I didn’t actually have work done by Tim but his honesty and core values deserve a rating. I had various shops look into repairing a drivability issue with my truck. After endless parts being thrown at it, it still had issues. I was recommended to Ritters and Tim was straightforward and honest. He recommended me to take it in to the dealership instead of dumping more money into the truck. The issue was so hard to track that even the dealership took over a week to get it done. Turned out to be leaky injectors and a bad sensor. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Ritters for future services.

Tim is absolutely great. Hes super honest he doesnt overcharge. All too often auto mechanics try to squeeze every penny out of you. NOT Tim. I cant emphasize how much of a stand up guy he is. I take both my wifes car and my car to him for scheduled service and maintenance issues. Hes never let me down. Highly, highly recommended.
