Had new rims and tires installed on my 2019 Mustang Bullitt. Car has less than 3200 miles on it but I did not like the black rims.. Element Wheels recommended ARR for alignment. Called Peter last week and told him alignment should be checked once the rims and tires were on the car. I went to a larger rim. Element installed rims and mounted new tires this morning. Called Pete he said bring it over. Which I did, the car needed alignment. It was done. Peter explained everything to me. I am pleased that I was able to get everything done the same day. Thank you, thank you. You now have a new customer. There today 7/23 for installation of jacking rails and rear SUSPENSION BRACKETS. Good job and done timely. I will be back with my other car and my lady friends car for oil changes and routine maintenance.

Fast and professional service. Genuine people with good recommendations. One of the only shops that could align my lowered g35. Less than an inch between the tire and fender and 4 of ground clearance.

Ive used a few different auto shops over the years here in the East Valley, but I have settled on APR. Their detailed inspection report, followed by a phone call to go over everything is great. They tell you which items can wait, which ones to just monitor, and which ones should be done right away. The prices arent the lowest in town, but they are definitely fair for the service you get. I have recommended them to friends, family, and colleagues, and will continue to use them for all my auto repair needs.Added on 10/3/2020 - I had a low coolant level message come on the dash. Called Pete at APR, and he was able to get me in the next morning. They found a leak at the radiator hose clamp, fixed it, pressurized the cooling system to make sure there were no more leaks, and had it ready to go by noon. There was no charge for this work, since they had recently done a water pump job on my truck. This was awesome, as we had a trip planned to pull our RV out of state the following week. These guys really are great, and I wont be taking my vehicles anywhere else!

Love this shop! I wont go anywhere else. They are honest and very knowledgeable. They have done service to my 99 jeep Cherokee (w/300,000 miles) for the last two years. I asked them to give it a full inspection while it was in for a oil change. I was thinking about giving it to my son for his first car. I asked if it was worth paying to fix it up. It would of cost me about $3000. to fix a few problems. The head technician told me in my honest opinion, I wouldnt spend the money to fix it. I was on the fence already about spending more money on it, but its been a great vehicle and I wouldve love to have given it to my Son. APR is by far one of the best shops Ive dealt with. The Owners is a great guy and has a wonderful team of mechanics.

My wife had an oil change here last week. They did a thorough inspection as well. They didnt try to upsell any service, which is rare these days. Its hard to find an honest repair shop. She said the owner was friendly and professional, so I guess we found our new auto repair shop.

I called and asked for a quote for an oil change. It was quoted at $80 for my vehicle. Once I arrived and waited for 25 min I was told the quote was wrong and it would be $160. This was a waste of my time and very unprofessional.

Mike and Pete were extremely helpful when it came to diagnosing and fixing my strong misfiring issue on my Silverado. A previous shop had not fixed the problem but still racked up a massive bill. Pete was able to fix it with a very quick turn around and provided all the details on what needed to be done. After all said and done they were able to provide a good price and had amazing customer service. Would recommend them to anyone over any other shop I’ve been to.

I even went in asking for a pricey repair (one I was told by a different place that I needed) and APR determined I did not need that repair after all! APR automotive provided an excellent experience. I came in for an oil change with a coupon received in the mail. I wasnt expecting such above and beyond customer service. Eric went out of his way to explain the few optional repairs my Land Rover needed. He was not pushy, gave me an accurate approximate time of completion and even made sure my kids were comfortable and had a movie to keep them occupied during the wait. APR has been the best experience Ive ever had when it comes to automotive repair. Never have I been to a shop so willing to work with you on what your vehicle needs and what YOU need.The first shop I went to had quoted me over $1400 for the replacement of a power steering high pressure hose and power steering pump, whereas APR was willing to run preliminary tests on both the pump and hose before writing them off as expensive replacements. APR was able to instead rebuild my pump and replace all seals and O-Rings and never had to replace or rebuild the hose itself, and I FINALLY have power steering again at the tune of right around $555. The best part? Mike worked with me every step of the way and kept me informed of what procedures would be taken and treated me with respect instead of trying to write me off as another check.True customer service and dedication to the automotive craft is what I experienced with my visit to APR and Ill be coming back for the remainder of my repairs. Theyve made me a customer for life. I thought their 5-Star rating on Google was too good to be true, but I see now theyve more than earned their reputable feedback.

Ive been here a couple times, and they are genuinely honest people. The latest time I was there (a couple weeks ago), they fixed my main issue, but also have me a list of items for preventative maintenance. They didnt push anything on me, but instead let me know that there were items that will likely be issues in the future. I cannot recommend APR enough. Theyre straightforward, theyll fix the problem that youre dealing with, and let you know about what may be an issue in the future.Honestly, if youre going to take your car to a shop, pick this one. Theyll take care of you, theyll make sure that you are aware of what they need to do before they do it, and theyll give honest pricing. If they solve a larger issue before it happens, theyll run it by you.

My experience was a quick blessing. I saw these gentlemen in October. My car was in bad shape. [Well To Me] I told them over the phone that I was going to have to pay a lot of money at another place. I told APR how much the knock off parts were, that the other shop were going to put in my car. He told me he could definitely get me a better deal and with factory parts. I left my house immediately.I had my two kids with me being a single mom and not knowing anyone that could help, I was going to take an uber home. I had already drove 20 minutes to them. The staff put us in one of their own. The other place was going to send me on my way with nothing. Now, Im not saying the other shop had to make a way for me and my 2 however, I am so grateful that APR did! They had me back on the road in one day. He took it a step further by letting me know they probably saved me a bunch money. The other shop was going to be calling me for more money by the way he described what was done to my car. I know its now practically January nearly 4 months ago but like I said, it was quick. I am forever grateful and proud to say I will go there with my car.

When I moved to Gilbert, AZ, I needed to find a new auto service with whom to establish a relationship of trust. APRs flyer was among my welcome to the neighborhood offers, along with some others. From the first time I went there to get alignment services done, I was treated very well, the service was thorough, and their report card is very well put together.I just had to get my oil changed and they did the same thorough check and thanks to that I discovered that my battery was way due to be replaced. Coming from a different climate (Idaho), I was never really concerned about the battery....These guys have my business and thanks to the report card, I know what may be due in the future, i.e., brake fluid, and eventually my rear tires.Its good to know what to expect and its great to have found this business! Their analysis is backed with no nonsense facts and I am putting my trust in them to want me safe on the road and not to charge for things that arent needed. New to the area and they were super nice and really helpful . They looked over my whole vehicle and told me what I needed to fix. They didnt pressure my into getting any of it done, which is something you dont really see. They do like for you to make appointments and I didnt but they fit me in anyway. Over experience was great.

All I can say is I was shocked at how honest and great these guys are. I took my truck in long story short all I had was a loose connection, which took time to find and they told me dont worry about paying them. That it was a simple quick fix. I still expected to pay at least an hour labor. What nice guys. I am a customer for life!

Pete and Eric were super helpful and knowledgeable in talking to me about reasons for my car issue. They took the time to assess the issue and explained everything in an educated way. I didnt feel pressured to pay for things that didnt make sense. My first car issue was an ECM that needed replacing. They tested everything to make sure thats what it was and worked with me on options that were less than a third of what the dealer wanted to charge. For another vehicle they fixed a leak in the AC and recharged it for a fair price. Overall great customer service, great work and a warranty that exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them.

Read reviews of how they specialized in Diesel so I took my BMW 335d in and had them put a tune on it. They also upgraded my lights to LED and found me a great deal on Rims and tires. My ride looks brand new and was crazy affordable (relatively speaking) compared to what others would have charged.

APR did such a good job! I was having troubles with the transmission on my Honda and the dealership wanted a fortune to fix it! The team at APR did a really good job explaining everything to me and was able to do the same work (with OEM parts) as the dealership for about half the price! Its hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but Im pretty sure I finally found it at APR. Ill definitely be back in the future!

APR did a great job on my mini van. I had a problem with the AC and they checked it out and repaired it. They also did an oil change and made recommendations for other repairs that should be addressed. Overall a good expierance.

Its a nice new place however the owner nor his mechanics werent very attentive to customers. He was on phone a lot. Didnt tell me how long a simple oil chg would be plus you could not see what was going on with your car in garage at all. I dont like that for legal/insurance purposes. I waited and waited then got fed up and walked around back to tell them to give me my car. Will not go back.

APR lived up to the reviews I read before taking my vehicle to the shop. I thought I needed a transmission service at 60,000 miles and they let me know it was not needed according to the manufacturer. I also noticed some hard shifting at lower speeds. They found a service bulletin and let me know to check with dealer. All for no charge.

I am a very particular customer and extremely hard to please especially when it comes to my car as it is my baby. I have a very nice loaded 2015 mustang GT and had them install coilovers along with numerous other suspension modifications, and Peter absolutely crushed it. In fact he was so particular he noticed a bolt that was broken off inside the frame and offered to drill it out and replace it with an OE Ford bolt so that all of them match. This was such a small thing that didnt even need to be fixed as it held on a skid plate under the car and I would have never noticed, but that attention to detail is exactly what I like! Needless to say the car rides on rails and cant wait to get it out to the track. Bravo APR, you guys are doing it right!

Just like they said... Honesty and integrity. Justin was very upfront about all the work he would do and why. Even showed me the parts costs online and the garage rates were very good. I will be bringing my vehicles here again and again.I have rated a few other garages in the past and both of them were very dishonest. one tried to claim that i had $850 worth of work for what was actually a brake light switch that cost $2.50. -(top line auto on southern and alma school, avoid them)I can honestly say I trust APR and its mechanics... and in this day and age that is a rare thing.

Eric and his team have been servicing my car for three years now, and I couldnt have asked for a more trustworthy group of automotive specialists. And unfortunately for me, I dont visit just for the routine oil changes. Theyve succeeded in keeping my car running through everything from pothole and road debris damage to total engine replacement, and theyve transformed each headache into a sigh of relief. I can honestly say that they have the customers best interest in mind. I dont want to take my car anywhere else.

I went there to install some aftermarket parts and they did a great job. Unfortunately the parts were defective, so I expected to eat the bill and have to pay for a reinstall as well. After my replacement parts came in, Pete uninstalled the old parts and replaced them with the new ones at no charge. No charge. They basically ate the labor costs even though it wasnt their fault. Incredible place. I wont be going anywhere else from now on.

APRs service and prices are incredible, and I can no longer imagine taking my car anywhere else. In my experience, car repair and service companies have been impossibly frustrating. I rarely leave feeling like the service was done correctly or the price was fair. Since using APR, I now know that my car is in good hands and Ill pay a fair price for the right service. A major shout out to both the owner - Eric - and his lead mechanic - Justin - for all of their help!
