Probably the worst store I can remember in a long time. Went in to look at the new iPhone because I was thinking about trading up. Guy asks what I was looking for and I said “just looking around” and this guy said we really can’t have people looking around. There were 3 people besides employees in there. Some short dorky looking guy a with glasses making sure I switch carriers next time.

Been to this store twice and will never go again! First time added a line to my plan, was told my bill would go up $30. Got my bill and it was over $700, went up $450! Now today ordered a Mifi for my house, picked it up and was told to plug it in when I got home and Id be good to go. Get home and it doesnt work, called customer service and after being on the phone with them, I was told that the store should have activated the unit before I left. Because it is now after 7pm I have to Chat with someone via text message. They are telling me that I will have to wait until tomorrow. So glad I drove an hour to pick this up so that I cant use it!

I could write a book on my whole experience start to finish with everything. We will keep this short and sweet though. Have come in multiple times for issues that I was having.The first time, David and Leilani showed top notch ustomer service in getting my issues resolved. I had been to 3 other stores and recieved very little to no help. Coming in here, they would not give up until my issues were resolved and went above and beyond.After that time I had to come back in bc I cracked the screen and was having account issues with Assurion due to a mistake on their (assurions) end. Suzan helped me and ended up getting us all the way to the ceo of assurion. She even worked on it after I left and reached out to me to complete assistance since I had to leave.Finally, at my most recent experience, I had once again been holding for hours this morning. Upon coming in, Jeremiah was able to help out and we finished in 5 minutes what had taken hours of holding already. Suzan also came over and said hello (because she remembered our situation) and followed up on that as well.Basically all around stand out store with some of the best customer service I have ever recieved in a mobile carrier

Began having trouble opening a bunch of apps. Stopped at Verizon, greeted by their outdoor liaison and explained problem. He knew the issue immediately and walked me through simply updating Google to fix the problem. Could not have been easier!

Experience with their reps was terrible. They lied about what my new bill would be, kept trying to bait and switch. It was such a terrible experience that Icancelled my Verizon service after 20+ years and moved to T Mobile.

They cancelled an appointment I had a hard enough time setting up because your Customer Service has been lost State Wide for sure.Im almost certain it is Nation Wide, since the only physical Employee you can speak to personally, is not an Arizona number.

This was not a recent incident and it happened a while back, but it has still been on my mind. I have been a Verizon customer for six years now and I have never experienced this type of customer service. I recently bought a iPhone 11 Pro Max at Target in the same parking lot because I had 15% discount with my Target credit card. I did not know how to transfer all the data and contacts from my old phone to my new phone. So I decided to go to this Verizon store to see if they could swap the SIM card and do the data transfer. I walk and a worker with black hair and glasses comes up and greets me politely. I explain to him that I just bought this phone from the Target in the same parking lot and wanted to see if they could transfer the data over. I also explain to him that I am Verizon customer as well. The response I literally got from him is Oh you can do it yourself. Just make sure you do one last iCloud backup so all your data is there. Really this is the response I get after paying over $200 a month to guys for six years. At least he said it a polite manner, but come on. I just walked out of the store after he said that in disbelief. Like seriously that is the response I get. It was not busy in the store at all and there were multiple workers just sitting around looking at their phones or talking. I am seriously considering switching to another carrier that cares more about their customers. I ended up doing it myself and luckily I did not mess anything up. I cannot believe that is the response I get though You can just do it yourself. I pay you guys $2400 a year and I cannot get a simple service done in the store because I did not buy the phone from you guys. Sorry I did not give you guys the commission sale since clearly thats all you care about and not good customer service.
