Brian in the service department is definitely a go to!! Though it was frustrating dealing with repairs on my Jeep, Brian definitely made the experience better with his help. Went to test drive Jeeps; Davis was wonderful. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles, the differences in packages, etc. He also made sure I got the clear coat, detailing, and a full tank of gas in my new ride before I left the dealership. I would highly recommend working with Davis when looking for Jeeps!

Service department are not knowledgeable regarding the service process. Brought my jeep to be repaired and they dont have the part needed. Instead of take 1 hour it will be done by the end of the day; 8am mine you. Service rep then proceeds to tell me you should have pre-purchase the part; hmm, that would have been useful information prior to this conversation. Its only 200 dollar part. Man, I should have went to firestone; what the heck was I thinking.

Bilal was the entire reason my wife and I purchased a brand new Ram 2500. We worked with a lot of new car dealers in the valley and walked away due to the customer service alone. I will go back to Earnhardt and Bilal the next time I am looking for another vehicle.
