateful to the team here for their excellent customer service and top notch work. I will be back!

I like this location better than most. The men drying my car were super professional and throughout. The free vacuums were well maintained and powerful. The whole property was clean and tidy.

Pretty disappointing. Ive included a photo of my back seat post wash. There were some dirty dog prints. It appears the folks at Jacksons wiped a rag across a couple spots on the seat but certainly did not clean it. Some parts were untouched.. There was also still dust on my dash that clearly had not been wiped at all. Next time Ill save the $25 and spend a half hour doing the job right myself. They got 2 stars instead of 1 because the guys on the line were friendly. The cashier was not. She was super distracted and barely made eye contact.Edit: opened back door after work and found grass all over back matt. Unreal. Id go back but dont have the time. Ill not be visiting again. Dropped rating to one star after seeing back floor. SMH

I come here every week and all of the staff is excellent. Kristin at the front desk is awesome! She’s so sweet and funny. Very impress with how professional she is for being so young. I would highly recommend coming here to get your car detailed. Shawn did an amazing job and was so friendly. I don’t take my car anywhere else.

Very good. Although not a true hand wash. The tunnel still has automatic brushes that I would like to avoid. But ever since Los Olivos in downtown closed…this is the best you can get.

This location is by far the best! Starting from the initial interaction with Shawn. He is great! He knew exactly what I needed and didn’t try to oversell me! Good guy! The hand wash in the tunnel is amazing! And can’t forget the sweet cashier Kristin or the finish line… my car was so pretty!! I will be coming back for sure!

Sheryl was great as usual. Came in this morning and seen her on the floor cleaning shelves and rearranging the merchandise to make it look good. Always a smile on her face. It was slow, due to weather, and she kept herself busy.Guys outside were quick to get my car done and it still looked great. There were no other cars so they eagerly jumped in to help as a team. The workers are great, friendly and do their best. But they are understaffed and overworked. Dropped my vehicle off at 930 on a Monday and it wasnt done till Tuesday around noon, yes they called and asked if they can keep it overnight. They did a great job on a detail. Missed the seat belts and sun visors, but still a great job

Sheryl was amazing!!! I pulled up to get a regular car wash and thought detail meant the same thing as car wash. I wasn’t told the price of the detail so when I got to the counter Sheryl apologized and gave a free car wash and refunded my money.

We were impressed with the efficient way we were treated by the attendants on the lot.While we waited in your nice cool convenience store, we were greeted by Jayden Hancock. He took care of our needs in a professional and cordial manner. He is an asset to your business! We got a great car wash and enjoyed browsing in your store!

I called ahead to book an appointment for interior detailing but they said we could just show up, so I dropped my car off at 10:30am. The check-in was very quick, and they upsold me on the interior/exterior package for $300. I left my car there as it was expected to take a few hours.Still no call at 1:30pm, and I had an appointment so I called to check about when it might be ready. I was put on hold several times, asked to repeat myself about a dozen times, and after a very confusing conversation was told it would be ready in an hour and a half.By 4:15pm I still hadn’t gotten a call. I went over to see if it was ready and saw my car. When I asked if I could take it home, two techs stepped out to wipe down the windshield and drove it out.After 6 hours and $300, the inside cup holder had puddles of water and dirt in them, and the interior driver’s side door hadn’t been touched. The seats and upholstery looked good. I don’t know if they forgot about my car it until I called, but that’s what it seemed like.

Came in thinking Id get home before it rained and didnt. Rained as I was watching my car get dried. They cleaned up the inside really well and said theres a 72 hour rain check to get the outside rewashed. Thanks guys for making it up to me.

Paid 50 dollars for them to rub some dirty rags on my car and spray on some wax. Honestly, the car looked better before the wax was done. I will never bring my car again to this location and warn my friends of the rip off.

I visited this past June with my two little boys for an oil change and was lied to about my differential oil being empty with the blessing of the manager on duty. I was presented a tray of random grit and dirty fluids as proof to show the bad state of my car, none of these samples came from my car.This young man at the service desk indoors told me I needed to get my differential oil changed among a bunch of other fluid changes etc. He told me my differential oil was practically gone and how unsafe it is to drive it. I sat back down and reviewed receipts the previous owner of my car gave me, the differential oil was checked to be fine 9 months prior, and I googled that I or the previous owner would need to drive a very long time without any service for it to be in the state I was told it is in. I asked him why I needed this done. He showed me a tray of a few fluids from my car as proof (my diff oil was extremely dirty). Anyway, I went to a AAA recommended location the next week. The techs there told me that my differential oil is fine and that they could tell that the cap or whatever was definitely not touched the week prior.Luckily, I had watched a show about typical car maintenance/repair scams pulled on women and knew I needed to go somewhere else for a second opinion. Dont go here.

Went in on a Wednesday for a half-off basic cleaning. Ive done this before, ending with a very clean vehicle all those times.This time corners were left dirty, inside and outside. I wiped off the dirty areas, primarily because I live 10 miles from Jacksons and couldnt justify driving back to have them properly finish the job.Kind of a surprise to get this poor of service after all the times Ive been there and received a totally clean vehicle. I tip decent, so that isnt an issue.The guys doing the work were pleasant when Iwas greeted initially. Nice manners, as usual. The cashier was pleasant, as usual. Not sure what happened that day.In the future, I guess Ill check their work while the guy stands there holding my vehicle door, like is usually done. Thats not the sort of thing I usually do.That way I dont have to spend time cleaning what should have been cleaned to start with.

2870 S Market St. location:John at Jackson’s car wash was very polite when I pulled up. He patiently explained all the options and didn’t try to over sell something that I didn’t want. I went with the $40 top package for my minivan because my kids wreck the inside. lol. Jeremy and the helper (sorry, didn’t catch the helpers name) cleaned the inside like a boss. They cleaned my car meticulously. Oh and as a double bonus, I received 20 cents off per gallon on filling up my gas tank and a $16 coupon off my next cleaning. I will definitely be going back.

Refused to refund hand car washes I had pre paid. I wanted refund because the service I paid for was no longer offered at the location I use. Will never use Jackson’s again as regular washes using tunnel were consistently poor quality.

First I have to say, the car wash staff are so professional and kind. Mainly the front desk associate Ellie, she went above and beyond by ensuring not only my car was taken care of properly, but was also exceptionally knowledgeable and provided top notch customer care and service. The best customer service and product value in the valley! I have multiple cars with the car wash membership, do all of my car service here. They do a great job detailing cars and did I mention the wonderful, hard working staff?

I always washed my own car, and have decide to see what a professional detailing would look like, maybe I was expecting too much.I have paid ~$220 for ultimate was, premium wash, complete interior detail and paint sealing. I have taken everything out of the car, but my garage door opener, so nothing had to be moved or handled. I have dropped off the car in the morning and picked it up several hours later. When the car was done it had white wax gunk all over the inside trims of the doors, dirt right behind the bottom lip of the trunk lid so you can see it when its opened, mass of dry dirt right under the wipers (premium wash does not go here I guess),... I had them touch all of the details up. 30 min it was ready again. Back seats has spots that were no vacuumed, exterior paint had leftover gunk, inside door pockets were dirty,... I have left them the car for another hour and I went to grab the bite to eat. When I came back there still were many missed details in this detail car wash, however the day was ending and I did not want to wait another hour or more to get this done, so I left.Attached images is how the car left the car wash. Dirt and grime on the inside pockets of the doors, no one has touched it. Glove box, center console, untouched. Seal around the hand break, dirty. Lots of dirt on the window and trunk seals. Leftover gunk on the doors. Front grill did not even seem to see water. Inside door panels, filthy (not sure if this was included in the wash). Seat belt buckle, dirty. Dust on steering wheel column. Grime on inside door panels. Some sort of fresh fruit squished on the floor mats that were in the trunk. Dirty interior door handles. Dust on interior door seals.While the detail manages were nice, the attention to detail is seriously lacking here after 3 tries. Everything looks good form the distance and if you dont look too hard, but I can do that kind of work myself.

Best Jacksons Car Wash in the valley. All are great, but the customer service here is amazing. The attention to detail that Issac and Tobias put into every vehicle that comes through is a rarity that you do not find very often. The teamwork and atmosphere that they put off makes waiting well worth it. I watched several people totally dismiss the quality work and detail that they put into the two cars in front of mine, yet they still put that same detail into my vehicle. So when you come through here ask for these two to take care of you. The rest of the guys were working just as hard, but always great to see this kind of hard work put in and on a hot day. Way to go. I will definitely keep coming here.I need to add that Johnnath goes out of his way when I come in and greets everyone when they come in and makes you feel welcomed. I will continue to come to this location just for this type of service!

I had two other car detail companys tell me they could only get my paint 40% restored and one told me to re-paint. Juan and Pete at Jacksons took great care of me the second I walked in. They had Ramon, their detail manager look at it and he said he could get at least 80% restoration possibly a little more. Ramon even did a sample before I committed to let me see how it would turn out (see pics). Well, a couple hours later and the black paint on my car looks phenomenal!!! They even drove me back to my house instead of me needing to call my wife to come pick me up while I waited. Ill be back for sure!

Terrible job. Im not sure how you can pay for something and then allow your team to not do a good job. Paid $50 to get a hand wash, but should have just done it myself. I have been here in the past and figured I would try it again. I see why I wont go back. Also, staff is very pushy/salesy. Ive included a few pictures. You should quality check all your cars because its apparent if your team is leaving the writing on the windows, they surely are missing everything else. Id also figure if you car gets hand washed it would be 99% dried because your going over the car carefully to make sure everything is good. Not even sure why they tried to dry it with wet towels.

I’ve been coming to this Jackson’s for about 5 years now and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Not only is my service perfect every time, everyone here is so friendly and goes above and beyond to serve their customers. CUSTOMER BE WARE! I prepaid for a FULL service Detail for my vehicle and after 8hrs of service my vehicle had ONLY been washed and NOT detailed!! I requested to speak with a manager “Shane” and his excuse to me was that all his employees were new and under training like if it was my fault! He also stated that he did not have the power to process refunds and that I would need to take my complaint to corporate office. Completely inexcusable!! An email with pictures has been submitted to corporate office. I will give a future update of the outcome.

I went earlier today just for some gas and thought of grabbing a couple of snacks while I waited. I couldnt find what I was looking for and the cashier (I believe his name was Jaden or Jacob) told me exactly where I could find everything I wanted and he was so polite and respectful in everything he did to all of the customers.

Like all car wash places there are pros and cons. The prices are good as long as you dont get suckered into purchasing full detail for a couple hundred. Place was busy when arrived so ended up waiting 23 minutes before anyone actually came up to ask what they were doing. Car was still dirty on the hood, window still had bug guts on it and cherry on top was that they had peeled some paint of my rear bumper. Ill just keep to cleaning and buffing the car myself.

Very dishonest and substandard work. I had an oil change done there 7000 miles ago. I went to a different place today and found out that the tech who did the work left the cap that unscrews the filter on the filter because it is stripped. The filter was not changed and now I am sitting at the dealership because of this issue. The manager who checked me out never told me anything about the problem or that they were leaving this part on my car. I am sad to say that a week later I let them do my spark plugs too.Shady, shady shady. I will never go back here for any work no matter how simple. I suggest that you avoid this place at all costs.

Same lackluster service under a different name.Paid $51 (after $10 coupon) for the ultimate package. Disinfectant and wheel well polish selected as my options. Paid extra to have the mats washed.They forgot to wash the mats because it wasn’t written on the window. Glad I didn’t toss my receipt. Wheel well polish consisted of spraying (Armor All) type product and walking away. Once the mats were lifted for the wash, you could see they didn’t vacuum under them. Their solution was to use the compressed air to blow it out. Several areas inside the truck were missed as well as the exterior. I watched the whole time and no disinfectant was prayed anywhere.The (grey shirts) inspected it and said it was good to go. I pointed out my concerns and was given a coupon for wash’s on Wednesday’s that are 50% off.As you can see, this was a waste of money.

Every time I come here I am treated like a VIP, even if I dont spend the money to be technically considered one! The staff that greets you at your car are polite and respectful of the wash I ask for, while still giving me the usual sales pitches that I definitely go for some of the time! Paying for the services is made even better by the great cashiers they have working inside, as well as the clean waiting area that has any amenity a guest could ask for! I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for anything from a simple wash to a detail job! Great work!

John the Service advisor was very professional and personable.It was a pleasure to to interact with a person that was positive after a long day of work. I purchased a full service clean. I got in my car without looking it over as I’ve been to this location multiple times. Upon arriving at home I noticed that the tire shine was not done on passenger side and the inside windows had not been wiped clean. I called back and talked with Matt, a manager. He said bring the car back anytime and he would see it was done correctly. When I got to car was Mathew was who I spoke with. He was very nice and said it would be done right. He checked on my car multiple times and even offered me a follow up wash at no charge. Looks like I’m buying the subscription even though this location is 5 miles further from my home. It’s worth the drive knowing that my car will be taken care of and management runs the location with a caring attitude.Thank you Mathew.

I no longer use Jacksons Car Wash. I am an original customer who watched them build the location on San Tan Parkway and Market Street, it was originally Dannys Car Wash.I remained a customer after Jackson Car Wash took over Dannys, I have spoken with Management about the less than satisfactory service provided at this location, every time I would have my Car washed, I go home, pull in my Garage and do a mini detail on my car, Half cleaned Windows and mirrors, Water Spots on Car Exterior, due to letting my car sit so long before someone started working on my car, smudges, water spots etc.. missed by Jacksons Staff Members. I was a customer from Day 1, I Purchased the VIP Membership Plan for my Car, but I have moved on.I no longer go to Jacksons, I now have a membership with Cobblestone Car Wash on Higley & Queen Creek, I purchased the monthly unlimited Car washes for $49.00 per month.Cobblestone does an excellent job on my car, its really sad that I had to leave Jacksons, but I was tired of the immature staff members who played, joked around, flirted with female customers, while doing a poor job on my car. I brought this to Managements attention, several times, management would come out, and instruct the workers fix various issues, I should not have to ask for the manager each time I get my car washed.
