And with only one car right now, I thought this would ruin our trip prep time this week. FAR FROM IT! I had the car’s windshield done within 24 hrs, and it was so easy. Very professional work. Ive been very pleased with this company! I have had them replace my windshield multiple times. They do a good job and stand behind their installs, no questions asked. I recently had a windshield replaced with a HUD, it was blurry after the new windshield was installed. After discovering it was the wrong glass, K&B took care of it. The tech that came out to replace our windshield was very polite and very meticulous when doing his job. The people I talked to at K&B were also very polite people to deal with. Never use again to this company for windshield replacement or anyone from my family and friend . Installer replaced windshield and molding and i asked him why they put back old molding and he told thats new one and i can see different between new and old. I called insurance company and K&B office and finally installer grab new from his van. I dont why he lied to me or if i dont see molding or dont ask anything i am end up with old molding. My insurance cover for new molding and windshield. I am thinking may be Owner, Manager are good because of all other review but my installer was not honest and good.Mostly we worked done by Installer.Larry Patel

I purchased a late model used vehicle from a dealership and when I got it home I noticed a horrible road noise coming from the windshield. The dealer sent K&B out to repair another shops bad work. K&B was amazing!! Took my charger to the Dodge dealer where apparently they have a person from K&B on site. I happened to have a cracked windshield and the service writer asked if I wanted them to replace it. I agreed and the following day when my car was ready for the window replacement the K&B guy called me. I specifically asked them about the strip of tint across the top of my window and they assured me that they not only could and would do it they would do it before installing the glass so it looked clean. There was an issue and they rescheduled the replacement for a different day at my house. Upon my arrival home they were just finishing up and I noticed there was no tint. Apparently he was never told about putting the tint back on the new window. He took pictures of the old window with tint and said he would send them to the guy at the dealer and he would contact me about getting it fixed. Later I drove the car and found my rear view mirror to be exceptionally loose. They never reached out to me and after numerous times calling them nobody answered the phone. Apparently their assurance doesnt mean much and follows the same line as the quality.UPDATE...I was contacted by K&B and they realized there was an issue/communication disconnect. After we talked they were very quick to come out and make sure everything was corrected. It seemed like they sincerely wanted to make things right and they did just that, for that I give them 4 stars and would be willing to give them another try.

Ive been using K&B Auto Glass Works over the last several years for all of my vehicles. Ive had approximately 10 windshields replaced by them so far. Everything has gone great until I needed my windshield replaced on my current truck. (Please keep in mind that all my windshields get a tint visor strip installed) The original replacement occured in the beginning of the week. First guy that came out and did the install didnt prime the windshield frame correctly, causing wind and water leaks. I called and they scheduled for a tech to come out and look at it. Matt (different tech than the original installer) came to my house the following Saturday (and is about the only tech that is competent in this company) and tried to seal the windshield as best as possible. He told me that if it still had wind noise and let in water afterwards that the windshield would need to be replaced. Well, the windshield still leaked. I called that very next Monday, and they said they would have someone out on Tuesday to replace the windshield. They advised the technician to call me prior to even installing the windshield. He never called me. The tech came out and attempted to save the windshield that was in the truck when taking it out and ended up stress cracking the glass. So he had to wait for someone else to bring him another windshield. Well, that windshield didnt have a tint strip on it and they decided to try and tint the glass after it was already in the truck. This created several air bubbles that are STILL present in the film. And the windshield stressed cracked only 2 DAYS LATER after it was installed. Another technician came out and said Im sorry but this isnt a stress crack and tried showing me a spot in the crack that was the point of impact. Ok, this point of impact he is describing is underneath a windshield wiper blade! Even my insurance company said that there is no point of impact and the company should warranty the glass. But they refuse. I am really disappointed in the level of service with this company. Do yourself a favor and go to Gecko Auto Glass and save the headache.

John is great! He helped me out today with a chipped windshield. My chip was right above the defrost vent, which is a tough area to repair a chip. He did it seamlessly. It is apparent to me that K & B Auto Glass Works focus is customer satisfaction. If I need any windshield repair/replacement in the further I would definitely use them again!

I have been using K&B Auto glass for almost ten years! I have never had any issues with them and I trust them 100%. I send ALL my customers to Johnny Quintero! I’ve known Johnny for about 4/5 years now and he’s the best! I work for a dealership and a lot of the newer vehicles have sensors and cameras behind the rear view mirror. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to tell a customer they have to replace their windshield right after having it replaced because whatever company they used, used aftermarket glass or, they broke the bracket. It can be a nightmare!! You have nothing to worry about with K&B!!!! Don’t use anyone else!!!!

Took my CTS Cadillac to Earhardt Cadillac to get my windshield wiper motor replaced. Upon pickup noticed that the front windshield had been cracked. Earnhardt arranged for the window to be replaced by K&B Auto Glass. Within 24 hours K&B sent over a repair person. Ben called on time and showed up at the allocated appointment. Ben was very professional. Did a clean, neat skillful job. Ben answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend K&B Auto Glass.

One bad experience. We got referred to them by our insurance company, they scheduled to have our windshield replaced the next day, on the next day we get a call that the windshield was damaged and they couldnt locate one anywhere and had to be ordered.. and so they did, they scheduled again for a week later. on that day the tech called us that he would be arriving in 20 minutes, after half hour he called us to tell us that the windshield had not arrived yet (they didnt even check on the status), they gave us more excuses, this time they where trying to find it somewhere else. we told them not to bother and we would use someone else. their Manager called us 30 minutes later (John) He said that the dealership had a damaged windshield the first time, but that he had authorized locating the windshield at other vendors, so we told him... why didnt you do that in the beginning? he responded that they gave a chance to the dealership to correct the issue and get the windshield ( that at my wifes safety, since she had to drive the car for a week with a badly cracked windshield), he said that it was not their fault and blamed the dealership. the call turned bad when he told my wife in a aggressive tone that they didnt break the windshield, my wife told him that he never told them that it was, but them repairing it in a timely manner as scheduled twice was. I finally took the phone and told him to not bother, as we had contacted Safelite Auto and they are going to take care of it.I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.... BEWARE!!!

I asked them to send the best installers to replace the windshield on my 2018 numbered Corvette. They sent the K and the B (owners) of K & B Auto Glass. The guys were extremely careful in covering and protecting areas around the glass so as not to risk damage, and I was impressed how they treated the car with sincere respect.

Lowest quoted price. Same day appointment. Matching brand name windshield. Mobile service came all the way out to Phoenix, within a 4 hour window. Actual appointment took 20 minutes and looks great! Cant beat the value and quality.

Anthony came to my place of work today to replace my employers windshield. He was on time, friendly and we never felt like he was not being honest or genuine. He was able to fix the windshield and also look at all the employees cars to give us his opinion on our little nicks and cracks. Pricing was lower than Safelite. I had a disagreement with Nissan as the vehicle was two weeks old. John inspected the glass and determined it was caused by an impact. He gave me a good price and was honest with me. The shop came out to my work site and had the windshield installed in 30 minutes. Given the situation, I am pleased with their service.

Great service and help. On my way through town, a rock hit my windshield and cracked pretty good. I called and they fixed it right away, while I waited. I wish they were in the town I live.

I have had 5 or so windshields put in by them. All I have to do is call my representative and he does all the leg work for me. Super easy and they do great work. Will for sure be using them next time I need a new piece of glass.

My windshield cracked on my vehicle and had it replaced with K&B and they did an excellent job and had the best price in the valley. They even replaced it the same day I called them. They stand by their work. No complaints at all.

Doug the tech and Cynthia in the office was absolutely terrific, I myself choose AGAINST LARGE GLASS COMPANIES due to their tech expectations and number of jobs they want to be completed..... hurry.....hurry.....hurry, I’ll take a very quality install over what large companies with commercials offer of a nationwide benefit because let’s face it a windshield isn’t gonna bankrupt you, I have american family insurance and i was in a hurry to get this replaced and couldn’t wait for the inspection to be completed, most insurance companies will randomly chose to inspect especially if you choose not to go with their preferred company and in this case it was safelite, I informed Cynthia that I’ll pay out of pocket and they can just reimburse my if they get payment from my insurance company and that’s exactly what she did, about a week later I received a check in the mail from K&B auto glass and honestly I had already wrote the situation off and because of their honesty I was reimbursed, the work quality and care that Doug put into the job was absolutely terrific and due to the honesty from Cynthia in the office and Doug’s work ethics I WILL ALWAYS USE THIS COMPANY GOING FORWARD, customers just want solid work provided and no bullsh!t and this company nailed it the first time, they also do auto door glass, motors and regulators, my mechanic quoted $360 to replace my passenger side motor on the window and K&B quoted me $248 and they come to you and fix it right in you’re driveway........ NO BRAINER, saves time and money....... thank you from JH

I did my homework, and contacted several glass shops. I wanted a specific windshield for my 2017 Elantra, with the same tinting, pattern, etc. 6 out of 7 quotes couldnt guarantee they had that exact windshield, even after I described it to them. Quotes ranged from $280, $650 for Safelite, and $850 in Havasu, for the same quality OEE. K&B was the best for these reasons:1. THEY described the windshield to me, with its particular solar pattern, etc. after I told them the make and model, so I knew what they were talking about.2. Their price wasnt the cheapest, but by far lower than 5 of the 6 others. Less than $100 over the lowest in fact for my car.3. They accommodated my needs to come into their shop, instead of their mobile service, due to my 4 hour distance, and having to drive in.4. They were ready, I had no waiting at all, they were done in less than 30 minutes, and made sure I had complete instructions on aftercare, when to wash, when to do this, and that.5. Their work is warranteed.6. Their customer service is stellar! Brandi was my service rep, and she went the extra mile in making sure they took care of me.7. The peace of mind after doing homework, getting actually what I was seeking to in the same style and quality of glass, the installation wasnt rushed, but done right.8. I also read the reviews before calling anyone for quotes. One place had like 5 stars from almost everyone. The issue with me on that one was, the reviews read like Ive used them the last 3 times for my windshield, another one The last 5 windshields Ive had replaced or repaired here. That was a huge red flag to me on why these people needed replacing so often. Didnt make any sense. I also took note of negative reviews, and for K&B it didnt seem to be quite right either. It was more based on personal slights, rather than work related. And I asked them about it. They mentioned a disgruntled former employee, and that honestly seemed to make sense to me why most of their reviews were so great, and spoke about the quality of work and service, whereas the negative were about a bald man smoking, or something similar.9. Sorry to be so wordy. But its important to note details, as I take those into account.10. I give them 5 stars. And I dont do that often. Do your own homework. But count them in those you do call for estimates and information. I hope to never have to use them again because their work is so good! But if a rock does wreck my windshield again, I will do so in a heartbeat.11. This is unsolicited in any way, and is an honest, and unbiased reviewer.

Terrible place to get your glass replaced. The installers are very disrespectful and made my window look worse than before. The molding around the glass came off and they said it was fixed but it kept coming off and they never returned my calls. Do not go here!!
